I've been on many ghost tours when I travel, and Krissy was amazing! The texts and communication were clear with precise directions, and she called to clarify about which tour to take. We loved the photos she took of us during the tour and texted to us afterwards. During the tour, we loved going inside several haunted buildings, especially the last stop "Lights out lock in" experience. The ghost hunting tools were fun to use and we communicated with several spirits via flashlights and the GhostTube app they sent links to prior. But when we got back to the hotel and looked through our videos and pictures, I wasn't prepared for what I saw and heard on one of my videos during that last experience! In the middle of my video, once the flashlight started flashing on and off, 2 shadow figures passed in front of my phone and then a few seconds later we heard a short but loud moan. We did not see those figures there and we were in a small space and would have felt them. And we definitely didn't hear the moan in real time. We would have trampled each other to get out of there if we had seen the shadows or heard the moan lol!

Booked Ghost Party on June 25, 2023. Very disappointed! This is a SCAM. I booked this Party online for two people and was at the designated meeting spot well before time to not miss anything. Nobody showed up. Then I got an email/text that they were sorry, but my time and date was overbooked and would I like to refund or schedule alternate date. I requested refund but no refund was given. I have called, emailed, texted them numerous times and get no response back. I called numerous businesses they say they go to and was told by most of them that "We have had problems with her before." I was so looking forward to the tour but deeply saddened by it being a huge scam. Do not book this party tour or if you do keep your purchase well protected to get your money back when you get scammed.

Our guide Nikki was very knowledgeable and intriguing. She knew a lot about the history and the ghost personalities and how to connect with them. I liked the locations a lot!

I did the tour in Tampa a few times and a couple of times in Savannah, I always had a great time, especially when we did a paranormal investigation, we always experienced something interesting. I love Chris, she is an excellent guide, she is very knowledgeable about the history of the places that she was showing us. I would do it again and again, it’s always fun.

I've been on several of the tours offered by Ghost Party, and they never disappoint! Nikki is a great guide the paranormal seem to be drawn out when she's around. At one point, we had 12 spirits in the room that once was a surgical room in a former hospital type setting.

What an amazing experience! I loves using different equipment like EMP scanners to make things even more spooky! Thank you for the impeccable service!

The opportunity to do the ghost hunting. Learned alot about the local history. Chrissy was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun. Would recommend this if u want a good paranormal experience.

I cannot tell you how absolutely upset I am at this company. This past weekend was my bachelorette party in Savanna Not only did the tour guide no show us - but they tried to tell us that we were late and that the tour guide attempted to look for us. We waited at our location for over an hour circulating the entire building looking for anyone who may have been a guide. We tried to call the company over five times that night with no one to answer. We waited in the exact location that she told us to and still no one showed up for us. We are trying to get a refund for this issue but now they are completely ignoring our calls and messages. I can't believe that they can run a business like this. We even tried to be understanding about the situation - but at this point I am just so upset that they would ignore our calls and take our money

My favorite part of the tour was learning the spooky history of ybor city! Definitely bring a jacket if you know you get cold easily

Loved every second of it! As a young adult, I cannot recommend this enough. It was so much fun to learn about the history while hunting ghosts!

We were at the designated meeting spot "The Haunted Safe" 10 minutes before tour starting time. Tour guide never showed. We were later told the guide was new and found others that were taking the tour out on the street, as they were unable to find the safe. Apparently the guide decided to just take that group and start the tour and never came for us. They have refused to refund our money. Stay clear of this tour group.

On February 11th, I made a reservation for 4 people for the “Ghost Hunting Tour” with electronic devices. Total was $140. We were interested in the “Haunted Dining” at the Carne Chop House Restaurant. The person making the reservation, told us that 6:30 would be plenty of time have dinner and meet at 8pm at the back door of the restaurant in front of the “Haunted Safe” where the tour begins. When we entered the restaurant, we informed the host that we were part of the Ghost Tour at 8pm. He Sat us at a table that was closest to the glass doors at the back of the restaurant. We could see the “haunted safe” from our table. We had our dinner, finishing at 7:50pm giving us plenty of time to walk the approximate 20 feet to the meeting spot. We then walked to the back door, stood in front of the “Safe” and waited for the tour guide to show up. After 8pm, we began to get concerned. We asked the Manager of the Carne Chop House, if he knew of a way to contact them and he did. He sent a message at 8:05 saying we were waiting for our tour guide. We had been waiting for approx. 15 minutes, thinking the guide might be running late. The manager told us that he had sent her a text, but she did not reply to him immediately. At 8:26 we called and a female answered saying that she was out of town and the she had no way of contacting the “New Tour Guide” because they turn their cell phones off to avoid disturbing the tour. She said she would continue to try and contact the tour guide and call us back. At 8:37 we received a phone call stating that tour had met in front of the Comedy club around the corner and never went into the agreed upon meeting spot in front of the ‘Haunted Safe' She also had the nerve to ask if we wanted to join the tour in progress, missing the first 30-45 mins. We said we paid for a full tour and that’s what we expected. We requested a refund since we complied with all of the requirements for the tour. The Ghost tour company refuses to acknowledge fault, even though we were at the agreed location BEFORE the tour was to leave.

Was concerned with all the bad reviews but we love doing ghost tours so we gave this company a try while in town. Booking was difficult. Can only do online and while traveling it was a hassle. Called and got the booking agent and she was super friendly but couldn't take my payment over the phone. They sent several links and they didn't work until sending us the paypal link. We almost said forget it because of the booking difficulty. We upgraded and did dinner at the restaurant and it was a decent meal. Price was right and was right where the tours meet so it worked out well. Our guide was Stephanie and she was friendly and was ok. She's more of a story teller than an investigator. The weird thing was there was another ghost tour that was on the other side of the street. They had like 30 people while this tour only had like 8 or 10 people. It was great for us but both companies did the same locations and ended up a the same investigation spot. (Cuban Club) Maybe that 's why the other company was called the Official Ghost Tour of Ybor. It was weird! It's like a former employee or partner started another company and did the exact same thing/places. It was great for us that our group was small and was able to investigate without bumping into a lot of people. That was until the other ghost tour group came in with their 30 or so people. We didn't get a lot of activity except for the light changing on one of the gadgets. That was neat. The other thing that made this tour better was that everyone on the tour was there for a good time so it was fun chatting with other people. Overall we would return and say it was worth the visit!

Have been on multiple tours at all the locations. Addicting, fun and real paranormal experiences. Chrissy the leader is fantastic. She knows her history and her ghosts. If you're looking for something different to do and exciting, no doubt do this. The tour is just not a your, there is actual paranormal investigations in real haunted sites. You won't be disappointed. 5+stars!

I went on this ghost tour on a Saturday night and it says online to meet at the movie theatre at 8pm and the security guy at the theatre knew nothing about this. We called the website and they told us we meet at 8:30 at a whole different location. ( they should have told us this when we signed up and purchased tickets online) The tour only lasted about 1 hour and 15 minutes... it was awful. The lady who was the tour guide looked like she was dressed for the gym and was totally unprofessional. I mean cmon, at least look the part some what.. she also brought her family as if they were just an addition to the group. It seemed like a family outing for them and just a scam for people who are looking to have a good night out in the town. Overall, not impressed at all. I do not think anyone in the group was. No one even asked for proof of purchase of the tickets.. you literally could have just walked up and joined the group.
