We enjoyed the tour. It went in a loop around an island and the harbor so the views were always new. We saw a lot of large luxury boats, cruise ships and large mansions. The tour guide pointed out houses and boats owned or previously owned by famous people. My only complaints are the speakers were very loud so I used earplugs and the drinks were $25 each. They served about half a normal serving of wine for that price, so I would not recommend getting any drinks on board.

It was supposed to be in English and Spanish,b he spoke mostly Spanish and couldn't understand his English.. Our paper said to be there at 10 noone got there until 10:45. Said it Left by 11:00 didn't leave until 11:30. Then they canceled until 1:00 because of mechanical issues.

Lee and Captain Stedman were terrific - water was a bit rough and my brother's mask leaked- Lee gave him his own mask to use. It made the trip. These guys are very customer focused -I'd definitely take another snorkeling trip with them!

I got a small 8 ounce plastic cup Tito’s and lemonade. It was $30. What????? I said WHAT????? Excuse me WHAT????? The boat was dirty. The guide only showed the tour to the people upstairs on the outside of the boat. They had a hard time docking when we first arrived. Total crap show. Totally took advantage of us.

They canceled on us with no explanation. They did offer to reschedule us for the next day, but that was the day we were leaving to go home.

The bus trip was a hit! It was nice hearing about the history and other information about points of interest en route to Key West. I paid for the trolley tour through the town and was escorted to exactly where I needed to be to get on the trolley.

Was hoping to learn about the waterfront properties, history of Miami, and architecture. Instead learned the price of a couple homes and cranes in the port of Miami. The boat was not a “luxury yacht” in any way, as they advertised. Calling the boat a yacht was like calling my mom’s minivan a sports car… I was staring at the heads of other tourists the entire time. The boat crew also forced us to take pictures before boarding and told us it was for insurance purposes. Then they tried selling me the pictures later. I think I could conduct the same tour from google maps for free. Highly recommend you spend your money and time elsewhere. The most exciting thing we saw was the lizard in the attached pic, which was standing in line to board the boat, before the experience even started!

Got outdoor deck seats-music was blaring so went indoors. Got 2 beers Cheetos & 1 water- $52 ridiculously expensive!!!

Avoid like the plague - booked tickets and they had sold out the tour. About 10-15 people had the same issue. Staff couldn’t care less, clearly happens all the time. Do yourself a favour and stay away

The Captain and Mate were excellent! The water conditions were rough the day we went out but they did everything they could make the trip memorable and enjoyable. The reef is amazing. 100% would recommend this trip!

Nice boat with very friendly staff . The trip came with a free margarita and you weren't allowed to substitute . Nice family crowd , not a party boat . We saw all the places promised and I would recommend this trip !

Great time and really enjoyed. Elvin was amazing at providing facts about the island. He was also very fluent in many languages and very friendly. Only negative is the people on the tour, some are very rude and don’t sit in the seats so hard to see unless you stand up.

Amazing fish! Saw a loggerhead turtle! The ride was smooth and the crew was fun. My son and husband saw a sting ray. It was awesome!

What a scam. Booked a tour for my family who are visiting from overseas. No guide. Disorganized chaos. They had a horrible stressful time. All the company do is book tickets for you. Do yourself a favor and do the bookings yourself. It will save you 200 dollars.
