      Family Vacation
Everything was great. There were a lot of wax figures for everyone. I just wish they had wax figures such as Marilyn Monroe, The Rock etc.. The whole tour took about 1 hour and the Sea life Aquarium was about 45 minutes to 1 hour. My family had a blast. Everyone working there was nice. If you had a question, they were quick to answer. Would do again when in Orlando. It is in a nice location. It is located in Icon park. Free parking between the 4th and 7th floor. There are a lot of restaurants and souvenir Shops. Fun for the whole family.

      Could have done without.
This was a pretty good venue. Some updates may be needed. Also, special things like pictures were not very easy to find or use.

      Buyer Beware
The visit was unacceptable. Per the reservation details, Madam Toussauds is supposed to give you a voucher for your Hard Rock meal. Madam Toussauds failed to give us the vouchers and referred me back to Trip Advisor. I reached out to them, and they said there wasn’t any discrepancies therefore they wouldn’t refund my meals. I paid for 4 meals I never got. Very disappointed.

Artists from all over the world in just one place
Here you can walk among superheroes and Hollywood stars. You can see dead people and even take photos with some of them such as Elvis, Michael Jackson etc. Bring your best camera and someone to take your photos because I bet you will take hundreds. Positive: well maintained and updated Negative: it might be crowded

      Something different
I expected a little more but it still was nice. My husband blocked shack🤣. Some were so life like. Some were not so great. It was in walking distance to our hotel and a nice excursion.

      Unexpectedly Awesome
We got this as a combo ticket with the aquarium and no real desire to go. I am certainly glad we did. This was a really cool experience and the figures are so life like. It was totally unexpected how much we enjoyed the experience.

Be aware...make purchasing tickets for vets way more difficult than it needs to be
We had planned to visit this month. Due to covid, purchasing your tickets online and selecting your date and time of visit is strongly recommended. If you choose to purchase at the door, you will be put into a stand by line and may not get in at all. The web site offers discounts to veterans but to utilize this discount, the purchase MUST be made at the door. I called to ensure that is still the policy and yes, military can not be purchased in advance. Way to go offering a discount and then making it as difficult as possible to use. We decided to skip Madame Tussauds all together and hit Potters Wax museum up in St. Augustine.

      Great place
My daughter and I visited the museum. The value was good for the money. We had a dual ticket to the aquarium which was good. I would say if you love taking pictures this is a great place. Also, be mindful that there is a wait at some exhibits due to others taking pictures.

      Pretty cool
So I have to admit , I was totally freaked out in the wax museum lol , these sculptures look so real it’s insane ! , not really my thing but a pretty cool experience , I do wish it was a bit cheaper the ticket was around 30 dollars plus so that was a bit high but it was a cool experience, the museum is located right inside of the same building the aquarium is just to the left right behind the Orlando eye , there are some cool shops right outside and food and drinks inside , parking is free from what I saw the parking garage on the left to the Orlando eye is free so make sure you park there and enjoy !

      Get the Combo Ticket
Get the combo ticket and you will feel like it is a good value. Wax figures mostly really good. It is a quick stroll through. Many were the younger, newer stars I was not familiar with. Did not feel rushed. Many ignored the mask mandate and it was not enforced after entering.

This is the 3rd Madame Tussaud's we've visited. We have no issues with the actual quality of figures/attraction or physical facility it's self.

Bought tickets online. Showed up and waited in line with everyone buying tickets on-sight. No staff or direction provided to where to go and/or why we had to wait so long (25 minutes). People in front our us complained and were given no explanation?

Clearly stated when buying tickets and at entrance; you must wear a mask, not touch the figures and to social distance. Nothing was enforced. Once inside groups and families took off masks and man-handled all the figures and props.
Saw two staff members walking the attraction but they did nothing.

Never saw any additional cleaning of common surfaces. Disappointing the staff/management is allowed to create such an unprofessional and unsafe environment...

While the displays and the statues were amazing and fun, the attraction itself was poorly run. They allowed so many people in at one time, every one was right on top of one another. No social distancing at all. Other tourists were rude by pushing their way through crowds already waiting for their turns with each figure. Several times, not only my daughter, but also the grandkids of the couple ahead of us were pushed out of the way so a group of girls could take selfies. It doesn't take long to take some pictures, but they should still have people in each room keeping not only order, but to keep the lines moving.

