Paddle yoga can be practiced anywhere in calm waters by reservation (Lagon St François, Bois Jolan St Anne).
For those who are resistant to the sea, but lovers of well-being, yoga can be practiced on the beach on request.

Sehr schöne und gut geleitete Yoga-Stunde. Sylvie ist eine sehr aufmerksame Yoga-Lehrerin, die sehr gut auf der Ausführung und Körperhaltung bei der Übungen eingeht und Tipps zur Optimierung gibt, sowie Anleitung dazu gibt etwaige Fehlhaltungen auch im Allgemeinen zu verbessern.

Yoga Paddle Aqua Zen, c'est un moment de détente et de bien-être mais sur une planche bercée par les vagues.
A l'écoute de la voix et des exercices dictées par Sylvie, nous avons libéré notre stress, oxygéné nos cellules.
Des postures de gainages, des exercices de respiration... nous sommes ressorti de ce cours de 1h apaisé et détendu !
