  • Weight restrictions: One person CANNOT exceed 300lbs (136kg/21.4st) and the total weight for 3 people is 600lbs (272kg/42.8st). All passengers must be willing to be weighed for safety.
  • People per ride: The helicopter fits 3 passengers at a time so if you have a party of 4 people or more, we will have to split them in two or more rides.
  • Infants up to 2 years old (under 28lb/13kg) must sit on a lap and will fly for free.
  • Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: A full refund or reschedule requires at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. No refunds will be given after that time period. Although all flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather (heavy rain, low cloud ceilings, lightning, or extreme winds), you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • Failure in showing up for your appointment without notice will result in cancellation of your tour without refund.
  • Arrival time: passengers must arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled departure.
  • We require all the Adults' passengers IDs.
  • It is a private tour and each passenger will have a fantastic window view!
  • If you have symptoms of fever or cough, you will not be able to fly. You must wear a mask during the tour.
  • Most travelers can participate
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

30th birthday celebrations
Wow, what a trip. We took the fireworks trip over all the major theme parks culminating in watching the fireworks over Magic Kingdom.

We upgraded our package with some champagne, which was a great extra to celebrate a big birthday. The lady on the ground was fab and super friendly.

Check in was super easy, and we were up in the air almost immediately, with a few photos taken beforehand.

The tour itself was amazing with a phenomenal pilot and tour guide, giving us amazing information about both Orlando and the helicopter itself. The fireworks were spectacular and our pilot made a great effort to ensure we saw them despite them being significantly delayed.

I genuinely can't recommend this tour enough!!

Wow,
It was so awesome we took the 1 hour flight and it was absolutely beautiful and it was worth the money. Martin was our pilot and was so friendly we were nervous at first but he made us feel better. NOTE TO OTHERS, PLEASE TIP we tipped him very well and if you can afford a helicopter ride then you should be able to afford to tip.
TIPPING IS NOT A CITY IN CHINA.

Good view of theme parks. Friendly service. Just a pity that the photographs taken outside of the helicopter were not very good. We bought some just for the sake of a souvenir.

Safe ride yet disappointing.

I gave a 3 star review since the ride was nice and we landed back safely. We reserved the 18/20 minute ride a couple days in advance. We waited for exactly one hour past our reserved time. We were the only people in the building the entire time so the cause was not due to them being busy. No apologies and no explanation. The pilot did point out a few things while in the air yet seemed to want to get the trip over to go back to whatever he was doing before we inconvenienced him. The girl that received us was very nice. She ran out when we returned to show us the pictures she had taken before we left and to sell them to us. Something I was very uncomfortable with was she asked if we would like to leave a tip for the pilot. It was very awkward. I would recommend the flyover the amusement parks, but I would try a different company. I have been on many helicopter rides over monuments, NYC etc, and have never experienced a pilot that did not Interact with his guests. It was very disappointing.

One of the most amazing things I have ever done

I was so scared but staff reassured me and could not have been more helpful. My daughter and I were taken out to the helicopter and strapped in and the lady took photographs of us and then we were off. The pilot was really helpful, pointing out what things were and chatting about what we were seeing. All too soon we were heading back. Definitely coming back next year with the grandchildren
