I booked on trip advisor and when I arrived they told me I didn’t have a reservation because I booked on trip advisor. It was 2pm and they told me I could come back at 5:30pm if I wanted to do a different escape room. I called trip advisor and they called the facility and was able to find my reservation but was for 2:45pm and not 2pm like my reservation said. This was a lot of needless stress for my family and me. From what I can tell the time slots on trip advisor are not correct. It is best to book directly through the Escape Room website and not through trip advisor. I will avoid using Trip Advisor in the future.

We did the Serial Killer escape room and it was dirty and was in desperate need of an update. Clues did not work properly (when solved, the magnets were not working to reveal the next clue.). At one point we solved a clue that should have opened the door to the next room, but it was jammed and the attendant actually had to force it open from the outside! We solved it after we were given extra time due to the mishaps, but we were just frustrated and annoyed by that point. The attendant didn’t seem to care that things weren’t working properly and was more annoyed that we were interrupting her lunch which she was eating at her desk. I won’t be back to find out if the other rooms are any better.

When we arrived we had trouble finding the location because of lack of good signage. Also, when we arrived at the location we were told the reservation we had paid for two weeks in advance was double booked and unavailable. We settled for another escape room but were disappointed at the lack of professional service and disorganization.

We did the Magic School. It was so much fun. My husband has never went to an escape room, but he caught on fast. It was a great way to spend time together.

The room wasn’t set up properly, so more than half of the “clues” didn’t make sense. There was a device error hiding a code we needed for the first 15 minutes. We had to have the hostess come in multiple times to help, fix things or give us items that were missing. We ended up getting extra time and completing the room, but it was not the best experience. Also, there were so many false clues in this room that it was nearly impossible to figure out which ones were real or not without help. The hostess was apologetic and offered us another room for free once we were done, but it was already late and we were leaving the next day. If it weren’t for that, this would have gotten one star.

My family and I have done multiple escape rooms together over the years and I can honestly say this is the worst one we have ever been too. We did the Serial Killer escape room. The staff that greeted us when we arrived were on their phones and rude. We tried to ask for clues a couple of times by yelling and waving our arms for several minutes but were ignored by staff. Multiple objects in the room were broken, including things needed to solve the puzzles. A few times we solved the puzzles and did not know it because they did not react like they were supposed to. The clues did not flow together and the room did not tell a story like other rooms we’ve been to. It was all very random. The finale was supposed to have a person but it was so broken that the head had fallen off and all that was left on top was a metal frame with some stuffing on it. The entire room felt very cheap and stupid, not scary at all. Definitely not worth $231 for 6 of us. Would never return here again.

The room was set up well however, there were glitches. For instance, the type writer doesn’t work. We solved that puzzle early on yet it didn’t work so we kept trying other things and wasting time. We asked for a clue and had to wave our hands repeatedly. Several minutes would go by before we received a clue. Then the “clues” were just answers. No clues on how to get them ourselves. Also numbers were rubbed half-off so it wasn’t clear what is said. Wouldn’t return. There are wayyy better games out there with more attentive game masters. Save your money.

I booked in advance, and that was super easy. This was my first escape room and my daughter's second. Check-in was easy. I had to go online to sign the waiver prior to the event. We went to "the terminal". It's was a lot of fun and the employee gave us our first clue, that took us a while, but it was fun working together to solve the clues. We ESCAPED with 1 min and 37 seconds to go!!! :)

Awesome experience at the two escape rooms we have done!! we will definitely be back. awesome and friendly staff!!

I was impressed with the room mechanics and cool, clever clues and moving pieces. The staff were really helpful! We had a great time!!

I did the stolen relic Escape with my family and it was amazing, I really enjoyed it. Next time I’m gonna let my friends do it

This was my first escape room and will be my last. The booking was easy and went fine. We showed up on time and our room was ready no problem. We did this as a family of 4 @$35/person. A complete waste of $140. We found a few clues and nothing happened, we had to wait till a certain amount of time went by before the clues actually worked or did anything. Obviously you can’t go to fast or the clues will mean nothing. We did everything needed to escape but still failed because the host type the wrong word in for numbers, they typed(rubbers) and said sorry at the end after they opened the door when the 1 hour timer went off. We did everything we needed to and actually stood there looking dumbfounded for over ten minutes and watched the timer count down. Not to mention how cheesy and dingy the theme or locks were. Royal Escape Rooms, have ruined my experience for ever wanting to go to another escape room!!!! Spend your money elsewhere, you’ll be thankful you did!! As a family we would have had more fun putting a 50 piece puzzle together!!

We did the Serial Killer escape room and also the haunted house!! Both we’re definitely a 10/10 and very fun.

The experience was awesome. First time for my family to experience the escape room fun. We were able to make it out before the time was up. Family loved it. John was awesome and helped us to enjoy the experience. Definitely will be back!
