This was a back up option to our dinner plans. It worked out marvelously. We decided to dine here based on all the positive reviews on this review site and others. While we have never been let down at any Hard Rock Cafe location anywhere in the world, the positive service reviews attracted us in on this evening. Most of the reviews we read were in praise of Raven. Surprisingly, she turned out to be our server as well and proved to be extraordinary. Her personality and attentiveness were on point. She was funny, welcoming and very personable. This woman is definitely an asset here and just a good human being. Thank you Raven for great service and for being you!

We went there for my wife's bday. This is our go to on our special occasions we had oysters Orleans, fried green tomatoes with crab cakes and shrimp dip for our apps. All were delicious. We also had the spicy tuna sushi roll, grilled yellow tail, seafood pot pie shrimp Orleans and seafood pasta for entrees. Everyone's dish was delicious. Service was outstanding as well. There was a group of 7 of us and everyone thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Thanks for making her day wonderful.

We were casino guests, staying at the resort for a black jack tournament this weekend, as well as enjoying the Saturday night Mardi Gras parade. We came to the cafe around 7 PM after the parade and the hostess ( an older short haired lady) was at the desk. We asked how long would it be for a party of nine and she very flippant toward a U.S. immediately. She asked if we had reservations and we politely said no. Then, she proceeded to rudely tell us all alcohol needed to be consumed before entering the restaurant.. first ,my. 24 year old son had a plastic fluted cup that had no more than a teaspoon left. I told her there was nothing in the cup but a drop and she continued to act very rudely towards us. Finally, she told us it would be an hour to two hour wait for us ( even though we weren't even going into the restaurant and she knew that, she still acted like a jerk to us about the cup) I told her she was being rude and she stared at me. We didn't put our name on the list and left. This lady truly does not need to be a hostess. I get it was a busy evening, but it's people like her that make other customers not return to establishments.

We went to the cafe as the Half Shell was closed. Four of us were seated quickly and had drinks right away. The service was fantastic. The food was comparable to Denny's. Similar burger and chicken sandwich but twice the price. The mac N Cheese with chicken was awful. The chicken had a rancid taste and the mac had an odd flavor, all of us tried it, none of us like it.

Our waiter was so kind and friendly. We had a picky kid eater and a gluten allergy. Our waiter made sure we knew our options and that we were happy. Always great service and a great time.

Awesome staff, great food, good atmosphere. Pretty much the same as all HRC's across the US, and that's a good thing. Our food was good and fresh on arrival. Staff was super helpful and assisted me with my Hard Rock club discount (a convoluted process). Love these cafes, and will always visit when I have a chance.

Had MaryAnn for server and she was fantastic in celebrating birthday. Was there for lunch and had special of the day catfish. Catfish prices where large with nice coating on them Wife had burger that was seasoned very well. Thanks MaryAnn for great service.

The cafe offered a very tastie burger for free to veterens this day. Veterans day. This was a real meal . specialty burger and fries. Food was great and great service. Thank you from us veterans for making this a extra special day.

Came here with another couple when visiting Biloxi. I did not enjoy the experience and doubt we will be back. I did enjoy some of the music, but overall felt it was too loud. For some reason, everyone being seated was crowded together in the middle section despite the entire restaurant being open. A party behind me was so close I could easily have elbowed one of them. Not only that, but this particular section had a setting sun issue coming in through the windows which made it necessary for us to put on our sunglasses and try to shade our eyes to see our food and each other. An entire back section of the restaurant which would not have had this issue was empty. The shades they lowered had no effect on the bright sun. The others said their meals were OK, but I ordered a steak and it was half fat. The server did see that it was mostly uneaten and offered me a take home box, at which point I did let her know that it was not good, and half of it was taken off the bill, to be fair. Still a pricey evening, and I left hungry.

This was by far the best Hard Rock Cafe visit I've had it a long time. (#49 for me) Our waitress, Marianne, was just divine! She just made our visit so great. Very personable - right on target for service - and just an all round awesome person! I had the steak (miss the potatoes but the fries were good) and it was perfectly cooked. Very tasty. I'm thrilled that we made this visit while Marianne was working.

I stopped in to get my German brother-in-law a Hard Rock Cafe T-shirt, as he collects them. I decided to have dinner at the Cafe. Nearby on display, was a jacket worn by Bill Haley; one of my all time favorite artists from the golden age of Rock & Roll. I thought that was really cool. And dinner was great too! Due to Covid, not as crowded as sometimes I'm sure. But, had to wait; the texts allow you continue gambling. Staff had a great attitude, considering the stress with some folks having to wait Food was good, a bit overpriced, but it's right there in the casino, great food for a location like that Was very pleased we ate there

Spent the afternoon at the casino and had dinner at the Cafe thanks to my birthday rewards meal -- giant double burger was OUTSTANDING & my wife's steak salad was top-notch. Thanks to Shelby for great service.

Always a good time to be had at the Hard Rock. Its load but fun. Always something going on. Never fails to deliver.

Wife and I shared the "Original, Legendary Burger" and it was good! It had bacon, cheese, a crispy onion ring, lettuce and tomato. It was really good! We also had an order of onion rings and they were tasty! We also shared a milk shake creation in four large shot glasses. Really good and kicked! I also had and IPA. Service was great. We'll be back!
