I am disappointed that you gave us a 2-star review based on pricing. We have a range of prices and we do have a $25.00 tour! It's 1.5 hours and is all outdoors and focuses more on history and stories. I feel like you penalized us because YOU chose the wrong tour/package. You booked through TripAdvisor and that package is $75. It's an all-inclusive package deal that includes booking fees, t-shirts, prepaid tips, and a parting gift. It's one of the top of the line packages! They pay us later so you didn't even pay us directly. I can tell that you do not own a business so you don't understand all the fees and struggles a small business has to go through. As far as equipment goes, there are many theories on how things function. When used properly or in the right hands, the instruments are amazing. We, of course, do NOT force people to believe in ghosts but I can tell you the buildings you enter, have quite a few stories and are known for ghost activity. You can see that in most of the reviews we receive. We do thank you for your feedback and hope you would reconsider your rating based on experience, fun, knowledge, and NOT price as you stated in the last sentence. You could have given us 5 stars and noted that you thought the price was high and I would have explained to you why it was $75.00. The 2 stars are very misleading and UNFAIR! You even stated in the last sentence we deserved a 5-star rating. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss this further.
