Our experience with our driver, Matt, and The Magic Shuttle Bus was great! Upon booking, I was already impressed. The Company planned our whole itinerary, including calling all the wineries and making the reservations and figuring out the timing of each stop. I did not have to do a thing, which was extremely helpful and convenient! Matt was perfectly on time to pick us up at our Airbnb, a cooler was provided on the bus, and we had full control of the music and sound system. Matt did a great job keeping us all on schedule to get to our next location at our reserved time and he even suggested another location to stop at that we absolutely loved! I would recommend this shuttle company to anyone looking for a wine tour in the area - the staff is so accommodating, helpful, and extremely nice!

I came to Traverse City for my bachelorette party, and we had a private Sunset wine tour with Sean, (sunset meaning evening time). Sean was super helpful and worked hard to get our big group of 12 into each of the three wineries and the distillery that comprised our tour. He was an excellent tour guide and also gave other recommendations for what else to do while we are in town. Sean was organized and kept checking on us to make sure we had what we needed. He also took some group photos of us, which was so nice to not have to ask a stranger. I’d definitely book with Sean again!

What a fantastic group of people and outstanding company! We needed to schedule a last-minute (3-days before) private party wine/brew tour for a Bachelor/Bachelorette party that had been moved and rescheduled because of COVID. Sean was fantastic at accommodating us, was super polite and helpful! He made it all work for us! Our driver was AMAZING! He kept our large group on schedule and made sure we had an excellent time. Seriously, everything was PERFECT! Highly recommend the Magic Shuttle Bus.

Owner is insanely unprofessional and argumentative. If you want a private tour with specific places, I would dodge this company at all costs. We had to change our plans 2 times and all less than a week before our tour - it was absolute chaos. When I tried to talk to the owner about changes that needed to be made that the company was accountable for, the owner yelled at me over the phone…how is that okay in any situation as I am the customer paying you for your service….Also, prices online are wrong as well, so don’t trust that either. Literally, turn around and run away. I promise you there are many better tour companies out there.

We had a blast on this bus! We booked and pre-paid for a visit to Chateau Chantal and then two other spots and it was seamless. Picked us up from our AirBnb and went right out to Old Mission easily avoiding all of the construction. Great communication from the company to set up everything. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend Magic Bus and especially our driver Mike! He definitely added to fun we had on our 5 hour winery tour. He made recommendations at each location and made sure we were well taken cared of. Thanks for an awesome evening, planning to be back next year!

This was a fantastic trip! Sean was great to work with setting our trip up and John R, our driver, was the best guide I have ever had. We had to be really flexible because of COVID and John did an awesome job calling places to get us on. We had a ton of fun!

Mike and Chris were amazing for our bachelorette party of 14! Mike was very knowledgeable about the locations and made some great recommendations.They were also very accommodating to our last minute requests which was much appreciated. We were so looking forward to our private wine tour as we heard such good things abut the Magic Bus Tour. Our trip was scheduled for Memorial Weekend and we had to cancel due to Covid. Sean worked with us on a refund and voucher for any date in the future. We were very pleased with Sean's professionalism and understanding.

Johnathan was our driver and he is the best!! If you do this tour request him, he made our trip amazing. The magic shuttle bus is the way to go!! He had our tastings set up and ready to go. Next wine tour you want to do go with the magic shuttle bus.