Displays were well grouped : Entertainers, Actors & Actresses, Sports Greats, Fictional movie characters, etc. All were very well done in likeness & costume/dress. Enjoyed the history of Madame Toussard , as well. Pretty amazing that she started this artful craft in the 1700's. The interactive exhibits were an added bonus. Our only disappointment was that some patrons were touching the wax figures & their clothes, etc. I feel that an employee should be in each area to prevent this practice & prevent possible damage.
Children were running around, not being disciplined by their guardians. Very disrespectful of others. Not the fault of the museum but I feel an employee's presence would eliminate some of the bad behavior. We even saw grown people touching the clothes & lifting garments.
Overall, we enjoyed the museum tremendously, just
not the bad behavior of the few who were ruining it for others. Would like to see this better monitored by staff.

The wax museum figures were very life like and it made you feel closer to celebrity. We got a combo ticket with Sea Life- the best way to go, I think. The coffee/cakes/ice cream booth at the food court is a definite NO, stay away. Crazy prices for very low value. $3.68 for a half a cup of coffee from a 7-11 type machine. The wax museum itself was GREAT and I would recommend it.

The wax figures at Madame Tussauds in Orlando, Florida, are unbelievably realistic looking. One can almost imagine them being alive. There are many opportunities to take photos with the figures and get up close and personnel with them. They are nicely labeled with information regarding what phase of the their life is reflected in the models. One can even get a wax mold of one;s hand. .The history of Madame Tussaud's rise to fame is included in a short film. .

Our family was left with a couple of hours to kill in Orlando so we considered several options and ended up choosing Madame Tussaud's, as my husband and son had never been to one (and I haven't since college). Before we went I looked for a groupon and found one for about 33% off, so it's definitely worthwhile to check! We had no problem purchasing and using the Groupon and there we were. There were figures from history, sports, music, and movies. There was a definite emphasis on local Florida figures (Ponce de Leon, Dan Marino) along with the popular ones that I'm sure are at every Madame Tussaud's. Some were very lifelike. The superheroes section had some little bells and whistles that made nice photo ops, and there were different photo ops that you could get with you and the celebrities that they put into a book and tried to sell you (nicely done, but come on, they are chunks of wax). All of us were entertained (it feels like you're seeing old friends, right?) I was glad there wasn't a torture chamber like some of these have-- that's not what I want to see!

It was a great experience overall. I have been to Madame Tussaud’s at other places like New York and LA, and I always enjoyed my visits there. The same with the one in Orlando - it took me about 2 hours to explore everything fully, including reading through the descriptions and taking photos, and just appreciating the work there! I definitely recommend checking out this attraction if you’re at Icon park in Orlando. I did this along with Sea Life because the tickets for two attractions together were cheaper than buying them separately! That was an additional incentive for me to check this out.

The place is fun to walk through, but not for the amount you are charged. It takes maybe 30 minutes to walk through the whole thing, and most of the wax figures did not look the person at all. A few were okay. Cost me $106 for two adults and one child. NOT worth the price. I wish I would have used my money on the many other attractions that were around. I felt very ripped off.

We were so very disappointed with Mandy the manager at the wax museum. Because our 6 year old had to make an emergency trip to the bathroom (and stand in a long line) to poop we arrived at 5:03. The sign in BOLD letters says open until 6 pm and then below in finer print last entry at 5 pm. We are talking 3 lare minutes for a trip from New Jersey. I asked to speak to the manager and by the time the nice gift shop lady got in touch with the manager and she got to us it was 10 after. We were told that she could not scan in our already purchased tickets ( a manager can't scan a pass?) and that the scanner people left at 5 pm. Man were they fast. And that " the last group is more than 1/2 way through.". It seems they are jogging through. She offered us no refund or assistance. No one verbally told us about the attractions closing at 5 pm when we bought the ticket.
I was so very disappointed with the lack of assistance and loss of money. I will NEVER be back and warm as many people as I can with the terrible service.

This one caught me by surprise

I bought a ticket for this because it was in a bundle with the Sea Life Aquarium but I wasn't sure I was going to be entertained. After all, it's a showcase of Mannequins, right?

I'm happy to say this was a blast. Even if they're wax figures it's a bizarre sensation to get close and personal with all those famous faces. There weren't a lot of people that day so I took my time with it and it was great. Also, supposedly they're of the same size as their real-life counterparts so it's surprising to see how tall or short some of these people actually are (or were).

I will say some of the statues looked odd. Maybe some characters are harder than others or were made by different artists, but you can see a change in quality going from one to another. Still, that doesn't take from the experience and I can deeply recommend this one.

Thank you so much for visiting and giving us a 5-star rating and review! We do tend to surprise people that come in with one idea of what they will see but leave with a newfound appreciation for the artistry. It is definitely pretty amazing the heights on some of the celebrities. That tends to shock people the most! It's awesome that you had a great time, and we hope to see you on the red carpet with us again! 🎬🤩📸
