On our recent trip to Orlando we used this company to transport our family of 8 a number of times. Transfers to and from the airport, transfers from international drive to port canaveral and back. Adan was our driver on a number of occasions, helpful and friendly. These guys were always on time, vans were clean, comfortable and great communication on where and when to meet. Highly recommended company.

Our driver Jose was waiting in the terminal when we arrived after a very delayed flight. He stayed in touch from the time we landed until we found him. He pulled the SUV around for us and set us up comfortably for our hour long ride to Port Canaveral. He was so sweet and had waters waiting for us and some trinkets for the children in honor of our upcoming cruise. Highly recommended for travel from MCO to Port Canaveral.

Adan was an amazing driver and person. He was timely and knowledgeable. Would recommend him to anyone, he was communicating before we were off the plane to put us at ease that we were going to be taken care of!

The vehicle and transportation were excellent. We had some confusion on where to meet the driver which prevented a 5 rating.

Orlando was professional and greeted us with a sign as spon as we exited airport security. He had already checked where our flight's checked baggage would be and helped us gather our luggage. A very short walk to the car, and he loaded our bags. He was friendly and we chatted with him most of the way as he pointed out various spots of interest. We'd use this service again in a heartbeat!

We used them for transfers from airport to Cabana Bay, then Cabana Bay to Port Canaveral and then from Port Canaveral back to Orlando airport. The prices were reasonable, the service was prompt Doraly was quick to respond back with an questions and a quote. They communicated with me prior to pick ups. We knew the drivers names before hand. The driver messaged when they arrived and were always early. Great service. I would use them again.

ATC provided wonderful service to and from the cruise port. It was a load off my back not having to worry about transportation. They provided a fully air conditioned bus for my 15 guest, the drivers were all friendly and arrived early so we could start our vacation off right. I will always use ATC for my private transportation needs. Our trip was perfect!!!

Adan did a great job. Clean van, cold water and on time! Very pleasant. We would recommend this company. It is much cleaner than a croweded bus and quiet ride.

This was the second time we used Around The Clock and it was just as good as the first! Communication between the company and us was very good. Several messages confirming our booking as well as a message with a link to see who our actual driver would be. My only suggestion might be a photo of the vehicle just to make the pick up at the cruise terminal easier. There are A LOT of large black vans. However, our van did have a "Viator" sign on the dash which DID help! Our driver, Guillermo, was fantastic! He offered all of us hand sanitzer as we boarded and then offered some chocolates to everyone! His van was very clean. He was super friendly. AND he was a very safe driver, we did not have any concerns on the apprx 1 hr trip! We would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone!! Thank you for the easy transfer "back to reality" from our cruise vacation!! See you again soon!!!

I highly recommend Around the a clock transfers! They're vehicles are very nice and clean and the drivers were fantastic! We had a group of 13 with a ton of luggage and they accommodated us easily including our requests for car seats. I'm a travel agent who will be using them for my clients!

It wasn't the best experience if I'm honest. The driver couldn't explain where he was parked so that I could find him. He just kept saying he was near busses which didn't help because there were multiple areas with busses and shuttles. At one point he said he was waving but because we weren’t near him which I kept saying it was pointless. I even asked if he was in parking garage and he just repeated he was in a black van next to busses. I was very frustrated and spent a very long time explaining that I had no idea where he was and asked for directions to get to him. I even asked for a picture so that I could orient myself but he just took a picture of the van. Telling me you're near a bus doesn't help. He also kept arguing that he was in the ONLY parking area when there were multiple parking areas. I realize that English was a second language but if he's going to drive he should be able to give directions to meet up. I tried to give grace on the language barrier by asking for landmark position like “are you in the parking garage?” but he couldn’t even say yes to that (when he was on far right side of garage) we were standing on far left of garage. He just kept saying he was in only parking area(not true). He also wasn't very friendly when we finally found our way to him after 30 minutes. He also said there was only one terminal at the airport even though there are actually three( A B & C). He dropped everyone off at the first spot he could pull over in so everyone was dragging bags all over the check in area to get to our counters. That part was a bit unexpected but at that point we just wanted to get out of the shuttle and check in for our flights. On a positive he was there on time even a little early and the van was comfortable and large enough to accommodate five women and all our cruise luggage. He loaded and unloaded the bags. And the trip itself from port to airport was uneventful once we were on the road. I just think I had higher expectations considering price point. The company should have sent us a pickup location vs just port so that we could be in correct area when there are so many shuttle taxi and bus pickup locations.
