The river cruise is amazing. Would definitely recommend that. A perfect view of chicago's beautiful skyline and a knowledgeable tour guide with us. The city tour was lacking. Instead of rescheduling our tour or cancelling it altogether we road around not being able to get near ANYTHING. Who knew the first Bears game was that day and an annual Taste Of Chicago festival in Grant Park was happening. Well, certainly the tour company was aware that all our photo opps weren't going to happen like we planned because of all these big events happening. I would've liked to have being offered a reign check at the least. Luckily I had other tours lined up that delivered what was advertised.

The name "See it All" tours is a bit deceiving... as you do not stop at the Bean! Our tour left 15 minutes early, we were well ahead of schedule, we had our 3 young adult/teenage daughters who just wanted quick photos at the Bean, probably the most popular photo spot in Chicago, but were told that they cannot stop. We had to walk back 20 minutes from the drop off to get the photos. The tour narrator was very knowledgeable, but the tour felt short and rushed... was only about a total of 90 minutes. The boat tour, however, run by a different company, was excellent.

This was a great tour through Chicago! Rick is the best tourguide, told so many interesting and funny stories, it made the tour very entertaining. Also Rick gave us very helpful tips before and throughout the tour, thank you again from "the Germans" We highly recommend the tour!!!

We loved the tour, saw a lot of interesting things. Had some good stops. Rick is a very nice guide and funny! He told us a lot as well and gave us some good suggestions to do or eat.

This was a good tour. It gives you a good base for an educational background of Chicago. The tour is relatively short and sweet, it has stops, it's for smaller groups. The tour guides are very communicative and it's an easy booking, but read the fine print of what hotels they do pick-up. If you have a couple hours, take this tour!

I would have loved to give you a great review but I didn’t get the chance! I tried to book a single seat for February 24th or 25th but in spite of there being all seats available, I was told on the booking form that there were none for a single. Bizarrely it told me that I could book 2 seats, 3, 4……..9, 10 which allowing odd number bookings would surely leave one seat available for a single. You’re a very lucky business to be able to turn a customer away on what promises to be a cold February day!

Like having a personal tour guide. Very informative and super punctual. Rick is very friendly and knowledgeable! I’d recommend to others.

I booked through Viator and contacted Rick to find out where to meet him. He responded immediately and gave me a suggestion of which hotel pick-up spot was closest to where I was staying and he recommended checking out the lobby. This was an excellent little nugget that I appreciated. IT was the Palmer House Hotel and it is decorated wonderfully for Christmas right now. Rick was right on time and luckily our group was only 4 people. He brought us to all of the most important places in Chicago and gave us some history and general info about the neighbourhoods and landmarks. Rick had an excellent sense of humour and really made the tour great. When you buy the architecture cruise, you get a voucher to redeem for a timed ticket of your choosing. I also highly recommend that tour.

our driver was knowledgable, funny & a joy to listen to! So much history in this city tour! Enjoyed seeing the architecture of the downtown buildings and some of the famous sites such as the bean & Buckingham fountain. The tour gives one a good sense of what there is available in the city to explore more if time allows.

This was an awesome and very informative bus tour. The bus was small and very comfortable and the guide was super knowledgeable and friendly. We had several stops where we were able to get out of the bus and take pictures. Highly recommend!! We also did the architecture river tour right after. The boat was big and comfortable with seating upstairs outside and there was a bar and bathrooms downstairs. We got lots of great info and the city is beautiful.

We saw so much of Chicago that we never would have been able to experience if we hadn't done the city Tour. Rick was wonderful and a sense of humor.
