Fun interesting experience for the whole family. Highly recommend!
Took a large family including kids (ages 10-14) and we all had some laughs and learned from interesting stories about ghosts and real life residents of Pensacola. Terry Sanders was our driver and provided jokes and additional entertainment during the tour. The tour goes to multiple areas so it also provides a nice overview of the city..

The museum is free and open to the public
The museum is free to anyone, and open to the public. No need to pay $50 The lighthouse is maybe $10 a person. Save your money, and go yourself.

    Ghosts and Graveyard Tour
The ghosts and graveyard tour with Terry Sanders was a great time. It’s hard to entertain teenagers and even they really enjoyed this tour. Terry is an outstanding guide, he went above and beyond to make the night really fun for everyone. He was energetic and added in extra knowledge of the area and even restaurant recommendations! It can be difficult at times to see some of the locations from the bus if you are on the opposite side but the video does a good job to fill in the gaps for this as it provides pictures and overviews of the locations. Highly recommend the tour and Terry!

    Ghostly Great Time!
Wonderful trip! We visited many haunted spots and then stopped in St. John’s cemetery. Madam Molly McCoy must have liked me. At her grave, Terry gave us dowsing rods. The one in my left hand stood perfectly still while the one in my right went around and around clockwise. Stopped. Then, it went around and around counterclock-wise. I sometimes get a good ghost photo or experience other spirit phenomona on ghost trips, but this was a first. Terry, our guide, was jovial, insightful, and funny. The 1935 Model A Ford bus was a plus!!

"An Unforgettable Ghost Investigating Adventure: Exploring the Paranormal on My Son's 18th Birthday"
I took my son Ghost Investigating on his 18th birthday as a surprise trip, following a last-minute suggestion from a complete stranger. And I am so glad I did. Were there ghosts? I don't know; that's for the individual to decide. But there were definitely very specific unexplainable things that happened, which were very personal to me. The house is old—1900s old—and it's beautiful! Even if you aren't into Ghost Hunting, the house and history alone are enough to enjoy. Almost everything there is original, which is exciting for ghost hunters because those are triggers for the afterlife to become active. The house is huge, with secret rooms, and the history is rich. Upon walking in, I was immediately hit with a heaviness and a somewhat nauseated, dizzy feeling. I can only describe it as being under sedation or a narcotic without food in your stomach. Or maybe similar to the Gravitron carnival ride at your local fair when you try to lift your head off the pads at full speed. My personal experience will not be anyone else's, and I am pretty sure I was the only one on that trip who felt this way. I felt like this almost the entirety of the adventure, but I didn't want to ruin it for my kid, so I sat (because I had to) 90% of the time. We were given several ghost-hunting tools, like temperature lasers, EMF detectors, touch-activated objects that light up, and even a Spirit Box. Most of the items went off or did things no one could explain, and that was exciting. What hit me hard was the Spirit Box. Two messages came through that were very specific to me and were about situations that aren't public knowledge. The tour guide, Mama Ivy (who is fantastic!), was extremely knowledgeable and upbeat. You can tell she loves what she does, and another surprise to me, I had met her as a kid! I really didn't expect so much from the trip, but it blew me away. The messages were very important, and the time I spent with my family was unforgettable. And my 18-year-old? He LOVED it and he wants to come back. I would recommend anyone to go on this trip; it was calm, the lights stayed on (because the ghosts wanted them on), and it was fun as the spirits apparently have huge personalities, some that are sarcastic and funny.

    Great evening with great stories
Terry was our guide. He was excellent and seemed to enjoy the tour as much as we did. Most of the tour was on an old bus and we saw a lot of old Pensacola. Beautiful city. We would recommend this tour.

Interesting way to spend an evening, but not something I would plan my trip around. I would have enjoyed hearing more historical information.

And Pensacola is rebuilding it’s historic downtown one piece at a time. The narrated portion of this tour was well done. The driver was nice and it was offered several times did we want to get off -I was diluted and was thinking that we would be able to go all the way around and then continue on to be dropped off at some of the venues and picked back up at a later time! But your reality we paid our $30 and we were completely done in an hour and 15 minutes! We were able to use our bracelets to get in to some of the museums before they closed after driving ourselves back downtown

I'm sorry that the driver did not explain that he makes several loops in the day and that you could be picked up during such times. I'm glad you used your wrist band to explore the museums. The wrist band contains over $100 worth of discounts, admissions, or give aways. Please come again.

