We went on a cruise and had a few days to spend in Fort Lauderdale afterwards. As we googled things that would be fun to do with kids, EZride Surf school came up. After reading all the positive reviews and learning that learing to surf was one of our daughter's bucket list items, we signed up with Marcello. The kids had a blast and left wanting to get their own surf boards. Marcello was awesome with the kids and it was so fun to watch. Thank you Marcello!

Read the other reviews and choose Marcello based on those, he did not disappoint. My boys are 13 and 7 and they had an amazing time. They both were up on the first try and had an absolute blast. This was our big treat event for the week and it was absolutely worth it. Marcello was kind and patient. He really connected with my kids and they loved him. Thank you so much for an experience of a life time!

I'm 52 and I've wanted to check off surfing from my bucket list for a long time. Marcello made that happen. He spent quite a while explaining things before we hit the beach which was helpful. After a few tries I succeeded! He was easy to work with and was great at teaching the proper techniques. He even had wetsuits available. I can't wait to go back!

Went with 3 friends and Marcelo accommodated to all of our needs! He’s a great instructor. He is sassy on the phone but is kind and funny in person. Definitely something to try out!

Just like all the other reviews here .. we were not disappointed! Mid 50’s dad (who found it exhilarating but a tad tiring !) and a 14 year old son ... Marcello was unambiguous with nice clear booking / joining instructions. What fun! He is patient and had both of us standing up. My youngster is totally hooked. I strongly recommend this for any family ! Great father/son fun. Get your teens away from their phones and into the surf !

Booked 2 hours with Marcello for Dad and three boys 8,10,12. We had a great first surfing experience and everyone eventually got up on the board although the duration of Dad's ride was quite brief! Great review respect for the ocean and safety. Small 2' waves made it less scary for the littler one and all had a great time. Great way to spend a few hours with a nice and patient instructor. The boys already want to go back. Definite recommend.

Going in I was a little nervous but Marcelo was super patient and a great instructor, our whole group had a blast!

Our group of first timers ranged from 5 yrs old to 43. I did not expect so many of us much less ALL of us would be able to get up on the boards with our instructor Marcello. The youngest ones looked like pros with the guidance, coaching and advise from Marcello. He was wise, patient, calm, easy going and everything you would want from someone trying to teach people on a surf board for the 1st time in their lives. When we done everyone could not wait for their next session.

I've always wanted to learn how to surf, but didn't know if I would be able to do it, but the instructor Marcello was wonderful in attending to each little thing that each of us girls needed to fix in order to perfect your surf! He cheers you on and makes sure you get it! So worth it!!

I came to Fort Lauderdale for a vacation with 6 of my friends(18-22yrs old) from Northern WI. We have never surfed before so I didnt expect much since we were so inexperienced. But dispite that,Marcello was able to teach us so well that we all were able to stand up and surf the waves within a short time! I was so impressed! Marcello was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding and kind! We had an amazing time! Thank you so much, Marcello!

Was worth every penny plus more! There was 7 of us girls and Marcello had patience to help each and every one of us from helping us find our waves to telling us what we could improve for the next wave. Definitely helped us get comfortable on a surf board and excited to try out surfing again in the near future! I would definitely recommend Marcello as an instructor for beginners or better as he has been surfing and teaching for years. You must try this out!!

Visiting Florida for a week. Everyone if your interested give it a try!! Would give it a10!! 7 of us girls ages 18-22 very fun..first time for everyone! Everyone got up and enjoyed every minute of it!! Worth the price!! Great memories made:)thanks!!

We had a varied group but Marcello was awesome for everyone. Some were just learning to get up and others were listening to Marcello's 10 years of pro surfing tips on how to get better. Wow a great instructor for all types. Thanks so much.

Words can't do this experience justice...you just have to try it! Our family's ages range from 44 to 8 years old and we had never surfed before. Marcello helped us pick the perfect day for surfing (despite the fickle weather) and he provided great instruction. His patience and sincere concern for others is something we will never forget. At one point my 8 year old daughter was a little scared and he treated her like his own. He gave her the confidence she needed to keep trying. She got right back out there and LOVED it! I highly recommend this inexpensive and memorable experience. It was definitely the best part of our trip! As a side note I suggest planning this for the beginning of your trip just in case it has to be pushed back due to weather. We had to do this and it worked out perfectly!

We had an excellent experience with Marcello. We had a private 2 hour class for my 6 and 9 year old. They both had a great time and we got a nice video of my son riding his first wave. Thank You Marcello
