I happen to check my emails to see one stating that my tour had been cancelled due to mechanical issues. I am here in Miami for 2 nights (1 day) after a long drive from Orlando and before a flight to Cancun. The one thing I booked has been cancelled at little/no notice and not enough time to organise a replacement. Had I not checked my emails I would have been completely unaware. I’m also very sceptical about their reason for cancelling as seems a little too convenient. Avoid them as I will be in future. Thanks for ruining my very short time in Miami.Written May 7, 2023

We had a very busy afternoon preceding this tour, which did not include looking at my emails. Instead of texting me or phoning me this operator sends an email to say that he is going to do something more important than lead our panoramic tour by night of Miami. Our tour operators on this trip did cancel or delay our tours with them on this trip but they made sure we were alerted to the change and we adjusted our schedules to make it ok. Not this guy…who felt he didn’t have enough people to make it worth his time. He just emailed us and went his way. He is not to be trusted.Written February 25, 2023

Isiah did a great job telling us about the different areas of Miami and Miami Beach. The tour was nice due to the smaller group size and the ability to see everything even with the glass top closed (it was supposed to rain). Great way to see a lot of Miami, so you can decide if you want to go back to those areas and explore further.Written April 4, 2022

The airboat ride was fun and interesting. We saw several alligators and other wildlife. There was also a short (15min) animal show which was entertaining and interesting. The portion of the tour handled by Open Miami which was just the van ride from the hotel to the Everglades park was handled well. Everything was on time and professional. The van was comfortable and the driver gave some good information but didn't over do it. He was very nice and helped translate at the Everglades for some people in the group that did not speak English.

It’s the first that i will write a review, i don’t really care that much everytime but this time deserve my review :
Amazing experience ! Antoine was probably the Best tour guide to Everglades from Miami. I would recommend for Every personn who’s coming to Miami to try this tour.
One more time Big thank you to Antoine, our guide for the day. Nice communication, made some surprises out of the tour. I will come back next time with the same company for sure

€370 for a taxi is expensive!!!!
No bus but a car, no guide on board the boat in the Everglades so if you don't speak English you won't understand anything
Plus, visiting Miami is almost non-existent

Bonjour, nous possédons plusieurs véhicules et comme indiqué dans la description, nous utilisons soit des bus soit des mini-vans. La visite des Everglades et la visite de Miami sont 2 choses différentes, nous partons de Miami ou Miami Beach mais lors d’une visite aux Everglades, nous ne faisons pas de visite de Miami. Concernant votre visite, nous avons opté pour un mini-van, pensant qu’il serait plus adapté pour vous. Charles, notre guide francophone travaille avec nous depuis 5 ans maintenant et son travail est largement apprécié. La durée totale de la prestation dure 4 heures et la durée seule de l’hydroglisseur dure 1 heure. Charles vous accompagne tout au long de l’excursion et dispense ses connaissances sur les Everglades. Charles ne monte pas à bord de l’hydroglisseur pour 3 raisons: la première est que le bruit engendré par l’hélice du bateau ne nous permet pas de dispenser des commentaires, la deuxième est qu’à bord de l’hydroglisseur, seul le pilote-guide est autorisé à parler, et enfin la troisième est que Charles vous parle avant et après des Everglades car vous avez 3 heures avec lui en dehors de la visite de l’hydroglisseur.
