We did this Safari in Miami last Saturday. It was fun being in the airboats and to enjoy the scenery of the marshes but we saw very few alligators. To compensate for the few alligators we saw, the person controlling the airboat spent more time on one alligator. In the five or ten minutes we followed this alligator we got some good video footage.

The safari was delayed because it was raining. During the time we waited we were entertained to a free live alligator show. This show was not spectacular but provided adequate information on alligator behavior.

Ride seemed to be extremely fast. We were fortunate enough to see an alligator and he continued to follow us as we floated around him but we didn’t go far out in the Everglades. They say ride was 30 mins very fast 30 mins

An enjoyable excursion, starting with an hour on an airboat with 'Captain Bill' who introduced us to the ecology and wildlife of the Everglades. Saw several large alligators, grackles, gallinules, anhinga, vultures, an osprey. Followed by a show where the alligator Dundee guy explained more about alligator life and put his mouth over one's maxilla.

This company is the actual worst. They drain money out of you in anyway possible.

The tour was 2 hours late. When I checked in at their south beach office, the employee (named Roberto) was rude and complained that my party of 9 people should've made a reservation together instead of each separately. I explained to him we all had traveled separately and met in Miami, so it did not make sense to do that. It seemed he was just mad that he had to put in work to look up people individually.

Once he checked us in, he said we have to pay another $3 "boarding fee." I showed him my confirmation email that already said that I have paid in exact words a "boarding fee." He said call my manager if you have a problem. I went ahead and paid the $3 each for our party to get ourselves going on the tour. I called the manager named Scott. He was not helpful, first said the boarding fee was a "7% fee of my ticket" when I did the math that did not add up, sounded like he just made that up so I would not ask any more questions. He seemed to not understand that I paid twice for this so called "boarding fee". Then said that the $3 was fee for the actual everglades park. I felt like he was just making things up to justify these random fees that he's charging people to make money.

The problems didn't end there. We finally got to the actual Everglades (2 hours late). We did a walk around their Zoo area where you can see different animals. There was no "Crocodile Show" as described on the website for this company. We did get to hold a baby crocodile, I would say that was the only cool part about this trip. We got on the Air boat and literally saw one crocodile, the tour guide shared an interesting story about it. Then for about 10 min straight we cruised around the water area and the tour was over. It was literally less than 20 min on the air boat. It seemed since we were so behind on time for getting there we just got a shortened version of the experience. Not worth the money at all. I wasted most of our day waiting for the bus to take us there, topped off with a sub par tour.

I would not recommend booking with this company for any activities. I also did a Boat Tour with this same company, also a terrible experience. Save your money and spend it on a tour that has helpful and friendly staff.

Currently sitting on the bus waiting to leave to head back because it’s raining and the driver had us all go back to the bus. We didn’t get to do the alligator show or a pic with an alligator. Basically we drove an hour and a half to get drenched and buy a poncho that didn’t keep anyone dry. We are also sitting here till we hit 4:30 because of “timing” reasons.

The tour guide barely gave any facts about Florida other than naming cities

Don’t waste your money or if you do. Please check the weather as a squall will get you nothing but a wet ride home ....eventually

What a joke. 1 hour bus ride to the park where we were told we’d be in the air boat for 45 minutes except it was more like 10 minutes. He found 1 gator spun around a few times and then docked again. We were also told there’s food trucks and we’d have time to eat. The food trucks were closed and the gift shop had chips and candy.

Took 5 hours out of our last day riding on a bus. Big disappointment.

The Everglades tour was not what I was talked into booking.
The airboat ride was ok, but the rest was nothing as promised.
For after the boatride, we were promised a wildlife show and free time of about 1h30 in the park to explore the exhibits and trails. There was NO wildlife show and we did not receive any free time in the park to explore on our own or to even walk around to see all the exhibits. Instead, we were put back on the bus immediately to have a 45 minute lunch stop in the middle of nowhere (they probably get commission from the roadside diner). What a waste of time!
Additionally, the drop off was not where I was promised, so I had to figure out my own transport back.

Overall the trip was average. We left the starting point 15 minutes late after major confusion of which bus to ride. Because there was no organization on the sidewalk, many people just walked up and cut in front of people who had been waiting their turn in line. Once arriving at the park, we were herded into another waiting area with animals. It was interesting but much too long!! The actual boat trip was great and captain Jeff was fabulous!! This is not an experience I would book again.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This tour is touted as an Everglades tour when actuality you are going to the “Everglades Park”, not the National Everglades Park”. This is reported to be online ad an Everglades airboat tour. There are no exotic birds, exocticplants, or animals in “these Everglades” there are no alligator tours ,one alligator was observed per employee, “they come out at night. The primary issue with this tour is one is led to believe they are goi g to the Everglades National Park. The driver attempted to tell me the National park was not open when I realized the signage on the highway said we were headed to some sort of play area. It was as if he was aware of the subterfuge . I told him I k ew for a fact it was open , being a National Park enthusiast . I want to add the driver was rude and was being personally condescending . Upon return to office site I was offered a 50% refund which was inadequate and informed said person I was going to report this nonetheless regardless of refund or lack thereof. In addition, driver sped all the way. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable company .

The tour was cancelled after we reached Miami. Did not get a chance to experience the service only that it was cancelled 2 days before the safari even though it was booked a month ago. Overall the safari is a good option to have fun with family in Miami , we did do the tour on the same day with another tour provider.