The bus tour was advertised as a "Hop on Hop off," however, we were told that we were encouraged to stay on the bus for the first loop and then when we got back we could decide what we wanted to do. In the same breath, the driver, I think that his name was Bob, said that he had another tour following ours and that he would not be along to pick us up as advertised. If we called him he said that he could come and pick us up, but that it might take as much as 20-50 minutes to get there? He said that the bus tour was to orient us to Pensacola and the sights. He encouraged us to take the tour, and then to drive to wherever we wanted to go after the first loop of the tour. It was a little confusing. The tour was not as informative as we had hoped. We had been on many hop on and off bus trips around the country and this was by far the worse. We expected historical stories of houses and people along the route, instead we got a pre-recorded video with a lot of advertising about bars and restaurants. Bob did drive past the historical village, Memorial park, and the cemetery. One stop was the visitors center, which we had already gone to the day before. Supposedly we were to get discounts at local venders but we did not experience many that honored this discount. The cost was $30 each, but it would have been cheaper to just pay the entrance fee to wherever we wanted to go. We lost money on this excursion. We learned the hard way.

I did the hop-on-hop-off tour. It was awesome. Highly recommended. The first run lasted 1 hour, it was a video/driver guided tour. May you be a visitor or a local, I recommend doing this tour. Very historic, I'm a New Orleanean transplant and learned a lot on this tour. I often recommend this to everyone who asks me,"What is there to do in Pensacola?" I tell them, "The first thing you should do is take a tour of downtown Pensacola."
My wife and I have lived here for 5 years and we learned so much. Should have done this a long time ago. We did the tour for an hour, went to Capt Joey Patti's restaurant that just got relocated to Garden St that day.

The driver came back in an hour and we hopped back on. I recommend doing the earliest time. I believe it's 10 am. It ends around 3 pm. There are several hop on hop off spots along the tour route. Leroy is awesome!!!!

The tour was pretty good. The driver also narrated the tour. It was very hard to hear what he was saying. We was seated in the front of bus and most of time his narration was garbled. I know what he was talking about would have been interesting, but instead it was frustrating

Leeroy was wonderful. Our family had a great time and would tour again. Enjoyed the trivia. I would like to know for next time why the places were haunted and who is known to haunt them not just what was happening. I enjoy the history of a place as well as the haunt. I did like that our guide shared personal experiences and history of places we passed while on the tour. I would highly recommend the ghosts and graveyard tour.

We were psyched to have a tour of Pensacola as these hop on/hop off usually help with our bearings. The tour was more high tech than is the norm; a well made video did all the guiding. The tour director-driver added bits of information, but nothing substantial. The tour was over within an hour. As others report, we were encouraged to use our cars and not the hop on/hop off feature. We were given discount tickets to other sites in town and told how to use them numerous times. $30 per person is a steep for the package delivered. Having taken many hop on/hop off tours, we were disappointed with this one. Although the video is well made, watching the video focused attention on the tv rather than the town. Also, the opportunity to relate to a Pensacolan was lost since the tour guide had minimal interactions with us. Finally, the continued advertising for their other tours became tedious. Sadly, there was no other tour of the town available so they have the market cornered. But, go in with open eyes.

I had a great tour. From the greeting to the farewell, everything was just right for me here. The guide was friendly and even helped guests get on and off the bus. The bus was air conditioned and the tour itself was very informative. It covered the historical highlights of the city as well as recommendations on where to eat and drink. For me, a highly recommended tour.

The staff is friendly and the first hour was great. During the first hour, you are driven around Pensacola while watching a video related to where you are. It was very enjoyable and informative. The oversized van was very comfortable and cool. After the first hour, you're asked where you want to go and you're taken to that stop along the route. When you're done there, call the phone number. You're told someone will come back for you and take you to the next stop you want to go to. After my first stop, I couldn't reach anyone. I called a few times and left a message. I was abandoned. Thankfully my husband's plans changed so he was able to come get me. I don't know if this is normal for this company, but it was very disappointing.

I sincerely apologize about the second half of your experience, this is most definitely not normal for us! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After checking with our staff, we seem to have not gotten any notification through our system that there was a voicemail left by you. I will be checking with our service provider to ensure that this does not happen again in the future. I am glad that you enjoyed the official tour, and hope that once we get this problem resolved, you will consider enjoying some of our other tours!

This was an excellent tour! Robert was our tour guide and he was very informative and answered all our questions. Highly recommend this tour to everyone visiting Pensacola. We scheduled it the first day of our trip, which was a great idea because they tell you all the great places to visit in the area and give you a lot of discounts for various places! Great deal for the price ☺️

This was worth it! My husband and I did it as an activity for our honeymoon and it was my favorite part. I love how there was also a video to talk about each stop. It felt very personalized and the driver was very friendly. She was also willing to pick us up from any stop once we got off.
