The snorkeling trip was amazing! Went to two spots! Saw many types of cool fish, coral, sea turtles, and even a small shark! Our captain Brad and tour guide Alex were excellent! Super great service and awesome snorkeling!!

Dove Key Largo for the 3rd time last week. This time with my new-diver niece. There are A LOT of dive shops in Key Largo. I am certain there are none better than Silent World. Start out with an organization staffed with all knowledgeable, friendly, helpful people. Add a real camaraderie among the whole crew; they're not only great people to dive with, they seem to enjoy working with one another which makes it a very pleasant, comfortable environment to join. Every single person from office staff, to guides, to boat crew, to captain made our experience a great one from the first phone call to set up our 2 days of diving to our return to the dock after our last dive. I'm an experienced diver who hadn't dove in a while, my niece a new diver, we were treated more like friends of the entire team rather than "customers". The price was really reasonable, but the experience would have been worth MUCH more. You really should dive with these folks if you want to have a dive trip you'll remember fondly for a long time. Nice work Silent World! A couple of additional thoughts: all the gear we rented was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly functional. The dive boat - The Phoenix - was right-sized (not a "cattle-boat") and equally well-maintained and comfortable.

Capitan Brad and Killian did a great job giving us a wonderful snorkeling experience. We saw tons of fish and a squad of squid. I will definitely be returning to silent world in the future.

We had an amazing snorkel trip! It was our son's first reef snorkel and he can't wait to go back. The crew is so friendly and yet professional. Listening to them talk to other guests also made it obvious the crew is passionate about the ocean and conservation. We'll definitely be back!

There were 8 of us capt mike and his 2nd mate Ashland were amazing, guided us through the snorkeling adventure, provided soda, water and snacks… the boat was CAlypso. Clean and organized, definitely recommend. Can’t wait to return. Nice waiting area with clean pretty bathrooms, corn hole and other games while you wait, free reef sensitive sunscreen, nice shaded picnic tables, and clean equipment

An amazing trip with a truly professional staff. This was our first diving trip to the keys and it could not have been better. Joleesa made sure our family was properly fitted and ready for the dive and conditions. She then expertly led everything in the water to ensure we got to see as much of the well-preserved undersea environment as possible. I would 10/10 dive with Silent World again.

Best Dive Operation in the Keys. Staff is always focused on making the trip a great experience. Friendly and skilled captain, crew and guides. Murphy is a great guide who knows the reefs and wrecks.

Great customer serive! Easy to book, answered all questions. We had a long drive to get there plus wild fire delay. Staff held up the boat (just a few mins) for us to arrive and then swiftly got us the proper equipment (wet suits very helpful to stay warm). Boat staff was very entertaining, informative, and professional. The water was clear and the reefs were amazing. Highly recommended for experienced or novice, adult or children!

It was a very fun experience! From the smiling reception of the ladies upfront since we were a bit late due to the brush fires with some road closures and horrible traffic! The crew members namely Captain Killian was very helpful and caring as I was not very familiar with using such gadgets, Amanda was very sweet as his first mate; more importantly Michael the diving instructor was very kind and patient in helping my daughter and her friend who are novice scuba divers! Nobody got dehydrated as they were equipped with lots of fluids !

I couldn't be happier with our experience. Silent World has a knowledgeable, amazing and friendly staff, awesome boats, a very nice clean facility on the dock, and decent snorkel equipment. My family had a great time on the snorkel trip. My youngest didn't love snorkeling but she did love the boat ride. Caesar was a great captain and I can't remember the other persons name but she was also great. This was a refreshing change from my usual snorkel and dive trips in where they usually just take you out to a destination and throw you off the boat, hah. I would highly recommend Silent World.

Friendly crew that takes you to swim in an aquarium. The snorkel trip was enjoyable for the family (2 adults, 11 year old).

First time with Silent World. From registration through the dive, top notch. The crew was very safety conscious and knowledgeable of the sites. Captain Killian and First Mate Amanda were awesome. I will certainly return.
