The boat was 45 minutes late in arriving. And the entire trip was a half hour short. They did give us coupons for a free drink. Because they were late, we got shorted a half hour of the trip.

We took the sunset cruise and I really enjoyed it. We saw a great view of the Miami Skyline and Miami Beach. We saw a lot of celebrity mansions. One particular that I loved was Will Smith's mansion and yacht. Pretty impressive. It was really nice to get out on the water and leisurely cruise and sip on an expensive cocktail! I was with my granddaughter at a very emotional time in my life and this cruise lifted my spirits.

Beautiful day for a harbor mansion cruise. Our guide, Gabriel was very knowledgeable about mansions. It would have been even better if he gave us more information about man made island, how island was made from fill, etc. just left us wanting a bit more for in depth information. Also, not enough shaded seating!!

We booked this cruise to get a nice tor of Biscayne Bay and see the sights. The time of the cruise on the ticket was 11 AM and requested that we arrive 30 minutes early. We followed directions and when we arrived she said that the cruise did not actually leave until noon. We boarded at the beginning of the cruise and went upstairs to the second level. As we were ascending the stairs there was a sign that said “no more than 54 people on the second deck”. We counted at least 100 passengers! There were many quests that were standing throughout the 90 minute cruise. As you can see by my pictures my “view” was mainly other passengers not Biscayne Bay.

This was a great boat trip for the money. The tour guide pointed out interesting houses and other sites along the way. We were surprised how full it was. The boat was bigger than we expected and it easily accommodated everyone. We opted to sit inside where it was air conditioned with lots of seating.

Interesting boat ride. Saw a number of lovely homes and boats belonging to the rich and famous. Miami harbor is huge and there are 3 enormous cruise terminals. Downtown views show numerous skyscrapers: it’s the third highest number after New York and Chicago! Engine noise of the boat is considerable. The narrator spoke in both English and Spanish, loud and fast. All in all a worthwhile boat ride.

Where to check in and get the actual ticket was very confusing. Other than that what a friendly crew and a beautiful tour. Loved the mix of history and the guide's personality. As both an English and Spanish speaker I was very impressed with the simultaneous translation. Would definitely recommend to others in the city for even a short time. I learned a lot.

The cruise was enlightening. The guide/MC was excellent. Hilarious. Fun to boat by the homes of the rich and famous... and see my future home :D

Tour was just so so, it’s just regular houses you are going to see, no mansions. Wouldn’t go again.

I was pleased with the tour, but found it very annoying for the employee to engage in high pressure tactics to get tips. This totally ruined the experience. You will need to go as a secret shopper to understand what happen to us all. I decided not to donate to tip bucket.

Views were amazing. It was hard not keep my phone down because of all the pictures I took. Highly recommend taking this boat tour if your a visitor.

The tour guide was very friendly and gave excellent information regarding the mansions we saw on the different islands and who lives in those beautiful mansions on the islands. The boat was spacious and service at the bar was 5 star.

Great way to spend afternoon. Seating was not comfortable but appreciated the stand up areas on first deck.the staff was very good.

The boat ride was an awesome experience… when we visit Miami again we will be sure to take this amazing adventure again!

It was a great trip and very reasonably priced. The tour guide was great and she was very funny in a friendly subtle way. We were one of the first to board the boat, so we had our choice of seats. We sat on the outside bench seat, it was comfortable and had a great view. Only complaint I had was so me of the passengers were standing in the way and inconsiderate of others. Also there are quite a few people onboard, to be expected for the price. Overall I would highly suggest it, me and my new bride both enjoyed the trip!
