We had an absolutely terrible experience at this shop. First, we paid for the jet ski for one hour ride, but we only got to use the jet ski for half an hour, and they completely failed to deliver the photo service we requested—this was entirely their fault. Since we were leaving the next day, they promised a refund if we emailed them, just to pacify us at the moment. However, after we emailed them, they refused to issue a refund and totally obey our agreement. The chances of us coming back to use the credits are almost zero. We lost about $430 in total—a truly awful experience. Stay away from this dishonest business. Don’t let unethical practices slide!

We thought this option would be $15 for the entire jet ski experience, but it was actually $15 for a 20% discount; you would still have to pay for the jet ski. Lots of details in fine print; would definitely not recommend unless you want to waste money

The Viator people scammed the whole deal. I specifically called and inquired about the combo package and the price. I was told $39 (unbelievably attractive) price was to cover both activities. We end up spending 10 times more money as it turned out that the price listed and promised covered only reservation. The activity itself was amazing but I advise do not get trapped with the false claims and non transparency.

I give 2 stars only because it took us a quick ride. Minus 3 stars because the price was listed as $29, when we called, they also told us it would only cost $29, but when we arrived, it had already become $89, when we started asking why, they told us: "Okay, we can give you a discount and charge you only $69." They said they would take us on a ride for 30 minutes, but in fact they took us on a boat for 5 minutes and only took us on a ride for 15 minutes.

The trip didn’t meet expectations. The price was misleading, and the ride time didn’t match what was advertised. We rode for 15-20 minutes, not 30! The 30 minutes included the time to get to the spot and the return trip. Be aware that the actual cost is not $29 but $79-$89.

I really enjoy renting catamarans here. The catamarans are in good condition, the sailing area is amazing, and the people who work there are honest and make sure you have a good and safe experience. My review would have been a 5 star review, but it is just that I do not find the fee structure favoring the customer. After the first hour, the fee increments are in 30 mins buckets. I believe it would be a more pleasant experience for the customers if it were “1 hour minimum and then pay as much as the duration after 1 hour.”

Refused refund when I couldn't fly in due to June 14th flooding of entire area. I couldn't change vacation dates. Act of nature should be a reason for refund

We had a great time celebrating a birthday with Miami Watersports. Manuel and Rogelio were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Rogelio was a great teacher and taught me how to sail their catamarans in only 30 minutes. The guys are very patient and friendly and the spot is in a great location. We would definitely go back and try more activities.

The instructor was amazing. You guys should definitely come here. Alex was amazing. Definitely recommend we had fun!!!

Not as advertised. It is not thrilling, and the boat pictured is not the boat they use. We had a dinger version of this experience. Captain doesn't speak or entertain at all, which you think they would to earn a tip from the riders. SIghtseeing????? They took us by three houses and turned around. I'm sure this at one point might have been a great time, but it is a money grab from tourists. They are lucky their business doesn't depend on repeat business, cause if they did........they would be out of business.

The experience was fun however we booked through Viator for $35.00 a person but when we got there we had to pay another $30 per person. It showed a speed boat but we were on an inflatable. It said approximately 60 minutes and it was a total of 30 minutes. Fun but misleading!

CAUTION: Price does not include a $50 / person surcharge once you get there. Price is misleading. However, we had a great time and it was a very fun exepiernece. Great time otherwise, fun experience.

Had another incredible adventure with Miami Water Sports, this time trying out flyboarding after thoroughly enjoying jet skiing and speed boating on previous visits. Flyboarding with them was nothing short of exhilarating. It felt like being a superhero, soaring above the water! There’s definitely a learning curve, but the instructors were patient, offering clear guidance to help us get the hang of it. They prioritized safety without compromising the thrill. The equipment was top-notch, and the experience was surreal, offering unbeatable views of the Miami coastline. It’s an activity I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for an adrenaline rush and a unique way to experience the water. Miami Water Sports continues to impress with their variety of water activities and exceptional service.

Just came back from an awesome day with Miami Water Sports, where my girlfriend and I tried out their speed boat after having a blast on the jet skis last time. We were looking for a bit of adrenaline and, boy, did we get it. The speed boat was an absolute thrill ride, cutting through the waves with power that had us both laughing and screaming in excitement. The staff were super friendly and made sure we felt comfortable and safe before we set off. The boat itself was in great condition, and navigating it was a highlight of our trip. It’s not every day you get to speed across the water with such an amazing view of Miami. Definitely a memorable experience and worth every penny for the adventure and service we received
