I think it would have been nice to get the instructions a bit earlier, I would have liked a printout, but beyond that, AMAZING 🤩Written February 9, 2025

- audraa20250 contributionsSomething fun & differentHighly recommend this if you’re trying to do something different. My husband and I (after 30 years of marriage) decided to do an “A-B-C…” theme date and the Arlington Adventure scavenger was our first date. It was perfect and we would love to get a bunch of friends together and do it again.Written January 29, 2025
- johnfL9910PX0 contributionsWonderful birthday surpriseWe had a blast! Great way to do something active, learn more about our city, and have a lot of laughs. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to try one in a city we’re traveling to next month as well!Written January 28, 2025
- brittwingsit0 contributionsOnce and a lifetime experience - Kat is amazing! If you're looking for an unforgettable adventure, look no further—Kat is an absolute legend! We are beyond thrilled with the experience she created for us. My husband and I wanted a unique, one-of-a-kind bachelor and bachelorette combo in the Bahamas, and Kat delivered something truly epic. Since there wasn’t a pre-existing scavenger hunt in the Exumas, Kat went above and beyond. She flew to the Bahamas ahead of time to personally meet with vendors and craft the perfect itinerary. Her dedication and attention to detail were unmatched. We had 26 participants in total, split between two themed boats: the girls were "Mermaids," and the guys were "Pirates." Every part of the experience was perfectly in theme, and the scavenger hunt was both creative and challenging. Everyone had an absolute blast—it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. If you’re considering Kat’s scavenger company, stop thinking and book her now. You won’t regret it! Thank you, Kat, for making our event so magical and memorable!Written January 26, 2025
- chrishY1328KR0 contributionsNot worth itThis scavenger hunt is not worth it. We were expecting to meet up with a group. But the meeting point (a bar) had never heard this hunt, and there was no host or group to meet us. It was all just texts sent to our phone. And there was no urgency since we weren't competing against anyone. "Paul" (the "host") seemed like a bot, giving generic responses like "keep going!" If you do plan on going as one group/team, just pay for 1 person who will get all the texts. It'd be more fun to be able to walk to all locations, but most locations required you to drive 10 minutes away, and parking can be a pain. In the end, I think the final text said we got like 5 million points. We just got our final text after the 2 hour hunt, and that was it, no meeting point or host to regroup with.Written January 22, 2025
- julesj5140 contributionsBest way to see New OrleansThis was so much fun! My husband and I did it and loved it😍 … the perfect way to see and different parts of the city. We are definitely going to do this scavenger hunt again when we go to other places, so excited and can’t wait.Written January 19, 2025
- X2043NTmatth0 contributionsBachelor party south padre island adventureThank you! We enjoyed walking along the beach and going to parts of the island we wouldn’t have otherwise visited! It was cool to see different residences and how locals handle forces of nature here. We learned about the sea turtle population and we learned that the groom is bad at keeping track of his accessories 😆 We especially liked that we were encouraged to take group photos to make memories together!Written January 18, 2025
- Kelly B0 contributionsFun activity to do with the family and friendsThe tour was supposed to start at 2:00 but didn’t get off till 2:20. Other than that it was very easy to follow with pdf slides. I don’t think I would call it a scavenger hunt, more like get to your described location and document with photos and videos, more outrageous the better! It was fun to do with a large group (we had 4). Make sure there’s nice weather cause you will be walking for several hours. (We had beautiful weather!) overall a fun activity to do in the middle of the day. I think this would be a great way to introduce yourself to other locations around the world when you’re not familiar with it.Written January 16, 2025
- J1680UCamym0 contributionsFun adventure in Palm SpringsOur group of ladies had such a fun time! We found landmarks, did fun challenges, and interacted with locals. The hosts were in constant contact via What’s Ap cheering us on. What a great day! 😁Written January 13, 2025
- Elise22660 contributionsFun Experience! The Healdsburg scavenger hunt was super fun. I’ve done scavenger hunts before with different companies but this exceeded the rest. The missions were unique and created to maximize the fun at each spot found. This was a wonderful way to explore and get to know the town as well. It was also great to have the host cheerleading you along the way. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. You could tell a lot of thought was put into it. I would highly recommend this adventure! :)Written January 12, 2025
- Criticaltravels0 contributionsENJOY! DONT TAKE IT TOO SERIOUSLYThe scavenger hunt was on New Years Day. So, some of the references were not applicable, as they weren't open. Also one referenced shop had closed for good. If you have a competitive spirit, this is NOT the event for you . The points are way to large to be relevant. Also, they don't tell you how you rank/faired against other participating groups. It was fun as something to do. So, don't take it too seriously.Written January 11, 2025
- R5248RXdennisd0 contributionsWaste of moneyThe game was misleading. First location was a neon sign store. Closed. The first mission was miles away. We told the host we wanted walking. It would have taken over an hour. Locations were Goodwill, candy store and such. The missions were sent as texts. Complete stories to read outside, in the sun, on a cell screen. Lost all enjoyment and energy. Gave up. Waste of money, time, and the only day to see Austin.Written January 11, 2025
- Explore278659208700 contributionsThis experience is mehNot what expected as advertised. Free apps provide better walking tours. I can see Goodwill stores and candy shops anywhere. First location can only be entered by appointmentWritten January 11, 2025

