I signed up for a haunted history tour and we were so excited! We get there and the woman has me download an app for a scavenger hunt. Okay still being positive and hoping this is fun at $30 a person so I paid $120. WORST time ever and on our Anniversary no less! You go to places the app tells you and it gives you a VERY short paragraph about the date of the building and that you have to make a scary video or take a photo. That’s it. No real details of why this place is haunted and no real history. So you end up spending tons of money on drinks at each place and realize you’re just bar hopping for an extra $120! Which you can do on your own. We did 2 of the suggestions and stopped as it’s just not scary or informative. We asked people at the places we stopped about ghosts and nobody knew what we were talking about. Just a total waste of time. We were so excited to be scared and learn about the history of the first city in America.Written September 1, 2024

My sister's and I booked were booked on the 7pm tour for the Seville Quarter red light tour. The tour was booked July 29, 2021! We arrived an hour early , we had a drink and went to the front door at 6:45pm. At 7:15pm there was still no one from the tour. I looked up the phone number and called the owner Ericka. I told her who I was and she informed me that the tour was cancelled due to weather. I advised her that there was no bad weather and I was unsure what weather she was speaking of! She told me that they tried several time to contact me via email but were not successful and they had refunded my money! I told her I never received an email from her company, and she said maybe it went to my spam! I received a confirmation email after I booked the tour that was not in my spam. I asked her what email did she send it too? She also advised me that they did not have a phone number to call me regarding the cancellation (when you book you can't pay without adding your phone number! After several minutes of her trying to find my email address, she told me she would resend what they emailed me! Ericka then proceeded to ask me for my email address!! Needless to say, I checked my credit card statement and there money was refunded. But I would expect a company to contact me, which she said she did and that was a lie because I never got an email! Second, my number was entered on the booking form, because I didn't have a choice but to add it!! Third, she never apologized and continued to say she refunded my money! I would never do business with a unreliable and untrustworthy company!

This was the biggest waste of money and time. It was ridiculously childish and uninteresting. I took my wife to this as an anniversary/birthday idea and I've done nothing but apologize multiple times. The staff were very nice and patient because the kids that were there. The equipment was an absolute joke. Very cheap. We feel SCAMMED. Don't waste your time or money with this. We left early and because your "meal is 12 dollar voucher that barely covers one item on the menus. Completely disappointed and will not attend anything with second sight paranormal name ever again. I really enjoyed their energy and enthusiasm. It's nothing personal to then they were okay, but its a huge flop. Don't waste your money.

Dear Rich35J, we would like to thank you for attending one of our tours and for sharing your feedback. We are concerned to hear that you were not quite satisfied with your visit and experience. We pride ourselves on providing professional ghost tours, industry-standard ghost hunting tools, and an award-winning lunch. Everything on the menu is $12 or under, except for one item that is $13. During this tour, we did have two small inquisitive children. The staff were very patient and accommodating to ensure that the other guests had a quality experience. We heard nothing but praises about the tour and staff at the close of the day. However, your input has been taken into serious consideration. Once again thank you for being our guest. Happy Anniversary and Birthday to your wife. We hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to welcome you back and prove that we can serve you better. With kind regards,

This event was very unorganized. No one, including the guide, showed up at the appointed time, 2p. The very gracious manager of the restaurant, which was the meeting point, did his best to help us find out why no one showed up. We were given the option to stay for the dinner presentation or be given a refund. Since we had traveled so far for an event for which we looked forward, we opted to spend another 4 hours for the later presentation of "Pensacola History, Haunted Ghost Tours, Paranormal Investigations, and Spooky Events," none of which was realized. Don't waste your time or money on this seemingly bogus non-event. Don't be fooled by the advertising hype that is shown on their website. You will be fooled, just as we 5 people were. It wrecked our vacation.

I must say this particular ghost tour was my favorite one yet! My mom came down to visit me to go to this one and we weren’t disappointed! We really connected with our tour guide who is also a psychic! Ms. Ericka did a wonderful job telling the history of Seville Quarter, as well as give a nice background on the sad events that have happened to some of the people who worked there and more! We got to use some really neat paranormal equipment! That part really had me hyped! We had some emotional findings as well! Thanks for putting a nice smile on my mother’s face!

We really enjoyed the ghost stories and then using the equipment to locate the local spirits. Lunch was delicious! I would highly recommend this activity as something to entertain a group on a rainy day in Pensacola.

We wanted to try something different while in Pensacola so my brother looked this place up. $50 a person, even for kids. We got there and waited 20 mins with no waitress or drinks while looking at a menu we thought was for children and some items weren’t even available. The tour was unorganized and the equipment worked here and there. After the tour, we received our food at different times and some was cold. My nephew’s food had to be to go because he didn’t get it until we all ate. No drink orders, waitresses seemed lost…..definitely not what we were expecting for the price.

It seemed strange to be ghost hunting on a beautiful sunny day but it was a lot of fun. The guides were very knowledgeable and had all the equipment needed. And the main guide, Ericka is the real deal. I went looking for Pensacola ghosts and at one point she stopped next to me and said "it didn't hurt". I looked at her like huh and she said your mom, who you found deceased on the kitchen floor wants you to know it didn't hurt. My mom passed in May 2022, and yes, I was the one who found her. There's no way she could have known that except to have communicated with my mom. I was blown away.

Very good interesting detailed history of the Seville Quarters. The ladies took turns recounting events which occurred after the purchase of the actual property. We were given paranormal investing equipment such as dousing rods, EMF detectors and thermal locators. It was fun to get a “hit” or multiple hits in the group. We really enjoyed the detail and planning our guides put into the tour.

No meat to this tour. They were not prepared for large crowd, no ghostly stories, and it didn't leave the building. Dinner is on your own with no additional story telling or info. Food decent. Nice crew, but definitely need to significantly expand the material covered. I do not recommend this tour, esp at the price point.

Really enjoyed the history behind Seville Quarter. Tools provided made for a very enjoyable experience, really felt like we were ghost hunters. Only thing I would add is just a little better explanation on where you actually meet, we were almost late but fortunately all the venues there are very familiar with this event and got us to where we needed to be on time. Will definitely do again and looking forward to the Ft Morgan event.
