Everything was perfect! The team was attentive, the meals were excellent and the location was relaxing. The rafting activity was great and in good spirits. I highly recommend it!

2 week package with Kathamandu and Pokhara sightseeing, Chitwan national park visit, 5 day trek to Mardi base camp and multiday white water rafting trip; an amazing experience! Also got to spend some time at the bestadventuresnepal's River Edge Resort (plastic free btw ♡) which was such a wonderful, peaceful place. The pictures cannot even come close to descriping the feelings felt during this trek unfortunately, but I can only recommend to go and see and feel for yourself. We stayed two weeks at the camp, this experience has been one of the best in our lifes. The guys were very nice and welcoming, they showed us the nepali way of life and it was so immersive to be 100% of the time working and having fun with Sabin, Sandip, Upendra and Sailendra while cooking daal bhat or discovering nature around the camp. The tasks were creative and manual (painting, gardening and helping with the camp’s guests), always in relaxîg conditions and nepali music, you will forget your daily habits and live at a new rythme. We also had the opportunity to share traditional events and rafting which was unforgettable experiences for us. This volunter experience is a very good option to immerse yourself in the real country and not only the main touristic sightseeings. For all of those reasons we recommend Best Adventure Nepal ! It has been a while since I had my experience with Best Adventure Nepal, but I think it really was the best. Unfortunately I only had 4 weeks in the camp, so my experience was really sort, but it gave me a different perspective from the world we know. Everyone in the camp was friendly, helpful and specially welcoming. Nepal is really different from Western cultures, so it takes a while to appreciate what you are really doing, but with some distance looking back I am really happy that I spent some time in there. They also helped me greatly to organise some adventures, like trekking the Mardi Himal or a short rafting trip, that was definitely between the highlights of the trip. Again, would really encourage to visit and if possible stay longer so you can engage in more activities to help the locals, like their school projects which maybe I will be able to join in the future.

Budhi Gandaki starts on the eastern slopes of Manaslu and the Ganesh Himal. It flows south through a steep valley before joining the Trisuli river. The Budhi Gandaki is our favorite river as it still remains wild and therefore the exceptional river for rafting in Nepal. This river is passing through typical Nepali villages, provides amazing mountain views. It lies half way between Kathmandu and Pokhara and yet it’s a mystery river and many more..

I was looking for a short rafting adventure and i choose budhi Gandaki because i read that is an uncrowded one with no tourist and it really was. It was my first rafting experience and i was travelling on my own. From the fisrt moment i have never felt alone and i felt like a friend and not a customer. Sailendra, who is running the company has been very flexible in organizing this amazing trip. We went with a local bus to the starting point and instead of sitting inside i have done the 5 hours journey on the bus roof to enjoy more the landscape. What a roller coaster and amazing adventure. I will always remebmer this journey! We camp then by the river and with the fire lit under the stars and i have no words to describe this. The day after we start the rafting in this unspoiled valley and i really felt in love with this place. The manaslu view is spectacular and the water is super clean. I was rafting with Sailendra and his guys who have been very kind and helpful. They had cooked great and fresh food always and they took me to visit a beautiful unspoiled nepali village near where we camped and it has been amazing again! I spent the last night in his camp which is very cozy and welcoming by the river. For the last dinner i have been invited at his mum place for a traditional dinner and it has been one of the most authentic dinner i have ever had. By the fire with local people drinking beer and having typical food cooked by his mum. It was unbelievable. This river adventure combined with Sailendra, a still fresh young men capable to make you laugh and learn at the same time made this experience unforgettable and i am looking forward to do a next one with him.

It is been already 3 times I go there and I am always surprised how they make this place better and better. The place is really beautiful and clean. This time my friends and I did rafting and trekking. Everything was really good organized with always a lot of fun and good atmosphere. The rafting was crazy. The food is amazing. The camp is perfectly located between two rivers and it is the only company in Nepal who offers trips down the Bodi Gandaki river. The guys that are running the show are also really nice fun guys to hang out with in the evenings.