We really enjoyed our Scavenger Hunt. We met people we would not have met and did some things we would not have done without the Hunt. It was fun to be "in the hunt", snapping your photos and sending them in. You do have to use your imagination and "you only get out what you put in". I did not realize the Dares were not our Missions, and wish I would have realized that earlier in the Hunt because we spent our first hour on the Dares. Our guide was friendly and encouraging on our Hunt. It would be nice to have a price for a group vs each paying the individual price.

As mentioned by others- cell service is not great in Galena (we have Verizon). Once we had enough service to download the task cards, our group realized only about half of us were interested in it (the less fun folks). The rest of us went exploring and were able to have fun completing many of the tasks. I’m sure it would have been even more fun if we were able to interact with the virtual host throughout the hunt. The small kids weren’t into it but the teens had fun. Make sure you go with a group of fun, creative, friendly people that aren’t afraid to act a little silly. And maybe make sure the person that signs you up has AT&T cell service (that seemed to work better).
It’s a fun experience that gets you exploring all over town!

We had a blast doing the scavenger hunt in Galena, IL. We got to know the city, shops, landscape and history. The only downside was the cell service.

When it was time to go I got blasted with an overwhelming confusing amount of directions
Ended up having to get the whats app to have a text conversation with the people running it
Spent more time doing that than enjoying the experience
Then Verizon didn’t work
There were 4 of us, we got sick of it pretty quick and stopped after less than 30 minutes
Wasted 100 bucks
Disappointing

Since this is something that is remotely hosted, meaning that someone is not physically there, the instructions should be given when purchased. We had horrible phone service and could not access the instructions. Lots of standing around trying to figure out what to do. I cannot imagine we were the only ones that have ever had these issues. They would not give us our money back, but did say they would give us a credit to use for a future city - they have 600 locations and we have 6 months to redeem.

Do not recommend it, very disappointing! First, they did a very lousy job of communicating with us, Verizon Cell coverage is very poor in the Galena area, so trying to communicate with this group does not work. They were slow to communicate with us on how this works and get us the information. For the cost, I could send you a list of things to do and see, not worth it.

We show that you chose not the participate in the hunt from the very beginning, so our hunt would only look like an annotated list to you if you didn’t even get to have your interactive, immersive experience that is part of the game. We are sorry to hear you encountered connection difficulties. In those rare cases our hunters have tech issues, we have backup protocols; but again, you quit at the beginning, so we didn’t have the chance to exercise our typical processes. We suggest thinking twice before reviewing an activity you did not experience. We find that the vast majority of the time, the guests who rate us poorly quit before even experiencing the activity, were expecting a guided tour, don’t read or follow the directions or our listing description, arrive late, or a combination of the above. We are sorry you didn’t choose to participate and our team would have loved working with you!

This self-paced scavenger hunt was just what we needed. It was a great way to explore shops and attractions that we not have stopped to see without these missions. Some favorites were Skidmore Art Gallery, Galena River Wine and Cheese, Root Beer Revelry, Kandy Kitchen. We stopped to meet new people along the way.

Fun but exhausting! We had three generations and we all enjoyed it a lot. Looking for places I might not have taken the time for on my own proved no only educational but entertaining too.

So fun! Through this scavenger hunt, we went into stores we wouldn't have typically gone into. We found the best wine, cheese, popcorn, and more all through this hunt. We laughed continually for the 2 hours! Highly recommended!
