Overview
See dolphins swimming through the waves at sunset on this 3-hour catamaran cruise from Fort Myers — dolphin sightings guaranteed. Learn about dolphins and other wildlife from a certified Florida Master Naturalist guide onboard your boat, and stop to look at seashells on a barrier island while enjoying views of the sunset over the ocean.
What to Expect
Make your way to Snook Bight Marina 15 minutes prior to your selected departure time. Check in with your certified Florida Master Naturalist guide, and then board your 38-foot catamaran and head out on your 3-hour cruise.

As you sail through the water and take in views of the sunset over the ocean, your guide will help you spot dolphins, bird rookies, and other wildlife while providing informative commentary about the local ecosystem.

Your cruise then stops at a shell island for roughly an hour, where you can learn about local aquatic life such as conchs, sea stars, and urchins while scouring the beach for seashells. Bring your swimsuit if you’d like to hop in the water.

Return to your ship and finish watching the sunset on your way back to the shore.

Please note: Although this tour is wheelchair accessible, there are two steps leading to the bathroom and getting on and off the boat from the beach. Those wishing to stay on the boat can relax in the shade and chat with the captain.

Best coastal boat tour we've ever taken!

We really enjoyed our cruise with Good Times Boat Charters. Captain Ty immediately pointed out a manatee and soon had dolphins "surfing" behind the boat. Marine Naturalist Zachary was so informative and truly knew the history and wildlife of the Ft. Myer's area. A stop...More

Dolphins played in the wake! We learned a lot from the naturalist!

This was a great dolphin cruise. There was a naturalist on board who taught us interesting things about the estuary, birds, and other ocean life. We had teenagers, little kids and adults in our group of 8 and everyone said it was a high light...More

Dolphins were so close!

This cruise was really nice overall. Favorite part was how close the dolphins got to the boat. The shelling was just ok. The sunset was beautifull on our way back. The crew were fun and informative.
