It is unclear to us why the reviewer elected not to board the cruise as over 40 other guests had a wonderful experience. Through our booking partner we offer cancellations 24 hours prior to departure. As the reviewer elected to cancel less than 1 hour prior to departure their request was denied. This policy is clearly conveyed at the time of booking and posted, so there really should be no confusion. The reviewer was offered to rebook for missing the cruise.

We're sorry that odor prevented you from fully enjoying the tour, as well as your inconvenience when we had to cancel your original reservation due to a captain unavailability. It was discovered that a ventilation fan in a technical space had malfunctioned and this has subsequently been repaired. Our crew works tirelessly to create a remarkable experience for each of our guests and make sure all safety precautions are met during their time onboard with us. We take pride in our quality service, so it's unfortunate if did not reflect through your interview. Refund requests are only granted under specific circumstances as outlined by our terms and conditions; however, I'm glad you could use reschedule your tour at an agreeable time and see some sights despite the situation!
