We were very impressed. The driver showed up promptly at 5 AM backed into our driveway helped us to load our five pretty heavy large luggage bags drove us safely and exactly the speed limit to the Columbus airport. His truck was spotless and was one of the most courteous people I’ve run across in a while

The driver was excellent. He was given the incorrect flight and time to pick us up. As a result he was 45 minutes late. This is a problem from the office, not him. He was a good driver and we arrived safely. Thank you.

I go to the airport park and i got a best Spirit airlines flight to Fort Lauderdale and a trip to the Flight deck and it was amazing

St. Pete Clearwater Airport (PIE) is a smaller airport serving the Clearwater/ St. Pete area. It is laid out in a very user friendly way. Just watch the signage and you are good to go. The staff is very friendly and helpful should you need assistance. If you're looking for nice places to eat there, I suggest you eat before you come. We flew in on Allegiant Air and the gate attendants were great. They kept us informed of our outbound flight about every 15-20 minutes. Being a smaller airport getting from place to place is really simple. As I said, follow the signs. We rented a car for the week and their desk is opposite the baggage claim. I feel if you can, use this airport instead of Tampa Airport. It's is much more convenient !

Perfectly located across the pickup area, just off baggage claim. Look both ways while crossing the double lane road to the agency. Professionally staffed 3 customer service representatives to assist on a Tuesday afternoon. Provided a complimentary upgrade due to the fact that my reserved standard sized pickup was unavailable. Standing in line to keys in hand took approximately 15 minutes. We easily located the vehicle, and off we went. Returning the vehicle was professional and quite expedient. Highly recommend

Good comfort and staff. TSA is tough, Chillis has great airport food, Rental car facilities are very good.

Destin Airport is very small but very clean. Super fast through TSA. Food options in the different concourses. The only really odd thing we felt was that your concourse was about a mile from the rental cars and also in a different building than luggage. It is really awesome watching military planes practice while waiting for your flight too.

This was the WORST rental experience! If you rent from Alamo, National or Enterprise prepare to WAIT and WAIT and WAIT!!!

This service is a scam. I booked and paid for transfer through TripAdvisor then made a change in pickup due to change in itinerary. The change was confirmed through TripAdvisor. I then received confirmation of change in pickup through operator, only to be told that the transfer was cancelled.

Nice airport. Clean, well laid out. Virtually no place to eat. Comfortable furniture. Located about a 22 minute drive from the downtown.

This is a nice big, safe, clean and well organized international airport. Easy to navigate. They even had a “pre-clear” station for travelers to Hawaii, so you could get a wristband now, and that will supposedly save you a lot of time clearing the airport in HI. The big negative was that the Dunkin’ Doughnuts’s shop was closed today (Saturday). That should be illegal! VictorB

Uber is overcharging travelers from airport to downtown hotels. Check your price against an old fashioned taxi!!! 54.00 Uber vs 20.00 taxi!!
