Callie was awesome during my ghost tour. The stories were engaging and helped highlight the history of Ybor City and the ghost that claim the city. I really enjoyed this tour and recommend it for someone who is looking to grab drinks while enjoying the ghostly stories of Ybor city.

We took a Nightly Spirits Tampa ghost pub tour. Our tour guide Callie was in great spirits and very personable. The tour was a combination of ghost tour and a pub crawl in Ybor City where chicken and roosters roam around and nest up in the trees.
We stepped back in time and explored an area of Tampa made famous by cigar smugglers and bootleggers.
The tour started at Tampa Bay Brewing Company where we enjoyed dinner beforehand and started off with a Sticky Coaster Con Leche Brown Ale then onto Gaspar’s Grotto where we had a Raspberry Stoli and 7 in memory of our friend Mike R., we had Duck Farts at James Joyce Irish Pub, followed by Key Lime hard cider at Cigar City Cider and Mead.
We heard tales about the spirits that haven’t quite moved on in Ybor City that haunt the locals…and the places that the locals haunt.

Kelly was awesome! Great stories, loved all the history about the area. The tour is an easy walk, the places are close, so much of the 2.5 hrs is hearing the stories of city history and the people important to it. We had dinner at Tampa Bay Brewing Co before tour started, the salmon, shrimp & grits were excellent! I had a white tea shot at James Joyce, skinny margarita at Gaspar's Grotto & espresso martini at Rock Brothers Brewing Co, all great drinks. This was a very enjoyable way to learn about Ybor City, thank you Kelly!

Callie did a great job at giving us some scary, historic stories of Ybor. I would highly recommend, even if you’re not there for the drinks. You get to learn a lot and walk around the city to places you wouldn’t know to go if you didn’t live close by

This is probably the first negative review I’ve ever written. I’ve travelled all over and usually do a walking tour in every city. I’m not sure where to start other than I was extremely bored and facts were questionable.
There were two locations on the tour where I couldn’t even hear the guide since the music was so loud. Wouldn’t have mattered because half the time I felt like she was making up facts. After one story, she actually said it was made up just to give us a reason to go that bar!
I should’ve taken the tour guides advice on the tour and gotten my history “from YouTube”.
Find another tour!

Cali was our tour guide for our ghost walk and she was OUTSTANDING! We had an amazing time. Cali was super knowledgeable, corky and funny at the same time. Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay for the whole walk due to our 10 pm reservation however we will absolutely do it again and hopefully Cali will be our tour guide. We highly recommend this fun excursion not to mention you literally stop at pubs and your cup can stay full while you walk the town.

I booked this tour with two friends and received a confirmation. We arrived about 15 minutes early and waited until 15 minutes after but our tour guide was a no show. Texts and calls were unanswered. Called the company right away for a refund. The following day they refused to issue the refund. Very disappointed!

The variety of local bars was a hit. This was my first pub crawl and this part of the experience was fantastic. Captain Morgan was interesting. She was fairly new to the job and I am sure she will improve with her story telling. I learned quite a bit of history but the ghost stories themselves were a little flat. We lost 2 members of our party of 8 at the first pub, we lost 2 more at pub 3. I highly recommend Cigar City. It was a quiet bar with multiple choices of beer, mead, and cider. Rock Brother's Brewing had an interesting selection of mixed drinks that I had not seen before. Highly worth checking out.

Nightly Spirits, and especially Danielle, were instrumental in kicking off what was quite possibly the most memorable weekend for my friends and I on vacation. There is so much to appreciate in every step of the way with this Tour Company. From sending text, updating on the weekend and parking situation and tips on what to do to get there on time, on taking an unforeseen circumstance and being flexible enough to run with it, and most importantly ensuring each one of us is experiencing the tour we want. I personally enjoyed the history, which was more in depth than I thought it would be and I appreciated that. Others were looking for spirits and encounters and they were able to find what they were looking for. Some were looking for an excuse to see how many bars they can go to.
We had the added benefit/chaos of the weekend being a pride festival which only added to the fun but also the amount of people crowding certain area.Danielle was able to find the right areas and places were we can still hear perfectly. For the record, I am deaf in one ear and hard of hearing and was able to hear fine.
Once done Danielle even gave us some tips and places to visit and enjoy ourselves some more, which really helped us continue a most amazing night in Tampa. Thank you Nightly Spirits Ghost Tour
