- We track all inbound flights. If the flight is delayed, the driver will be at the airport based on the actual arrival time. This is a curbside pick-up. Step by step pick-up instructions: STEP 1 - Check your phone Upon landing you will receive a text message (SMS) with the driver and car’s info STEP 2 - Go to Baggage Claim area Follow the signs to the Lower Level / baggage claim area (LL) even if you have not checked any luggage STEP 3 - Contact your driver Once you are ready to go, luggage in hand, Locate the nearest exit door number (e.g. Vestibule 3D LL) and contact your driver directly (call or text) STEP 4 - Wait on the middle lane Walk outside, cross over the 1st lane and on the middle lane (limousine lane). IMPORTANT - if you cannot get in touch with the driver directly, please call our office from any pay phone inside the terminal. We are open 24/7. If we DO NOT hear from you during the included waiting time, the trip will be a NO-SHOW and the client will be charged in full. Proof of call/text/GPS logs available. Extra waiting charges must be collected by the driver. 60 minutes free wait time for all airport pick-ups, after that wait charges apply. If you fly internationally and you need more time to clear customs, please set the pick-up time at least one hour AFTER the plane gates; that is when your free wait time starts. (add it to the notes when booking the trip).

I wasn't sure the best way to do this so I contacted their office and they were very helpful. The company sent reminders via text and the driver texted me upon arrival. They were early for the pickup time to ensure our timely departure. We were dropped off at the rear of the building but after realizing where the restaurant was I asked the driver to pick us up on the other side which he gladly accommodated. I called my hotel for their recommendation and ECHO was the unqualified advice. They were so right. Despite a delayed arrival (3 hours), our driver called as soon as we deplaned to give us clear directions where to meet. He was there in a spotless vehicle; personable, professional and competent. Chicago traffic notwithstanding, we were delivered to our hotel. Confident that ECHO was the right choice, I booked for the return and was advised that the driver would be no later than 15 minutes early and call when got there. He did. Luckily I saved the card because they were so reliable then that I was determined to use them again the next time I went to Chicago. This time was no different - transfer from O'Hare to my downtown hotel and back again three days later. Drivers were right on time, courteous, and driving spotlessly clean and new vehicles. I used to use American Taxi for my trips to O’Hare and Midway. On this last trip American Taxi canceled at the last minute on the morning of our departure flight and had no availability for the return trip. My flight was on a Friday night arriving around 9pm. I was worried about being able to get home and found Echo. I called them around 1am on Friday (they really have 24/7 service!) and a nice lady got me the last available spot. Ray the driver was wonderful. Car was clean. I’m going to use Echo from now on for peace of mind and its service and reliability.

Not knowing Chicago, yet knowing we needed a car service to get around for a planned trip, I looked into Trip Advisor to advise me about a car service. We used Echo for 4 drives during one hectic week, and their service was flawless. They monitored our flight arrival, they monitored our train arrival. Their drivers were professional and dependable. Their communication was first rate from my first contact with them. Absolutely on top of everything, even when I gave them the wrong date to pick us up. I highly recommend Echo Limousine!

Phenomenal company. We had to change our reservation multiple times, and the Echo staff couldn’t have been more pleasant or efficient. THEN, when we finally at our local airport ready to fly to ORD, our flight had multiple delays, but Echo was on top of it. We arrived at ORD with the car waiting for us, and a pleasant , safe driver. We can hardly believe that a car service can be this good across the board.

We booked a transfer from O'Hare to Omni Chicago. It was a great experience! The vehicle was clean and the driver was friendly. The driver was at the airport by the time our plane landed. He texted us and advised us where to meet him. The whole process was smooth. We booked again for our return to the airport. That driver was also great and he gave us updates as to his arrival time as he was traveling to pick us up at our hotel. We will definitely book with Echo when we return to Chicago!

I could not have asked for better service. I will definitely use them again in the future. My driver was friendly and helped me with my bags ad the car was comfy and clean. I have paid more and gotten less in the past. Not this time.

Driver Ray wasn't at the airport when I got outside. That said, I had sailed through customs well within the hour stated in their terms and conditions. A quick phone call and he was there within 10 minutes. Lovely man, chatty, knowledgeable and that made the journey into town much more enjoyable.

We had a long flight from London which had been delayed by 6 hours.
What was needed was an efficient and hassle free pickup and drop off.
Echo delivered in a every way. I had a text from our driver Ray to let us know he was at the airport and when we had cleared immigration and picked up our luggage he told us where to meet him.
The car was spotless, Ray was very well presented and was very chatted and polite.
I have no doubt that the service is a little more than a cab or Uber but worth every penny especially after a long flight.

Echo provided a great service. From the moment we touched down at O’Hare I received a text from the driver, Secilia, telling me where she would be. We kept in touch as I moved through immigration and customs and I had no problems finding her. Water was provided in the car which was very welcome on a hot day. The car itself was immaculate. Secilia was a great driver and helped pass the time with great conversation and gave me some tips on where to go. Great service that I would use again.
