In one word, very scary driving. Almost rear ended four different vehicles due to speed by the bus driver. Marlene, who narrated what was the history and what was to be expected.

Great experience loved writing on the bridge going over all the beautiful water and beautiful scenery and especially on the way coming home seeing the sun set while going over the bridge home

Honestly such an amazing experience. The guide (I believe her name was Tamara) was so sweet and helpful, very patient with all the questions, made sure we all knew what was going on, what sites we were passing, how long til the next stop etc. She was genuinely so lovely and helpful. The driver got us home safe, even when the weather changed and there was threats of a tropical storm coming in. Overall a great trip - you had options for planned activities (well we didn't cause of said storm but that wasn't the organizers fault, but rather mine for choosing to travel during hurricane season) or you could just chill and explore by yourself. 10/10

Good trip. Very long ride but it is what it is. Air conditioner was either on high or off. I’d bring a blanket or light throw. Seats were a little worn and uncomfortable. Narration was good and bilingual. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Key West was beautiful. We did the hop on and hop off trolley tour which was great and very informative. I would recommend this trip. We had lunch at Sloppy Joes and it was delicious. Their Key Lime pie was excellent. There are lots of great places to eat. We enjoyed seeing Ernest Hemingways house and cats!

Trip was cancelled by Viator without my permission and I was lied to by the viator representative saying it was Gray Line tours who had cancelled. Gray Lines informed me it was Viator who cancelled. The representative lied because Viator had promised hotel pick up and did not deliver. This is a terrible way to do business. Double check your reservation and contact local tour company that is providing the ride because viator site cannot be trusted with correct information.

Could not recommend enough! Staff was friendly, area was beautiful. Just remember to bring an underwater pouch for your phone! You will have so many good memories (: May 2022

Tamara our guide was very helpful and informative. A few glitches along the way as the bus AC packed in about an hour away from Key West. General consensus was to keep on going which we did but with outside temps reaching 47 degrees celsius the bus temp probably rose above that figure. Not for the faint hearted as the bus was packed and we all got off a sorry bedraggled bunch. Key West however was excellent and unique, we opted for the glass bottom boat trip out to the coral reef and then some lunch in the La Bagatelle hotel in Duval Street - the Keyline pie is highly recommended. One recommendation for the bus company however - please ask the Drivers to wait until people are seated before taking off as people were thrown about and could have been seriously injured before taking their seat. This happened at numerous pick up points. Be prepared for a long day as we were out for around 14hrs.

this was one of the nicest experiences ever! the tour guide was amazing and super attentive about everything and very punctual. they picked us up and we went to key west. We did the snorkeling and key west package and let me tell you, if you can afford it please do this as well. in the boat on the way back from snorkeling there is an open bar which i loved. everyone was so friendly

I had a great time in Keywest. Duval st in keywest is fun and entertaining!! The bus driver was great. He was getting up the road to get us there. The spokes lady was great also explaining about keywest. I will definitely go back to keywest

My boyfriend and I booked the Key West Day trip + Snorkeling and had so much fun!! We were 1st time snorkelers so bit afraid at first. However our tour guide, Cindy & the snorkel crew made us feel welcomed, safe, and best of all ensure we had fun. Special shoutout to Cindy’s charisma, engagement, and expertise as she shared Miami/Keys fun facts and recommendations! Only down side is the limited time you have to explore the rest of the Keys.

The trip was very organized and our host and driver were great. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely being repeating this exact trip my next time in Miami!

Tour guide Cindy was great! Lots to see and lots to do. Definitely recommend. If you like swimming I recommend doing the snorkeling, otherwise the glass bottom boat shows the corals and fish too. Everything there is close by, beaches, restaurants, pools, bars, definitely a great experience.

It was a fun filled day with many things to do and see. Highly recommend this day trip to Key West. We loved everything about it and would definitely do it again!

I will never use this service again and I am currently contacting an attorney to sue them. We booked over a week in advanced and were contacted by them in regards to our pick up location. We flew in from Chicago just to arrive and wait for hours and have them lie over and over again about where the driver was. After calling for hours, we were told that some random people got on the bus and somehow took our seats, but they never asked them for tickets or identified them. I Don’t think they have a bus, this is a scam if they are stealing funds and using for gain until refunds. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY

Tour was great. Our guide was kind and very informative. The bus was on time and made a stop half way for breakfast. Nice!!
