It was a great experience and a lot of fun, but it was way too expensive with lots of extra fees. We thought we were going for $29 per person but it ended up being $255 for a Family of 4. That included $20 each fuel fee, $30 taxes and $25 mandatory tip. Fun, unique experience but be prepared $.

I was a bit leery to rent a hobie cat here as some of the reviews talk about hidden fees and bad service. I had neither! The guys weren't the FRIENDLIEST duo I've run across on my trip, but they got me set-up and on the water in no time. The "instructions" were minimal, but I have some sailing experience, and it came back to me easily. The boats are in good condition, and reactive to the wind. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I would recommend these guys, but don't expect a lot of friendliness, it's all business.

DONT GO HERE THE WORST EXPERIENCE we had to wait 45 min just to go in the water and when we got out they said 2 jetskis had scratches when we were very distant from each other bec they tell you of there are damages you have to pay even when the jetski still works you need to put 150 deposit when they went down to check it out my friend wiped the scratch and it came right off so they just want your money horrible customer service just don’t waste you money they are gonna try to make you pay for damages that probably was already there.

The parasailing was fun! The boat staff was down to earth—gave clear instructions and good vibes! Only reason I gave "very good" instead of "excellent" because their prices [across] online compared to in person is not consistent. Online you see prices like $165 but in person its $112. I advise that people to pay in person compared to the various prices displayed online.

The view was awesome the ride was great. Pictures really not worth the money you spend for the activities all the pictures that the host took all look a like just at a different angle.

I was a little disappointed that the Description on viator was a little misleading for the additional money I had ti pay pp which was more than I paid online. It he guy checking me in could tell I was frustrated but he remained professional and I explained everything. Capt Joel was amazing from start to finish. My daughter and I had a BLAST! He went as fast as we wanted and slowed down when we asked. It was a great experience and we will definitely do it again!

Awesome staff!!! Water is helpful, and get to show up early and do things in whatever order is faster.

We did jet skiing and parasailing. The parasailing experience was amazing. We would rate it as a 4.5. Captain Pierre was very knowledgeable and fun. I’m personally afraid of heights but the entire experience was smooth and peaceful. The jet skiing was alright. Just a heads up that you need to pay $10 to take a test in order to ride. We were supposed to be out for an hour but it was less than that. It also took awhile to get to and from the area where we were allowed to jet ski. We would rate the experience a 3/5.

It was fun. Shawn & Tom were absolutely wonderful. All of the JetSki guys were as well but the people working the desk can go to hell.

They were really nice, funny and friendly people. There are additional prices that is not listed on here when booking. For the banana boat and jet skiing we ended up paying 265 per person after additional fees, but we were only told that there is a $30 gas fee.

The only thing my boyfriend wanted to do in Miami on his birthday trip was parasail and jet ski. This place did both so we jumped in an Uber and off we went. We arrived at 10:20 and after doing paperwork (don’t forget your IDs) for 20 minutes and $500 later, were ready to join the first group of parasailers. Except the two of us only made 8 and they wouldn’t leave without a full boat of 12 people. So we settled in and made friends until 4 more people wandered up and wanted to parasail. At 11:20 we had our 12 people and we were ready to head out. The captain wasn’t overly nice but the guy who helped with the parasail (forgot his name, he lost his hat in the water) was. We were promised one hour of boat time and ten minutes up in the parasail. The first two people who went up got nearly 10 minutes but we were the fourth couple to go up and we got 4 minutes. FOUR minutes. $210 plus a $45 tip afforded us 4 minutes. We were told it’s because the boss on shore was rushing them because they had more people ready to go out. We got back to the pier around 12:15 and were ready to jet ski with two other couples. Bobby, our jet ski tour guide was exceptional and funny and conversational- which he had to be because we waited until 1:00 to get on the jet skis. Because the company wanted to ensure we had more boats going out which makes them more money. The jet ski experience was amazing and a full hour. We got done at 2:00 with both our adventures. One couple who did both things with us missed their 2:00 reservation and the other 2 had to rush to the airport to catch their 4:00 flight. So this 2 hour event turned in to a four hour day which I don’t think anyone was anticipating. PS. Just got home and checked my CC bill and besides the $500 I was also charged an additional $150. So make sure you check your statements when you go here.

Had an amazing time jet skiing and parasailing. The stuff was really friendly and helpful. I would 1000% recommend doing it if you on your trip and looking for activities.

Guides were knowledgeable and funny! Parasailing was a blast, with great views and a fun dip into the water!
