So great!
Outstanding tasting experience with Joe. A wealth of information with beautifully crafted delicious rums and wonderfully creative cocktails. Made my night. This local gem is a must visit, even if just using FLL airport as a hub to so many other amazing destinations. Take the minute, go visit Joe. You will love his place.

I am so happy with how this class went. I was able to bring along my family and everyone had a blast! Joe and Amani were so kind and helpful and answered all our crazy questions along the way. By the end of the day, they felt like part of the family. I am so happy I chose to work with this distillery and I highly recommend them for both their classes and their business.

Different type of experience. The class taught about the gun making process. Guests got a chance to create their own flavored gin with our own chosen recipes and watch the entire process through bottling of the gin. During the class, we were also provided with a tasting of different types of gin.

My oldest daughter got my wife and I a groupon with South Fl Distillers. We had quite a few scheduling issues but made it their on Sep 27th.
Matt was our leader on this adventure and he made it a great evening for all 10 of us who were in the class.
I wont bore anyone with details but if you want to learn how to make gin and then make your our special version of gin you need to take this experience. Lots of tasting too with gin, rum and agave as well. And when all is said and done you get to take home your creation to share with family and friends.

This place was amazing! You make your own gin with a bunch of spice choices. The owner is helpful and super knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend for a fun boozy activity

Matt was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to go to this again. Each time you could make a different combination of flavours : ).
Highly recommend for anyone who likes to cook/drink. Combining your own flavours is fun and it's a good learning experience. Even non gin drinkers would like this as they could make one that tastes much lighter than they are used to if they want!

Had a great time and learned a lot of interesting facts about gin. Matt was down was very helpful throughout the process and made sure to spread time between all the couples. Love the take home bottles you receive at the end. Definitely recommend for anyone in the area!

I feel that this experience was unique because not o lot did we get to create gin, but we were given background and the understanding of the making of it. We each discussed as a couple, what type of taste to give it and chose the herbs we wanted that may create that taste. Then our teacher, Matt, explained the process the herbs and water were going through at certain temperatures, as well as how to control ALC levels. It was like an interesting Chemistry class for adults; one where you each get to take home something that you created together, with your own label you adhere to your bottle. There was also a tasting, where you get to experience different liquor they distilled, in its purest form, unlike liquor stores.
I think it would have been nice if they sold T-shirt’s, other than that, it was a nice birthday gift and experience.
