Booked for 8:30, not getting the first communication 40 mins later. and rude customer service. She was yelling at us over the phone when we said we can’t wait much longer. And ended up paying another shuttle to take us to the airport. I’ve booked shuttle so many times and this is the only company that does not communicate with their customer. I guess they’re just trying to get pay and not doing the service. If you’re booking with them make sure you’re really on them, on the time of your booking. - tiglily180 contributionsWonderful experience!We used Miami Luxury Shuttle for our to/from Port of Miami. The process to book was seamless. Sandra was wonderful when I called to confirm our reservations several times. I was in charge of booking transportation for 13 people and I wanted to be sure nothing interfered, so I may or may not have called 3x. Pick up from the airport was painless. Andres was wonderful and we requested him for our return trip from Port of Miami. They were extremely patient with us on our return when 1 person from our party was delayed leaving the ship. I communicated the issue with them and they assured me to take our time. We were about an 1.5 late leaving the port, but they accommodated us and got us to the airport with no trouble. Andres is probably the master of tetris with the way he packed our luggage in the back. We could not recommend them enough! Our experience w/ their service was wonderful!Written January 17, 2024

Our driver, Patricia, provided excellent service. She was timely with her arrival and maintained communication with us. She even pointed out a few landmarks along our route. I received a call from the person who was supposed to be our driver. He suggested a pickup time, but to text if we wanted to change. I texted on Tuesday to ask to be picked up at 10:30, and was told that was fine. We waited for 30 minutes after texting multiple times to make sure they were coming to get us and each time being told another 10-15 minutes. I finally called the main number who told me the pick up time never got changed and it would be another 20 minute. When I tried to respond the woman on the phone hung up on me. With a quick turn around to get from FLL to port of Miami, my driver Patricia was there waiting for me and my bags the moment I stepped out of the door of the airport. She had me to the port quickly and safely and helped me make my cruise on time after a stressful day of travel. Patricia had such a calming and professional demeanor and was the exact person I needed to save the day. We had accidentally left an item in the car and the driver turned around and returned back to the airport….ran it into the terminal and found us! What service. The only reason I give four stars…is due to their tardiness…it’s not the driver’s fault….the company doesn’t send them earlier enough.Written December 8, 2022

- conradm8530 contributionsNever showed up!Miami Luxury Shuttle never showed up! Had a confirmation from them to p/u at 8:45 am from Miami Cruise Port. After several phones calls (half of them going to voicemail) and being told "20 minutes", "2 minutes", we waited for 40 min. and they never showed! 8 of us ended up spending additional money on taxis (which there are plenty of at the cruise port!) to get to the airport for our flights. When you have a flight, 40 min is a long time to be stood up! Contacted them when we returned, nothing! Haven't heard from them and we've been back for over 2 weeks. They did pick us up the day of the cruise and had high hopes, that why I give one star! How do you leave 8 passengers stranded and no response? Next time just take a taxi! - Mmcgraw670 contributionsPoor customer service - No AccountabilityI deliberately chose Viator/Miami Luxury Shuttle based on Facebook cruise groups recommendations. I wanted a private shuttle for my wife and another couple we travel with. My wife has severe asthma and has trouble standing for long periods of time. We booked through Viator who contracted Miami Luxury Shuttle. I sent 2 messages to Miami Luxury Shuttle prior to our trip explaining that we had requested an 8am pick up so we could get to the Miami cruise port prior to 9am. The responses I received were very vague. Apparently Viator has contracted Miami Luxury Shuttle for its shuttle service. If I knew this prior, I would have booked elsewhere. On the day of our shuttle (Dec 26), we were waiting outside for our shuttle. At 8:05, no one had arrived so I made a courtesy call to Miami Luxury Shuttle 1-786-624-9482. A woman answered . I asked about our shuttle. She quickly responds that we booked it for 9am not 8am. I asked her to review my messages again - then she rudely says "Oh I see that now, let me check on the driver" She calls back and says he is 10 minutes away. I said Ok. Then 15 minutes later (@ 8:20am), the driver texted me and said he was 15 minutes away. I was not happy. It is now almost 8:30 and he was not arriving until 845am. I called the number for the shuttle again. Several times, someone answered the phone then immediately hung up without saying anything. Finally, the same woman answered the phone. I explained that the driver texted that he was not to arrive for another 15 minutes. She started screaming at me on the phone that the driver had been trying to call me. She said he had called me 15 times . As I was trying to explain to her that he only texted once and never called. She then said " If you want a ride to the cruise port, you better answer his call" I told her that this was very poor customer service and she hung up on me. I have a screenshot of my phone that shows no calls from the driver. So the driver arrives @ 840am. He didn't talk at all but wasn't rude. As we get on the freeway, we all notice he has no mask on. I was in the front seat and did not even see a mask laying around anywhere. I have a photo of him without a mask driving us to the port. We all wore masks. The email confirmation stated that we have to wear masks and their drivers will wear masks. After riding in the car for about 15 minutes, there was no point asking him to put on a mask. Why hasn't Viator and Miami Luxury Shuttle mandated this policy or is this optional? When we returned home from our cruise, my wife tested positive for Covid. We have no idea where she caught the virus but certainly based on the actions of our driver, we can not rule out the shuttle as the source of the infection. By the way, my wife had to postpone a serious surgery due to her positive infection. I called Viator customer service and talked to Will on 1/5/22 and explained my concerns. He stated that he would escalate my complaint and notify Miami Luxury Shuttle. I received an email on 1/7/22 stating that Viator has reached out to Miami Luxury Shuttle and I would have an answer within 7 days. On 1/19/22, which is 12 days later, I called Viator customer service and stated that I have not heard back from Viator in regards to my complaint. The rep from Viator stated that she would reach out to Miami Luxury Shuttle again and I would receive a response in 7 days. AGAIN, are you serious? I told her that was unacceptable. Miami Luxury Shuttle has terrible reviews and I doubt they will even respond to Viator On 1/24/22, I received the following email response from Viator. “ Miami Luxury Shuttles advised that the driver was delayed due to unforeseen traffic circumstances. Additionally they would like to note that their drivers are tested weekly for covid and due to the nature or the virus , everyone that travels is at an increased risk to be exposed to it.” Basically, Viator and Miami Luxury Shuttles are stating that regardless of their printed policy on their website, as long they test their drivers weekly – they don’t have to wear a mask. We were all tested 2 days before our trip, yet we wore a mask for our protection and the driver’s. Too many false claims and zero accountability from Viator and Miami Luxury Shuttles. We will not use them again!Written February 3, 2022

We were 4 people including a toddler coming off an NCL cruise with 4 large pieces of luggage and a large stroller. We had a tight time frame due to an early flight but our driver Patricia made it so easy. She communicated by phone before we disembarked, waited for us to appear, then met us within 3 minutes in a large Chevy Suburban, complete with a clean child safety seat. Her driving was careful and professional. The cost was reasonable compared to two Ubers or taxis we would have needed otherwise and the freedom from stress was priceless.

We had 10 people in our party, we came off of NCL in a panic hours later than we should, our other shuttle was 1 hour away in traffic because of that crash in the canal. I found Sandra in the mass ciaos of almost 4k people and cars trying to find rides. She took total control and led my family to a 14 passenger Shuttle that was able to fit all of our luggage and people.
We got out of the disaster of the moment..
They were reasonable and friendly.
That night, I booked with Sandra again.... to get our family to the airport since our flight was missed and changed to the next day.
The drive was actually 15 minutes EARLY... was the most friendly person. Waiting for all my sleeping children to wake up---- Got us safely to the airport.
Thank you so much...
