To learn about Cuban food & experience Cuban culture
Want to give a shout out to Kenneth for a great tour of Little Havana in Miami FL. Not only was the food authentic and delicious we learned so much about Cuban culture and the history of the area. We will take home a real experience that will always be remembered from our visit to Little Havana!

      Buyer beware
I reserved this tour more than a month in advance. Business states no cancellation for any reason. No refund. Less than 3 hours before the tour, I received a text stating our tour was sold out and we were cancelled. Fortunately, we were refunded but it was too late to schedule something else. We were only in town for one afternoon and my husband has never been to South Beach. We thought it would be a great way to learn and see as much as possible. How disappointing. The reason given is their system doesn’t communicate with Viator, where we booked. If that’s the case, why make it available and promote it on Viator? Terrible.

      Wonderful Food and Guide Tour
Ría was wonderful, she made excellent food choices for us. She was very knowledgable on the cultural and historical changes of Miami and had wonderful stories to share. We will never forget the Cafe con Flan beer, the birria tacos, the guava cookie and all the delicious food we had during our tour! We wouldn’t have been able to sample the different foods on our own. Thank you!

      Cuba in Miami!!!
My wife and I attended Taste of Little Havana Food Tour in Miami. Kenneth was our amazing guide! He shared with us all about history, culture and culinary treats of the most Cuban neighborhood in Miami where we found a lot more than we expected. Interesting fact were also other communities aside from Cubans that have influenced the area. The food was great, Cuban lifestyle exotic and so was the experience. It was worth every penny!!! We will be back again aoon!

      Lovely tour of South Beach
Dawn our guide was wonderful and the tour of South Beach was so fun!! The heat and humidity was tough, but the breeze when riding helped a lot. We stopped at the Botanical Garden and it was beautiful, a hidden gem for sure. Dawn was so flexible and knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend this tour if you have a couple hours to kill in Miami

      Best tour in town
We had a wonderful tour with Dawn. She drove us around and narrated all the sites. She had many interesting stories about restaurants and historical buildings. We picked out several restaurants and bars to try during our next several days in South Beach. Dawn made us feel like family and was interested in what we wanted to see as well as what was planned on the tour. Dawn gave great recommendations and has a vast knowledge of the area. We would go again on this tour. Great way to get to know the area when you visit.

      So much fun- must do!
All I can say is WOW! Didn't realize how many movies were filmed in Miami Beach and how much of the history is tied to movies I've watched since the 90s. The tour was very interactive- we watched clips, danced, got competitive answering trivia questions- absolutely loved it! If you're in Miami Beach you're not going to want to miss this one.

Very fun new tour! Do not miss it!
This tour made our day! We found out facts about Miami Beach movie history we were not even aware of. The food was very tasty but be aware it is a local Latin streetfood! We loved it. We visited a number of landmarks in South Beach and the guide Sol, who was amazing by the way, showed us movie clips and explained all the little movie location details and behind the scenes trivia. A very fun and interactive tour!

Of all the tours we've been on in cities across the country, Richie made our tasting tour the BEST. He was full of information about Miami, from stars, shows, architecture, trivia, and more. He had us laughing and sharing stories the entire time as we sampled delicious cuisines from Central and South America. Well worth the price.

This was our first food tour ever. I'm a single mom of 3 little ones aged 5 and under on vacation in Miami. Our tour guide, Sol, was most accomodating! She held 2 of my kids' hands as we walked from restaurant to restaurant and made sure they had crayons and paper to color when we sat down. My kids loved her! She was also extremely knowledgeable about the food we tasted, restaurant history, and general Miami history. The tour was timely and the food was great! I loved all the stops (except maybe the last ice cream stop - just comparing it to another place in Miami we visited a couple days ago). My favorite for food, drinks, and coffee was Bella Cuba! Thank you Trip Advisor and thank you Sol for a wonderful experience! We will definitely be doing more of these tours in the future!

Sol our tour guide was knowledgeable and fun. I was traveling with my 27 year old daughter and 23 and 21 year old sons and we all enjoyed the experience. We began the tour at a restaurant outside of GO Go books that prides themselves on serving Miami recipes with a new flair. .I must admit that it took us a while to find our guide because the address given did not match the location,However, once we found Sol our tour was great. Her stories were entertaining and the food was plentiful and delicious. I especially enjoyed the cerviche at the Peruvian restaurant, and look forward to eating a full meal there when I return to Miami.

This was an excellent tour to some terrific restaurants in the Miami Beach area, and our tour guide, Sol, certainly lived up to her name with her “sunny” personality. From the appetizers where we started at Books & Books, to the main courses at Chalan on the Beach and Bella Cuba, to the ice cream at The Frieze Ice Cream Factory wrapping up the evening, the food was outstanding. Adding the the overall experience was Sol’s ongoing insightful narrative related to, not only the history of the foods we sampled, but Miami Beach itself. I truly enjoyed this tour.

Book the tour and hope they do not cancel. I was in town for only 16 hours really love the walking tours but sadly they cancelled my reservation. Not very reliable reservation system;like Seinfeld said ' they are good at taking a reservation but really bad at fulfilling the reservation'

Gordon W, We are very sorry that you had negative experience with booking your tour with us. All of our reservations are manually confirmed, when we receive them from Tripadvisor booking system. It seems that Tripadvisor cancelled your reservation before we were even able to see and confirm it. Lately, we have been struggling with their system glitches quite a bit especially around New Year and peak season times. We do take great care of each of our clients and would make sure to honor your tour if we would know about your reservation. We are sad that you were not able to experience our tour and we would like to remind you that you can always book with us directly at our website at: www.miamifoodtours.com, and avoid these issues in the future.

Our guide for this tour was Sol. She did an outstanding job of guiding us through the Lincoln Road area and introducing us to varying cuisines. The Peruvian restaurant she chose was outstanding, and the portions served wonderful. I am a big eater and left stuffed. We then moved on to Cuban Mojitos, ice cream and a walking tour of the art deco features of the many buildings in the area. Sol's knowledge of the history of the area from its founding through its demise to its resurrection as a bustling commercial walking mall was excellent. This tour was well worth its cost.

Sol was a wonderful tour guide and I really enjoyed this entire experience. The food at each of the stops was so tasty and we left feeling very satisfied. I enjoyed that the tour group was small so we got to know everyone very quickly and that the food was served family-style.

I would recommend doing this tour on your first day in Miami Beach so that you can return to the restaurants to try other food.

These are uncertain times we're living in. But we took a chance and took a walk down South Beach with Richie, and we're so glad we did. Richie made us laugh a lot, and made us think, and we were so entertained by his stories. Richie knew about everything from history and architecture, to immigration, to duck boats and python hunters. We could've strolled along those hedge-lined streets, chatting with Richie for the rest of the afternoon.

Since this is a food tour, I also have to say the food was really, really delicious. We were happy to support these authentic and local South Beach businesses because in the next few days and weeks, the food and service industries will take a big hit.

We're optimistic about the future, and we highly recommend this food tour. If you have a free day, or even just one afternoon, go on this tour and enjoy some good food with some great people.
