Don't bother booking with this company. They will cancel your booking if the bus isn't full or have enough passengers. Go with another company.

It’s 8pm I’m sat enjoying my evening meal 13 hours before my pre booked Open Miami sight seeing tour. I happen to check my emails to see one stating that my tour had been cancelled due to mechanical issues. I am here in Miami for 2 nights (1 day) after a long drive from Orlando and before a flight to Cancun. The one thing I booked has been cancelled at little/no notice and not enough time to organise a replacement. Had I not checked my emails I would have been completely unaware. I’m also very sceptical about their reason for cancelling as seems a little too convenient. Avoid them as I will be in future. Thanks for ruining my very short time in Miami.

We paid a small fortune in highway tolls and parking fees and this tour operator doesn’t show up. We had a very busy afternoon preceding this tour, which did not include looking at my emails. Instead of texting me or phoning me this operator sends an email to say that he is going to do something more important than lead our panoramic tour by night of Miami. Our tour operators on this trip did cancel or delay our tours with them on this trip but they made sure we were alerted to the change and we adjusted our schedules to make it ok. Not this guy…who felt he didn’t have enough people to make it worth his time. He just emailed us and went his way. He is not to be trusted.

Grate tour! The tour takes you all over Miami Beach and Miami. With the top open, you are able to see everything. Well worth the money.

Excellent tour of different parts of Miami with 2 (20-25 minute) stops (Little Havana and Wynwood). Isiah did a great job telling us about the different areas of Miami and Miami Beach. The tour was nice due to the smaller group size and the ability to see everything even with the glass top closed (it was supposed to rain). Great way to see a lot of Miami, so you can decide if you want to go back to those areas and explore further.

I was attracted to the open bus I saw in the pics, so decided to book the night tour. The guide was so nice, and knowledgeable..sorry I don't remember his name. It has been 15+ years since I have been to Miami, so I needed a refresher I learned such much! The Brickell area, Design District, Wynwood, all new to me! Loved how the city is lit up at night! Glad I took the tour, would recommend to others!

We used this company twice, for a night tour and then for their classic tour. As the first tour, it was really good, the guide was not the same but excellent also. It takes 3 hours and you see all Miami and Miami Beach, I recommend.

Driver sped through all the interesting places, no audible details of sights (language barrier) but stopped for 1/2 hour in the smelliest part of L. Havana. Would not recommend.

The departure location was very close to our Hotel, W South Beach, we heard that this company was very good, it was wonderful! Charles, our guide was very kind and well informed. We also went to Wynwood that we didn't know. The bus is comfortable and brand new. I recommend.

Incredible experience of visiting the keys in a convertible bus. I was able to take lots of pictures, our Driver who is a guide at the same time stopped us at a few places exclusively reserved for locals. I even have the best fun of my life feeding the tarpons! I felt very special, he took initiatives to make me discover magical places. To book again without hesitation.
