We took the everglades tour and it was amazing. My husband wanted to take the tour. I will admit I was a little optimistic at first- a little scared of the whole alligator experience but I am so happy we did it . And my daughters 14 and 12 loved it. Charlie gave us a wonderful tour on the way there and back. Felt at ease immediately. So knowledgeable. Showed us the best sides of Miami.

We visited Miami and had the pleasure of having Ralph as our guide. It was like having the Mayor of Miami, teh President of teh Chamber of Commerce and the Chair of teh University Miami History Department all in one vehicle. It was amazing. We did a tour to the Everglades yesterday and Charlie was the perfect tour guide from before it even started by giving us all the necessary information upfront (timings, clothing, mosquitos, etc.). From the pick up to drop off it was one amazing tour. Charlie is a fountain of knowledge. It feels like there is no question he can’t answer and he knows so much not only about the Everglades but Miami, the whole region and the rest of the world. Tasted Cuban coffee for the first time and learned a lot about his/their culture as well. Will definitely do a tour with him again on our next visit.

We had the best experience with Hoji! It was very informative and also funny. Time flies with listening to Hojis story’s about the city, architecture and the history. We loved the Cuban influence of the tour and the restaurant Hoji showed us. We would choose him any time we come back to Miami to learn more about the city.

We loved our Cuban guide Moji! Although this was my second time at Miami Beach I now understood what makes Miami such a special place (apart from the good weather). Moji knows a lot about Miami’s history, it’s different quarters and specialities. The Everglades were unforgettable and our initial goal. But we learned much more than that. 👌🏻 I would advice the ladies to bring an extra layer to eventually wear on the boat.

The whole family loved this private tour, an airboat on the everglades spotting aligators followed by a stop in little havana on the way back for some cuban culture. Our tour guide Frederico was so knowledgable about Miami, professional, fun and all round great guy. This is a must do in Miami.

My girlfriend arranged a _fully customized_ tour of Miami in the theme of Miami Vice. Rafael did an absolutely amazing job by thoroughly researching the show and put together an experience of a lifetime! This guy really knows his stuff, he had amazing knowledge of Miami: the history, the architecture and the culture of the city. We could tell he loves the city and genuinely loves his job. We went through different shooting locations he had scouted, he referenced episodes, characters, memorable moments and details that I didn't even know about.. The ride was smooth, the conversation was fun and personal, while still maintaining a extremely high professional standard. Next time I'm back in Miami I will certainly have another tour to dig deeper into the architecture and history of the city at large. Cannot recommend this enough, it exceeded all our expectations!

We did a private tour and asked to see the best of the Everglades and it’s wildlife - but in just a few hours. They delivered exactly that. The transportation was big and luxurious. They were exactly on time for start and finish. Rafael and team were wonderful to interact with before and during the tour. Thank you for an excellent Everglades experience.
