About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- DirtGal20 contributionsNice tour of luxury boats and mansionsWe enjoyed the tour. It went in a loop around an island and the harbor so the views were always new. We saw a lot of large luxury boats, cruise ships and large mansions. The tour guide pointed out houses and boats owned or previously owned by famous people. My only complaints are the speakers were very loud so I used earplugs and the drinks were $25 each. They served about half a normal serving of wine for that price, so I would not recommend getting any drinks on board.Written January 12, 2025
- marylou1487440 contributionsDisappointedIt was supposed to be in English and Spanish,b he spoke mostly Spanish and couldn't understand his English.. Our paper said to be there at 10 noone got there until 10:45. Said it Left by 11:00 didn't leave until 11:30. Then they canceled until 1:00 because of mechanical issues.Written January 12, 2025
- Sightseer4742830 contributionsGreat Customer ExperienceLee and Captain Stedman were terrific - water was a bit rough and my brother's mask leaked- Lee gave him his own mask to use. It made the trip. These guys are very customer focused -I'd definitely take another snorkeling trip with them!Written January 4, 2025
- AmandaJ8330 contributionsWHAT????I got a small 8 ounce plastic cup Tito’s and lemonade. It was $30. What????? I said WHAT????? Excuse me WHAT????? The boat was dirty. The guide only showed the tour to the people upstairs on the outside of the boat. They had a hard time docking when we first arrived. Total crap show. Totally took advantage of us.Written January 3, 2025
- Lori B0 contributionsTrip CanceledThey canceled on us with no explanation. They did offer to reschedule us for the next day, but that was the day we were leaving to go home.Written January 3, 2025
- Jessica D0 contributionsA Fun Time in Key WestThe bus trip was a hit! It was nice hearing about the history and other information about points of interest en route to Key West. I paid for the trolley tour through the town and was escorted to exactly where I needed to be to get on the trolley.Written January 2, 2025
- chlo_mK8404LV0 contributionsWould spend my money and time elsewhere…Was hoping to learn about the waterfront properties, history of Miami, and architecture. Instead learned the price of a couple homes and cranes in the port of Miami. The boat was not a “luxury yacht” in any way, as they advertised. Calling the boat a yacht was like calling my mom’s minivan a sports car… I was staring at the heads of other tourists the entire time. The boat crew also forced us to take pictures before boarding and told us it was for insurance purposes. Then they tried selling me the pictures later. I think I could conduct the same tour from google maps for free. Highly recommend you spend your money and time elsewhere. The most exciting thing we saw was the lizard in the attached pic, which was standing in line to board the boat, before the experience even started!Written December 31, 2024
- Theresa D0 contributionsLoud and Expensive! (why do I get 120 characters for the title and only 100 for the review itself?)Got outdoor deck seats-music was blaring so went indoors. Got 2 beers Cheetos & 1 water- $52 ridiculously expensive!!!Written December 31, 2024
- phonics770 contributionsClueless and negligentAvoid like the plague - booked tickets and they had sold out the tour. About 10-15 people had the same issue. Staff couldn’t care less, clearly happens all the time. Do yourself a favour and stay awayWritten December 31, 2024
- X3938LPelizabethl0 contributions100% Would Recommend! The Captain and Mate were excellent! The water conditions were rough the day we went out but they did everything they could make the trip memorable and enjoyable. The reef is amazing. 100% would recommend this trip!Written December 30, 2024
- lemailme0 contributionsGreat boat, staff and views !!Nice boat with very friendly staff . The trip came with a free margarita and you weren't allowed to substitute . Nice family crowd , not a party boat . We saw all the places promised and I would recommend this trip !Written December 29, 2024
- Inspire7531410 contributionsMiami millionaire cruiseGreat time and really enjoyed. Elvin was amazing at providing facts about the island. He was also very fluent in many languages and very friendly. Only negative is the people on the tour, some are very rude and don’t sit in the seats so hard to see unless you stand up.Written December 28, 2024

- avtarsur0 contributionsSCAMWhat a scam. Booked a tour for my family who are visiting from overseas. No guide. Disorganized chaos. They had a horrible stressful time. All the company do is book tickets for you. Do yourself a favor and do the bookings yourself. It will save you 200 dollars.Written November 24, 2024

The actual tours and tour guides were amazing! Communication from the main office was terrible- they overbooked the tour so 3 out of the 4 people in our group had to stand for the double decker bus tour.
During the bus tour, we stopped at Little Havana and that was really neat to see! Biscayne Bay is really beautiful, we are were able to get off the bus and make pictures there. Our tour guide was amazing & she knew alot about the areas that we covered.
The second part of the tour was the boat tour which we missed because that was overbooked as well so our group (along with other groups) was split into 2. We were given a 1:20 time to get on the boat but the bus that was leaving for the Everglades was at 2:00 -we were told that if after the Everglades we could be back at Bayside Market by 6PM, we could go on the last boat tour. Well, we missed that also because our bus had to make an additonal, unplanned stop to pick up 10 people at a mall that wasn't even part of our tour. We got back about 6:15.
Everglades were great, the captain was great. Didn't see any alligators but saw a lot of neat birds.
Would recommend this tour but company really needs to work on communcation and not overbooking.Another thing- once you get off the double decker bus, you will be ushered (along with your group) to a German restaurant to wait for your boat tickets. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO EAT HERE! There must be some mutual financial deal with this restaurant & the tour company because we passed several waiting areas (included outside :)) that we could have waited for tickets. Bayside Market has several places to eat, grab a drink, or a snack so please don't eat at this restaurant if you don't want to.

I don’t even know where to start. We did the city bus/boat tours first. Took about 4 hours for the pair. To me it just wasn’t worth it.
For the city we only toured Little Havana, I was expecting more. When we got off the bus we only stopped at gift shops, not really any city highlights. I was so disappointed.
Then they drop us off at the bay for lunch but you only get 30mins to grab food before you have to be at the boat. The food choices aren’t many and are crowded restaurants. Nothing quick and simple. We ended up getting over priced 5 guys and by the time our food was ready we had to grab and run to the boat.
The boat tour was okay, kinda long for what it was. Not too exciting. The boat is small and cramped so all of us were literally on top of each other in this Covid world that we are living in. Then it was extremely hot on the boat.
Once that was done we had about 10 mins to run to the drop off area on the other side of the bay so we wouldn’t miss the bus for the Everglades tour. The tour bus guide was rushing us talking about he was supposed to leave at 2. We got there at 2:05 and the boat tour guide said we had until 2:15 so I was so confused.
The Everglades tour was nothing short of amazing. We saw about 4 alligators in their natural habitat and they swam close to the boat so we got great pics. Then we saw the caged/rescue gators and it was interesting. It just stink really bad in that area. So wear your mask and be prepared to breathe through your mouth.
Beware all of the bus drivers hound you for tips. Like I saw them stop mainly the men telling them to tip like they were holding up the line didn’t want to let them off the bus unless they tipped. That was really annoying. They watch you as you’re getting off the bus with their tip basket saying you need to tip. Who does that? The last driver said it was a mandatory 5.00 tip per person. I didn’t participate because that’s not right.

It was a good day but long and tiring. Enjoy the bus ride and boat cruise. The Everglades tour we could of did without, we didn't see any crocodile in the wild. Overall a good tour.

The best part of this was the 90 min cruise. Gabriel was our tour guide and he was so funny. He made it interesting. The sightseeing and everglades were nice as well.

The double deck bus was fun and the Coach bus was comfortable. Celebrities houses was interesting and riding the boat in everglades looking for gators was thrilling. Will definitely recommend it.
