Our cruise was on a Saturday morning, the day following Valentine's Day. The cruise was delightful with a peaceful atmosphere, comfortable climate controlled cabin, two outdoor decks for viewing and photo-ops, and an amazing attentive staff. Our waitress Heather was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. In addition, the staff, including our architecture tour guide and the kitchen behind the scenes, were also professional in that I noticed all the guests around were moving through the three-courses of their meals smoothly.

My husband took me on a birthday getaway to Chicago and this was one the activities. The service was simply amazing. The food and environment was immaculate. I came home and tried to remake that chicken....!!! Huge shout out to the to both servers and the ship manger. There was even an DJ. WE HAD THE BEST TIME I am sure that I am messing up these names but I tried..Reba, Dabney

I tried to book tickets for the Midway in San Diego through the City Experiences website. We tried multiple times but the website would always freeze after clicking submit on the payment. We gave up and bought tickets on site. The next day I checked my bank account and the company had charged me for the tickets 4 times. Totaling $352. I immediately reached out to them and they assured me since the charges were pending it was just a glitch and they would not go through. They also showed no record of me buying tickets The next day they posted to my account. I've called everyday since then trying to get my money back and they just keep telling me the accounting team has to review it and determine if I get my money back. They won't let me talk to a supervisor. They said the accounting team doesn't have outside phone lines so I can't talk to them. So as of now they have stolen $350 from me and will not tell me if or when I will get it back

Bottomless mimosa is truly bottomless! Drank too much, couldn’t make my dinner reservations because I was hung over ! Food was alright, could have been better

The whole experience was magical!! I loved it and couldn’t stopped smiling! The food was excellent and the views were breath taking! Loved the DJ and her music choices. The best way to dine in my opinion!

It was pretty fun! Wasn’t a fan about the jokes about Detroit! The tour down the river was good and very pretty plus we caught the sunset!

What a disgraceful and shameless shambles. I received an email informing me that the cruise had been cancelled. There was a link to offer me a refund but it didn’t work. There was a phone number and after a six minute call, when I did eventually get to speak to a human being, I was cut off in mid sentence. In desperation, I went to the City Experiences kiosk twice but the staff there were unable to offer me a refund. Two emails to the company went unanswered. Apart from the disruption and inconvenience of having to visit the kiosk twice, I also had the added expense of having to use roaming in order to phone the company which, as described above, was a complete waste of time. Do not touch with a bargepole

MJ was a great host and right on the mark. Greeted and found us a window seat. Table service was excellent and brought cake up to us on the top deck

Great fun! Captain Cool J and the guy with the mic, sandy were great. Knowledgeable and quirky. Did a great ride and the Chicago River and then a nice, speedy ride out on Lake Michigan. I would definitely recommend Seadog for a fun 75 minutes.

We had a great time! Food was great, boat was elegant, music was great, and the view of Chicago and night couldn’t be beat. We got to meet Captain Bianchi in the bridge - had a wonderful conversation with him. It was a super experience.

Turned up for our paid 9:45pm boat ride to all the boats docked up an no one in site. I’d paid extra just to do it at night. I want a full refund!

Easy check in, friendly staff, person on raft fell out into the water far from shore. Captain stalled to assure that person was ok before leaving area.

Speed was nice on the lake, but this is a boat ride, not a tour. They just take you out into the lake and point the front of the boat toward the skyline. So, the only people who can take a great photo are those in the front of the boat. The guide was useless. Waste of time and money. Take the other architecture tour if you want to see and learn something. Take this if you want a really overpriced breeze in your hair.

The Bad, kids phone stolen immediately upon arrival. Hours later, returned for a finders fee :( Expensive lodging and food. The Good, beach, biking, nighttime boat / fireworks tour, Wrigley Field, food. Will probably return in a few years.
