SCAM DO NOT BOOK. SUPER SKETCHY!! First off, phone number goes to a voicemail then automated text. I booked five jet skis as an excursion for some work colleagues as we were on a work trip. When we arrived early, there was no one there. Received text that they had to get gas. When the girl showed up finally, she rushed us through the paperwork, took our payment, told us to initial the waiver for the training which never happened, and tried to get us out although a storm was looming on the distance. At first sight, the jet skis were a little questionable with duct tape quite visible on most of the jet skis. It began to lightning and she kept getting on and off the phone with someone and w kept trying to get us to reschedule which we could not. She finally said they would issue a refund which they have still never done. Two weeks later and they will not return a phone call, the charge goes to a company that doesn’t even acknowledge them, they will not return a message, and the Contact Us section does not work. Save yourself some time and hassle of having to dispute with your credit card company and skip this company!

The actual jet ski and tour of Star island experience was fun and we enjoyed ourselves. I got this as a birthday gift for my husband. HOWEVER, they took a $300 deposit and never returned it to my credit card. We did not break any of the rules and should have had the deposit returned, but it wasn’t. I feel this is likely common practice as I have read about this happening previously with this company, but I was hoping it was a mistake. I was wrong-please save yourself money and a headache and DO NOT use this company.

We had a great time with Jet Ski Tours of Miami - Jesse was helpful with the booking (which was last-minute on our part), and communicative with information. He was also just an all around fun person and was kind enough to recommend food locations in the area for us afterwards (went to Pura Vida. LOVED IT). Ryan our tour guide was fun, patient with newbies and clear with directions. We went for the early bird ski, which was lovely, not too hot, and had fewer people on the water, which was reassuring for those of us who were tentative, and gave lots of room for those of us who took to the whole thing like they were born to it. The place was the tiniest bit challenging to find - but if you stand facing the address/gps location, then walk left along the building, there will be a door with the company posters, and instructions to mosey around back if they are not in the office. With a few friendly pointers, we found them pretty easily. Thanks guys, that was a great, last-minute experience. L Small lockers available for personal items, and open storage for shoes/clothes etc. Probably best to do the boating test online beforehand, as it saves time, and doesn't take very long. (and not necessary if you're born before 1988.)

I was walking my dog past the jet ski rental this morning and watched the guy working there standing on the seawall peeing into Biscayne Bay. Customers were waiting for him at the rental desk. Real "first class" operation.

DO NOT GO HERE! They took $300 from me and never even booked me on a jetski. I showed up and they said there was no appointment for me. They refused to refund me.

Wonderful time on the jetski tour with this company. Staff are friendly, happy and very knowledgeable and professional. Location was easy and it’s in the heart South Beach. Strongly recommend and we definitely be back.

Hello Just want refund for 1 jetski. I paid for 4 but this what happened. The scenario: My buddy was riding to fast in a no wake zone, cop noticed we were all a group, called us all over within 5 min of starting the ride . Check my Gas tank it’s the same. The moment I came over , the cop tossed the rope and rope got caught in propeller as he told me to start the engine. Immediately noticed and told him it was caught. After that I didn’t want to start the engine. I sat at the jet ski and got towed my whole session I was there. I just wanted refund for one jetski since I didnt get to ride, sadly this was the day of bday and I was looking forward to this working out, and it just all went bad. I didn't complain or anything I just asked if I can get my money back for jetski I was on. I told them I would call my credit card company to look into this and instead I get this, "Martin, I understand but you must understand also that we were at NO FAULT of your experience and As a Service I understand that Alex called you send offered you a free ride to compensate but you rejected the offer. As for as you disputing the charge with your bank, please understand that all legal and dispute support fees will be charged against your security deposit and will be assigned to a collection agency. Sorry about your experience with the police. Instead of making the experience not as sad for me as it was, he tells me he would recharge my card for attorney fees and send me to collections. This is insane. FYI...They called me 40 min later with the offer when I'm already near Fort Lauderdale. Happy birthday to me.

Reserved 4 jetskis online, arrived an hour ahead as stated in email. They were 'overbooked' so they bumped us up an hour, then told us they only have 3 jetskis available because some didn't pass inspection. Email stated valet was free but we actually had to pay $20. Refund for unavailable jetski took a month and didn't bother to refund the convenience fee with it. Employees stated they piss in the bay since there are no restrooms, so that's a 'nice' thought while riding jetski and having pissy bay water splash on your face🤢. Jetski was fun but the business is unorganized. I will book elsewhere on my next FL visit.

We had to wait 2 hours until they told us that they have barriers and won't let you go beyond were we had planned to go. The "free valet" was a completely wrong and they tried scamming us as well and taking our money.

I walked in to this place around 3:30 pm to rent a jet ski, the guy told me the next time available was 6 pm I agreed and filled out the waiver and paid $163.90 for a hour. I came back around 5:40 pm with plenty time for my 6 pm reservation. When I meet the guy again he told me that he was sorry that my reservation was overbooked and was rented to someone else. He offered me to come back the next day and pay a discounted rate, I said, ok but how much is the discount?and he said no you already paid...it doesn't make sense. I decided for the refund a walk away. Bottom line, this place doesn't care about customer service, poor service and bad experience.

Phillip and Daniel were great. They were new to the job but if they hadn't said anything I wouldn't have know. Great trip and very fun. Saw a couple manatees and dolphins as well

4 of us visited Miami in February. We decided to take a Jet Ski tour, to see Miami from a different perspective. The tour was great, we really loved it. An advice, if You are new in Miami take enough time to arrive to the pier, because we missed an exit from the highway and almost missed the tour, however the crew mentioned it 3 times, that we were late and at the end they were expected the tip. However our tour-guide was friendly, patient and helpful. Listen to his advices because the jets aren't insured. Have fun!

Noe & Alex Alex was very professional and friendly with all the administration paperwork. Noe was my actual tour guide. He was very professional friendly knowledgeable and helpful throughout my entire tour. He kept me safe from others in the area who were a bit reckless. I will definitely come back to enjoy Jet skis with these two guys.
