- andrewtI7773ZP0 contributionsGood Overview Trip but issuesA good way to see Pensacola. Check in was easy. Due to the day of the week, only my wife and I were on the trip. Driver was excellent for a new driver. Tour was ok but had technical issues with video. Not sure about hop-on/hop-off analogy. Tour lasted about two hours with two stops. To me not really a hop-on/hop-off. Not sure it was worth the price.Written August 9, 2024
- carolynaH7214JJ0 contributionsFalse advertisement on brochure.......... waste of moneyWaste of money. It was horrible . NOT NOT a hop on --hop off tour. You watch a video and drive around town. You are told that you may come back to the stops on your own. It was a white van not the cool truck in picture...brochure was false advertisement and very misleading.....Written August 6, 2024
- 1776Kay0 contributionsOkayIt was fine. The guides were nice. The website shows two pick up options (main office and visitor center) and I guess that is no longer the case. I found out after calling to check on when to be there. I hope they fix that.Written August 3, 2024

Mr Terry Sanders, our driver/tour guide was simply AMAZING. He was so knowledgeable and his love for Pensacola really shone through. - James B0 contributionsFlorida's Greatest SecretThe tour was wonderful! Terry, our tour guide, treated us like royalty. He was very knowledgeable and added a great deal of information from his own research. We learned so much and considered this time and money well spent. I am excited to take one of his other tours the next time we come to Pensacola, the hidden gem of the state of Florida.Written May 4, 2024
- Blubp0 contributions"An Unforgettable Ghost Investigating Adventure: Exploring the Paranormal on My Son's 18th Birthday"I took my son Ghost Investigating on his 18th birthday as a surprise trip, following a last-minute suggestion from a complete stranger. And I am so glad I did. Were there ghosts? I don't know; that's for the individual to decide. But there were definitely very specific unexplainable things that happened, which were very personal to me. The house is old—1900s old—and it's beautiful! Even if you aren't into Ghost Hunting, the house and history alone are enough to enjoy. Almost everything there is original, which is exciting for ghost hunters because those are triggers for the afterlife to become active. The house is huge, with secret rooms, and the history is rich. Upon walking in, I was immediately hit with a heaviness and a somewhat nauseated, dizzy feeling. I can only describe it as being under sedation or a narcotic without food in your stomach. Or maybe similar to the Gravitron carnival ride at your local fair when you try to lift your head off the pads at full speed. My personal experience will not be anyone else's, and I am pretty sure I was the only one on that trip who felt this way. I felt like this almost the entirety of the adventure, but I didn't want to ruin it for my kid, so I sat (because I had to) 90% of the time. We were given several ghost-hunting tools, like temperature lasers, EMF detectors, touch-activated objects that light up, and even a Spirit Box. Most of the items went off or did things no one could explain, and that was exciting. What hit me hard was the Spirit Box. Two messages came through that were very specific to me and were about situations that aren't public knowledge. The tour guide, Mama Ivy (who is fantastic!), was extremely knowledgeable and upbeat. You can tell she loves what she does, and another surprise to me, I had met her as a kid! I really didn't expect so much from the trip, but it blew me away. The messages were very important, and the time I spent with my family was unforgettable. And my 18-year-old? He LOVED it and he wants to come back. I would recommend anyone to go on this trip; it was calm, the lights stayed on (because the ghosts wanted them on), and it was fun as the spirits apparently have huge personalities, some that are sarcastic and funny.Written April 28, 2024

Love the tour! The guide entertained us with interesting, spooky tales as he drove us around the city. We visited some pretty intense sights and were invited to walk around in the cemetery and visit a historic house! Was awesome. Will definitely book another tour with the company (they have several to choose from). Was great!

My wife and I had a great time on the Ghosts and Graveyard tour! The tour was comprised of an hour and a half of stories from both the tour video and the driver. About halfway through the tour we were able to step out of the bus for a few minutes to walk through part of the St. John Cemetery. Would recommend as a fun date!

Very interesting tour of various haunted places around the city culminating in a spooky sojourn in St John’s cemetery. I wish I could remember where the haunted houses were. It would be awesome if the video was provided for sale. I would even buy a list of the addresses.

The tour was well worth the $25 per person that we paid! Ivey was a great gal, and very knowledgeable about the homes and the stories of the area. The 2 tour is by air conditioned van and most of the info is on the big screen video, so not much walking. Very enjoyable!

The tour guide was amazing, very funny, and made the overall experience that much better. If you’re in the area I highly recommend checking them out! She gave us extra info that wasn’t on the video and chatted with her charges. Overall an amazing experience highly recommend!

Took a large family including kids (ages 10-14) and we all had some laughs and learned from interesting stories about ghosts and real life residents of Pensacola. Terry Sanders was our driver and provided jokes and additional entertainment during the tour. The tour goes to multiple areas so it also provides a nice overview of the city..

Glad you liked it. We always are nervous when younger children come because the tour is designed for folks 17+. In the past, some parents have said the tour scared their 10 year old. Thanks again for coming and your great feedback!

I went to visit a friend in Pensacola and signed us up for this. We both enjoyed the ghost stories and I really liked being able to stop at one of the Victorian homes that was believed to be haunted...I didnt experience anything while there, but the house was beautiful and the host grew up and still lives in the house. I also liked knowing where the haunted places were so during the rest of my visit I kept looking for ghostly experiences...I didn't have any, but liked the idea. I enjoy horror movies so I was not afraid at any point, just fun.

I was excited to go on this tour but my friend was not, she is not a fan of ghost tours but agreed to go. We both really enjoyed it. It was a good deal of history and details about the city and its former residents. It was interesting and our guide was hilarious. So glad we went!!

It was very cheesy. You basically just drive around while a video plays. You'll stop in front of someone's house while the video tells you about a murder that happened there amd then you drive again. You only stop once at a graveyard, which was pretty cool, but I would've rather just done that ourselves so we had time to walk around.

This was by far the absolute best tour I have been on anywhere. If I could give it 10 stars I would! The bus was clean , comfortable and not to crowded only 13 people per tour. There were large TV screens on the bus with a narrator explaining everything which was so much better than the normal driver being the narrator. Although Ivy was fabulous, she added to the narration and took us into the graveyard. She was super GREAT!!!!! We live here and I can't wait to go on the rest of their tours. Highly recommend.

I am looking to book this for Friday September 4th. What time does the tour start?
Written August 8, 2020
During this tour, do you actually get off of the bus at the listed sites?
Written February 13, 2019
We only got out of the bus at the graveyard, and walked to look at specific headstones. Otherwise, we were in the bus. Many sites are private homes in neighborhoods, so getting out of the bus would be impractical.
