Grand Bahama Round-Trip Ferry Ride from Fort Lauderdale
From $130.00
Easily get over to the island of Grand Bahama from Fort Lauderdale with this round-trip ferry ticket. Board the ‘Balearia Caribbean’ for a 3.5-hour ride across the Atlantic Ocean to Freeport Harbour, and then enjoy about five hours of free time to go snorkeling, relax on white-sand beaches, or explore by scooter before catching your return ferry back to Fort Lauderdale that evening.
What to Expect
Meet at the Port Everglades cruise terminal in Fort Lauderdale at 6am. Due to security reasons the terminal doors close prior to your departure, so please arrive two hours before your 8am departure time for your check-in and pre-boarding inspection.
With your round-trip ferry ticket, board the Balearia Caribbean, and get ready for a 3.5-hour ride over to the Bahamas. As you travel, take some time to look out the windows at the views of the Atlantic Ocean. You can also order food, beverages, and duty-free goods on your ride (own expense).
Arrive at Freeport Harbour on Grand Bahama with about five hours of free time to spend however you'd like. You can partake in paradise–worthy activities such as snorkeling, sunbathing, and banana boat tours, or take a trip to the open-air markets, casinos, and restaurants (own expense).
After your free-time period, make your way back to the port to board the Balearia Caribbean for your 3.5-hour return ride to Fort Lauderdale.
