About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 980evanh0 contributionsDisney to NASA via GreylineTLDR: Amazing experience! Would definitely use again if we came back to Orlando and went to Kennedy. Full review: We came on holiday to Orlando and was staying at Disney All Stars, we had booked to go to Kennedy before we came and didn't have a car. We thought maybe getting a taxi or Uber would be simple enough but then got advice from online and Uber drivers it may not be easy and could be very expensive. We found Grayline and couldn't be happier with the decision to use them! They picked us up bang on the time they advised (07:10am) from the Disney Swan Hotel and proceeded to pick up other groups before getting us to NASA just after opening. On the route our amazing tour guide Bob gave some great information and advice as well as providing us with a neat little pack to help us through our day. There are multiple packages to choose from, we chose transport only as we already had our tickets. We got back to the bus just before 5pm and was transported back to the swan hotel (arrived approx 18:15) in a very quick and smooth ride by the driver Carlos. The bus was comfortable, and our driver and tour guide were so friendly and helpful it really made the whole day a great experience would definitely recommend.Written November 12, 2024
- wennol0 contributionsRhysFantastic experience! Oscar our tour guide was extremely informative, explaining what were the highlights to seek out on our trip to the Kennedy space center. We were lucky enough that the day we booked we were privileged to witness two rocket launches. Truly amazing...the sonic boom that followed was crazy. Oscar and our bus driver then whisked us away to our next adventure which was with Twister Airboat rides. Another incredible experience. May well be worth checking when the rocket launches are taking place then booking with this tour group. We were very well looked after. Thank you Oscar!Written November 12, 2024

Never again park only opened from 9to 6 , so I spent $80.00 for food and lost 2 hours of time in the park !Written November 8, 2024

- A6641SKemmak0 contributionsExcellent, fantastic immersive attractionsWe had an amazing day. This place has some new attractions compared to my visit a few years ago. Lots to see, interact with and learn about. The shuttle simulator was fantastic. The immersive nature of these attractions makes learning so much fun. We were really lucky to be able to see a launch on our day too. We travelled with Gray Line tours who gave great tips to get the most out of our day.Written November 7, 2024
- rachaelmT6878SI0 contributionsTHE 1 STAR is for the destination, NOT THE DRIVER!!!!Our driver, Brad, was super sweet, and did a great job!! Was right on time for pickup at hotel and at meeting point to come home. 15 passenger sprinter van was very clean and roomy. Brad was very friendly in giving suggestions on where to go during the day, and told some good stories :) He also gave you space to just chill on the ride there and do your own thing. When it came to the actual destination itself..less than ideal :/ Booked the Daytona Beach day trip through Costco as a way to break up my Disney park days and vacation in Orlando. The ad made it sound like a lively area, with ample things to do- however, it was not the case. We arrived at Daytona Beach and the area that we were dropped off at had little to do. Restaurants very kinda few and far between. There were very few shops to walk around and look for souvenirs at. The ones that actually were open out of those were very run down, and had the same type of cheap screen printed shirts you could find literally at any beach you go. We tried going down to the beach to look for shells or coral, but it was riddled with seaweed, and the tide was too high to even lay out and relax in the sand. We eventually had to walk further down the boardwalk to find a restaurant that looked halfway decent and was open. Bubba Gump Shrimp was cute and yummy. After eating there wasn’t anything else around to do, so we sat in a Baskin Robins and waited til our pickup time. AGAIN, the driver and the actual shuttle service itself was fantastic- however, I do think that we got catfished in regards to the location. Pretty much a ghost town with very few tourists, and the only locals you see are sadly homeless individuals on the streets :/ Or the workers in a few shops. I did not feel the safest walking around the area with just my sister- even though it was broad daylight. Wish I would have saved the money I spent on the “beach day”, and used it to buy souvenirs at Disney Springs that I could walk to for free. Just BEWARE if planning to book a fun day at a beach!!! We even made an extra short little stop at Buccee’s on the way back to grab any snacks we needed and to see the place! THANK YOU, BRAD!Written November 6, 2024

