I did travel to Miami, and I would normally use trip advisor, but the quote was too high for me, so I opted for other transportation.

If I did this again I would go straight to park myself. Lot of wasted time taking bus. Also saw no wildlife and airboat ride was mostly of floating around looking for gators. Would have liked more of ride on boat

All star has been wonderful, van 44 driver Tony Brown was attentive to our needs, friendly and was early to the terminal to pick us up and drop us off. Will definitely use them again for all of our transportation needs.

All stars has been amazing! Ready for my family as soon as we got off the ship! Tony Brown was our driver and he was very pleasant and friendly! 10/10 recommend!

The airboat ride and show was excellent. Unfortunately communication when at the park was troublesome, clear instructions were not provided and many guests from multiple groups had no idea where or when they were supposed to go. Due to this we were frustrated and confused.

We booked transportation from our Hampton Inn and Suites Hotel (Blue Lagoon} to the Miami cruise port. We were not pushed for time, which was fortunate. The driver was 15 minutes late because he went to the wrong hotel although we had scheduled with the correct hotel name and address. It took 3 calls to get him to our hotel. He spoke little English. Once we connected, the ride was fine.

Picked us up in Fort Lauderdale, Jose was pleasant and a safe driver!! He drove us to Miami, not once did we get worried about his driving!! We will definitely use this service again!!

If I was to go again, i would arrange it on my own. Bus was old, and the driver was rather careless. The show after the trip around the Everglades was outdated

Chaos. Poor communication. Bus driver was hard to understand. Tour was not 10-2 as stated, we did not return until 3:15. Halfway through boat ride operator turned boat around because of incoming weather, and cut our time on the water in half, yet other boats headed out to begin new tours. Boat tour was abysmal, tour guide barely spoke & gave very limited details. Complete disappointment, would not recommend.

Uninformative, tacky, bad jokes, short ride, saw one alligator, closed top boat, then the guide asked for tips. We were not impressed with the alligator show either. Truly wished we leaned something. I’ve been other airboats tours that I’ve loved. Sadly, this was a complete waste of time and money.

Our flight arrived at 630pm, pickup up was supposed to be at 7pm. But at 7pm I got a text asking to let them know when we were ready to be picked up. They had our flight number and could have easily checked that the flight was on time. So I texted back at 703pm And didn't get picked up until after 730. Thank goodness the weather was nice and so was the driver. It was just my husband, myself and our 4 kids who were starving and tired from a day of travel. It was pretty costly for 6 people. Plus a tip. Anyways I don't know if I would use it again for such a small group of people, plus I would expect them to be there at 7 as was stated on the reservation.

We had a very informative tour guide, went above and beyond to find us some wildlife. Some some gators. It is close to.miami, worth the trip

We booked this service to transfer my family of 7 from our hotel near the Miami airport to the Port of Miami. I contacted the operator after waiting 15 minutes past our scheduled pickup time and was told the driver was 5 minutes away. After waiting an additional 30 minutes I ended up catching a different ride.

Fun tour not too far from Miami. We got to see some alligators and even saw an alligator show. Good experience for the price!

It was worth it. The bus trip was smooth and the Everglades boat was a lot of fun. We actually saw 4 Alligators within 1/2 hour, which is pretty unusual. The Alligator show was also fun. Overall I would recommend it.
