After a mechanical issue pre-flight led to rescheduling my ride, I quickly found another company that could meet my timing. Brian was incredibly apologetic and went so far out of his way to ensure my plan went off perfectly. He delivered my flowers and a complimentary bottle of champagne to the new company and spoke with their team to ensure they executed the plan perfectly -- all without receiving a dime from me. We loved the fact that as soon as we got there for our scheduled flight we were ready to go with a simple check in and off to the beautiful Miami sky’s after a quick safety brief. This location was easy to get to from South Beach and the views on the flight was AMAZING! The route was great and the pilot help point out areas while in the sky and we loved how smooth the ride was. The helicopter is all closed door with comfortable seats and great headphones to hear and communicate with each other! It was my wife’s first helicopter ride and even when it was a little windy the pilot did so well to keep it smooth. We will definitely be back next time we are in Miami :)Written August 20, 2023

Can not say enough good things about this experience. Brian gave us the play by play during the flight and the ride was very smooth. I took all the upgrades which I recommend.