- E7581YObonniep0 contributionsAMAZING!!!Kevin our tour guide was absolutely wonderful! The day of the trip we ran into issues with uber/lift and there was absolutely no drivers around in the area to drive us to the pickup point for the tour. Not only did gray line picked up the phone right away when we frantically called them, they also offered to pick us up at the hotel so we wouldn’t miss the tour. The trip was fun, the beach was wonderful, and the dolphin watch tour was very lovely. We saw so many dolphins there and everyone was so nice. The tour and the Clearwater itself had just opened back up after the 2 hurricanes and the city and its people did a wonderful job restoring the city to welcome tourists again. Highly recommended!!Written November 4, 2024
- DRossiter870 contributionsA giant leap for tourkindWe had a fantastic time at Kennedy Space Centre. The transfer bus worked perfectly and Brad, our guide, was friendly, funny, and informative. I was amazed by the sheer scale of some of the buildings and rockets; not to be missed.Written November 4, 2024

We booked the trip with the expectation of going early. Alligators, and most wildlife, are active from dusk till dawn, and the chance of seeing them rapidly drops during the day.
So, we were happy to get up at 6am and pay almost 10 bucks for an Uber to get to the pickup point.
Nasty suprise number 1: the trip was rescheduled, without any warning. We started at 10:30 (instead of 7:30) and made it to the Everglades by noon.
Nasty suprise number 2: we never saw any alligators in the wild. The whol trip should be marketed as a wildlife trip through the Everglades, saying explicitly that most likely you will only see alligators in captivity.
Overall, if you do not have any expectations of seeing wild alligators, it is a nice trip. But, the organization could definitely be improved.

We booked the 30 minute air boat ride which we felt was long enough; we feel that for the air boat and transport it was too expensive. The native American "village" was underwhelming as were the rest of the attractions at the venue. Years ago we used another company and it was great so we suggest you look around and don't automatically buy the cheapest you find, there are better deals to be found. This difference between this and a previous tour could be likened to the difference between a Disney Park and a local recreational ground.

I rated the trip a 5/5 because the ride was very smooth and our tour guide was nice. It was actually cold that day we went. Because of the cold weather, I didn’t expect to see any alligators out. Our airboat captain took us out and he found at least 3 alligators. I thought that was pretty cool. Our kids liked walking through the animal exhibitions and the staff was friendly. Kinda reminded me of Gatorland just without the airboat ride. The airboat ride around the lake really set things off right.

Driver was chatty and journey there was fine. Mini bus wasn’t completely full so had a fairly comfortable ride. Air boat ride was brilliant. Glad we did the 1 hour option. After the ride, there was far too long at the wild Florida centre and we made our own way home in an Uber as heat was unbearable with not much to do once you’d walked around the zoo once.

Our boat driver was full of knowledge and was able to take the time to answer our questions. He stopped the boat so we could see some crocodile and take some pictures . We even seen a owl along the way.
Tips
Have phone or camera ready for pictures so you don’t miss anything
This was our first boat ride and we will be back.
They met all of our expectations highly recommend them.

Couldn't fault the service we received from Grayline. The driver was very knowledgeable in regards to the local areas, friendly and helpful. The driver was on-time and even early on our pick ups which enabled us to get onto the bus to rest our legs :-).
We would definitely use Grayline again on future trips.

Absolutely, an amazing experience. Touch of wild and calm same time nature. Great ride by airboat will take you around and see some aligator (if you lucky), lover of birds will enjoy to spend some time to watch them. Also, when you enter the Wildlife Park you will enjoy the time to relax and spend some time with animals. Will recommend to take 1h ride by airboat. Great service with pick up service.

Thank you for joining us on tour -
The wild life tours are some of my favourites, airboat rides are both fast passed thrilling, yet laid back and interesting at the same time.
So glad you got to experience the other side of Florida whilst in Orlando, this was a real Florida experience.
We hope to see you next time you are in town and be sure to tell your friends and families to add it to their list when they travel to Orlando.
Kind regards,
Tori

The airboat tour was amazing. The guide was able to spot wildlife and bring us close to observe. And knew a lot about the wildlife.
We had a long ride from A Disney resort and our guide, Tori, was a wealth of knowledge. She gave us a lot of fun facts about the area.
We purchased our tickets through a Costco Disney package. We are going to tell our friends what a great experience this was!

This was simply a Airboat tour and rest was a small exhibits of Gators and butterfly. We reached the ride area around 9 am and boat ride was planned at 10.50. There was hardly to see or do anything there so wasted lot of time. Air Boat ride was good.

We enjoyed the airboat tour and safari ride. It was a lot of fun even though we got rained on a bit. They even had giraffes to feed at the end which was pretty cool. The pick up and drop of from designated Gray line bus was nice. Since it was raining on the way back our driver even went out of her way to drop a few of us off at our hotel.
