DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS TOUR COMPANY - Appalling city tour. As per the itinerary they drove around Miami stopped at little Havana and then we taken to a warehouse with pop-up restaurants for an hour and a half at 10:45 am. The Tour guide disappeared and didn’t return until gone 1230. The buses were not air-conditioned it is peak heat season in Miami . additionally the itinerary states that there is a stop at wynwood Walls and admission fee is included in your price that you pay. they did not even stop here. Given My husband and kids were left stranded in this warehouse. He tried ringing the tour company and they never picked up. Absolute waste of time. The only good thing about the tour was the boat ride. Do not book with this tour company they are horrific and is a scam.

The views were amazing we took so many photos and video, Elvin made the bus tour unforgettable, thank you…. The food and drinks in little Havana was amazing

Their bus conditions and teamwork as a whole it is truly abysmal. Like many other reviews before mine, they need to work on their timing, when the van picked us up from the hotel everything went as smooth as possible, that’s the only plus side id give them. Now with the horror ; it’s blazing hot 100 degrees in Florida and the office where you wait does not have any AC whatsoever so if your bus is running late, unless you wanna run to nearby shops or cvs you’ll die of heat suffocation. Our bus was supposed to leave at 1. How ever while the bus driver was on standby waiting for who knows what, after 20 Minutes they tell us that another bus would be picking us up , no reason is given, when the 2nd bus finally arrived at 1:40 pm it’s a bus with again, no AC or ventilation whatsoever save for a window that opens 1/4 of Its size. The sun deck is not covered so you either die of heat inside or die with no sun protection or ventilation . It’s dangerous to ride on the top Of the deck because tree branches will smack you in the face. To make matters worst, while driving the entire time with little to no ventilation, upon arriving to the Everglades park we just learned that due to the weather they decided to close the park. And we will have to return wether we like it or not, I understand That weather is uncontrollable however I think they could’ve done a much better job communicating this before heading there not after driving an Hour plus. On our way back, soaking wet from our own sweat, we were dropped Off on the main office and continently no one was at the desk, they had closed it !!!!! No one to Hear you complain or give feedback. Truly truly disappointed. Shame on you

I was angry when I saw I paid $72 for booking the 3-tours but the tour facility sign only charged $15 each for the same exact tours. You all should charge what they charged!!!

Absolutely abysmal service and even worse customer service. Made us wait at the Marina for over 3 hours because of rain and refused to give even a partial refund for the experience we paid for (cruise, bus tour). Our entire day was wasted and no employees were present to provide any updates. Save your time and money and go to literally any other bus tour.

This combo tour is incredible value and actually was 11 hours. (Set off 9am and returned to pick up point 8pm) Some downsides 1. Required to pay US2 each person in cash at office on check in for Everglades gratuities. This should be advised at time of booking. Guides still requested tips at venue 2. Open top bus had no aircon downstairs and upstairs quite dangerous due to tree branches even when sitting down never mind standing up 3. Advised the return buses from Bay area ran every half hour but was actually hourly

company lies , bus broke down in the middle of the freeway , tours aren't as advertised, guides speak zero English to communicate with. Actually everglades tour was great and boat tour is good , but any dealings with miami double deckers is NO BUENO!!! I gave one star because zero stars isn't a option

The big red bus that drove us back from the Everglades did not have air conditioning. This was torture on a 93 degrees day. Please get the air conditioning fixed as soon as possible. Also, the driver made the entire group wait almost an hour in the hot sun before letting us board the bus.

This was the worst tour I have ever been and not a professional business at all. They only except cash which seems forget and maybe on purpose. The communication from the manager, Scot is appalling. We only got to do 1 of our 3 tours due to them; 1 bus breakdown and another not having air con which delayed us and was so uncomfortable but still no refund!

AVOID THIIS COMPANY !!! Profesional thieves. After booking a tour of the everglades park from Miami, we were told that the bus picking us up would not have air conditioning and that the trip would only last 45 minutes. (Which wasn't true, it'll take 1h30) then once we'd left, the bus broke down on the Miami expressway and we had to wait for over an hour and a half for a replacement bus, staying on the expressway with all the dangers that goes with it. Then, once on the other bus, the driver offered to take the tour anyway, which wasn't possible given the 2.5 hours we'd already lost. When we got back to the agency, the manager didn't refund our money and told us he had no right to do so because it wasn't his agency and, what's more, the park was open and we'd decided not to go. The only thing they offer is to reschedule the tour at a later date or a 50% refund. Above all, the agency only accepts CASH. From that moment on, it was clear that the theft of our money was well organized. I advise you to go directly to the Everglades on your own and book a company already present in the park.

Not only were they egregiously late, but they endangered the lives of approximately 100 passengers and the driver by subjecting us to scorching heat without AC for hours. Multiple individuals required medical attention due to their negligence. The tour itself was a far cry from what was advertised, and their refusal to issue refunds is a testament to their scam-like practices. Their insistence on cash-only transactions seems designed to evade accountability. Beware: Miami Double Decker/Miami Tours/ Miami sightseeing tours is a danger to both your wallet and your safety.

Nothing short of a nightmare. First off they left us waiting for an hour in Miami's summer heat.!Then, to make matters worse, they jeopardized the safety of around 100 passengers and the driver by subjecting us to a stifling two-hour journey without air conditioning. This resulted in multiple passengers requiring medical assistance. The tour itself was a complete disappointment, failing to deliver on any of the promised experiences. Despite complaints from everyone on the bus, they adamantly refused refunds, further cementing their reputation as a scam operation. To add insult to injury, they only accept cash payments, likely to evade refund requests through banks. This is not just a rip-off; they're a danger to your well-being.

Great way to cover most of Miami attractions. Tour guide was very knowledgable, gave enough time at each stop and bonus was a boat ride along with bus tour. Worth the money and highly recommended!

This combo tour package is a great value and covers all the area tourist attractions that you want to see and do. We covered many places in 9 hours! First complaint I have is that they asked me to pay tip (for 3 persons in my family) when I checked in at the tour office. But I was asked later to tip at each of the 3 tours as well as the driver (which I had no problem as the guides were all knowledgeable and professional). But why asked to pay again and multiple times if I already paid first before the tour? Double charging? Second, there was the seemly disorganized connection between the buses. Had to ask several times with different people. First bus took us for Miami and Miami Beach city tours then returned to the company office to wait for a second bus to Sawgrass Recreation Area for the Everglades airboat ride and then boat tour of Miami port area from the Bayside Market Place in the end. Some tours were in the reverse order. Third, on the double decker bus, one will need to pay attention to trees, street signs and traffic lights sticking out to the street when you do the city tour. It is a bit dangerous if you stand up and not paying attention while on the top deck.

We went to an Everglades tour and suppose to be on a coach to a 1 hour plus journey on a highway. We were put on an open roof bus tour bus to the sawgrass recreation park and it was so dangerous and very windy and most people ended up going to the bottom of the bus and stood for the whole 1+ hour journey and some sat on the floor and some sat on the stairwell. It was raining at times too and having wind blown on the highway for that long period of time with a moving bus on a highway was just utterly dangerous. Company said coach had problems hence went on the open deck bus but that wasn’t the real Excuse. Driver was on the phone all the way back too. I have pictures and videos for proof.
