I feel this was a bait and switch. We booked a pirate ship to take our grand children ages four and seven on. The day before we get a call saying that they can’t use that boat and would have to use another one which is in a pirate ship For children that age the tour doesn’t mean as much as the boat I was told at the dock that the pirate ship never goes out except for the weekends and that should’ve been noted in the reservation. The one saving grace was the guide Danny, he gave our grandsons extra attention, which made them feel special special and saved the day. They should specifically note that this pirate ship does not go out except for the weekend. The cost for the tour also was half price at the dock from what we paid overall, this was my first negatives with Trip advisor.
