I'm not a fishermen, I can't compare with other experiences. Yet, the crew was friendly, available et the capitain made all the effort to try to get a good catch. We got a few small fishes (Grunts and a black fin tuna) which their prepared it on the beach for uss to cook it the same night on the grill. Was a great first time!

We never went. Capt. Al made excuse after excuse for not taking us out. Kept my money and never offered a refund. Stay away! Stay far away!

Captain Grayson was the best. A great day of fishing. I would highly recommend them and will definitely come back.

Captain Bevan is patient and has a kind demeanor. He went out of his way to try to connect us with fish and even took a little extra time to try to get fish in our cooler. Unfortunately, the big fish were not cooperating that day. However, we did have a lot of fun experiencing inshore/nearshore fishing and catching a variety of fish. Being a bit of a nerd for fisheries and biology, the experience was awesome. I would use Captain Bevan again. I hope to book an offshore trip with this captain sometime in the future.

Great experience!!! Dexter the Deckhand was very helpful. HIGHLY recommend!! Limited on red snapper. One of the few than can handle over 6 customers at a time.

Spent three days fishing for tarpon and snook with Grayson Sierra near Placencia Belize. Had a fantastic time, catching over a dozen snook, some of which we fixed for dinner while there. Also hooked into four tarpon of various size: 6/7# to 50#. Unfortunately, none got into the boat for pictures but that's no fault of Grayson's. This was my third year fishing with Grayson and he is the best!

Great trip on the Blue Tail. Did an 8hr all inclusive trip on a beautiful day April 6th. Captain Gilberto and first mate Joel were professional in all respects. The boat was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked. Wife's first time deep sea fishing and she loved it. She was in the fighting chair more then I was lol. She caught 3 skipjack and a sculpin. Loved it. Also, saw whales breaching , and along with Dolphins had a great time. You will love the Blue Tail..😁😁

Luis Galban with Phantom Fishing Charters hooked us up. Chartered two 36’ boats with the best Captains in all we caught 3 Striped Marlin, 1 Pacific Sailfish and 5 Mahi Mahi. Fished with Phantom two years ago, and now on October 5th. I am Bound to a wheelchair and phantom took care of me all day including helping secure myself while catching the marlin.

I have done many fishing tours, and this was easily one of the best. If you're thinking of booking, go for it! You won't be disappointed. Got in touch with Wojtek for a September trip. We went out and caught some great fish with a great guide. The area is beautiful and the guides know how to fish it well. The price was also very fair. The amazing fishing lodge they built is modern but with tasteful touches of fishing. It is very clean and has a shared kitchen. There is an onsite store for tackle. Wojtek was attentive to our needs and very customer service focused. He was patient with me as I re-learned fly casting after not having done it in a while. I really could not have asked for more with the lodging, guiding, and overall experience. My impression is that they would be great guides for any age or experience level.

What a fun excursion to do while in San Pedro. We had 2 boats, one for the guys and one for the girls. Captain Hilly Boo, Captain Cord took us out. Girls vs guys fishing trip. Of course the girls came back with the most, but the guys in true dude fashion had the bigger fish. I highly recommend this tour while there, we had so much fun!

Captain was unprofessional (I think there’s a chance he was still drunk from the night before), the boat was dirty, and we didn’t catch enough to fish to constitute a $400 trip. (2 small trout and a flounder) I would not recommend Captain Dan or O-Fish-Al Expeditions.

I will say that we caught fish. We only caught 3 while the help caught also caught one. The captain and his help were bickering back and forth while yelling at us about how we were fishing. I am a decently strong woman, but there came a couple of times that it was impossible to reel and the help was yelling at me, but there was nothing I could do and when my husband tried to help me, the guy yelled at him too for how he was trying to do it. While the help was trying to tell us how we needed to fish and we missed a couple, he said “come on guys I’m talking to you.” We didn’t appreciate the rudeness or minded baiting our own hooks as there were 3 of us and we fish all the time in Georgia where we live. The help also was washing the boat the whole time so part of our close were wet and our shoes were soaked. We paid $800 for 4 hours to catch 3 fish. Overpriced is to say the least. We were also told to not use the live bait that I’m sure we paid for and to only use the dead bait in the cooler. I appreciate that we caught some fish while 2 others in our group caught nothing, but for $800 we should have caught at least 30 and we should have all caught fish. It was a very slow boat ride which took up most of the 4 hours. Will not book again and a waste of money, charges 5% to run credit cards and the captain mentioned NUMEROUS times how we should be sure to tip the help who wasn’t much help.

Jorge and his team offer a great experience for a reasonable price! The boat was awesome. The crew was knowledgeable and attentive. The fishing was great! I would highly recommend Chartiers del Mar for any of your boating wants and needs. They run a first-class operation and you won’t be disappointed. I would definitely use them again. 5 Star review hands down!

We were down in Cabo and fished for a half day with Vivianas on Jan. 8, 2022. What a great trip from start to finish. Nick was my initial contact and very quick to reply and answer any questions we had. They had the lowest prices and took care of our fishing licenses, breakfast, lunch, snacks, water and beer. The boat was Vivianas IV (33 feet) and had a nice cabin and plenty of room for the six of us. I had told Nick most important to me was that everyone catch a fish. Our captain was Alberto. He was fantastic. Eduardo was his mate and he had us fishing within 20 minutes of leaving the dock. We started by trolling for Bonito and within 2 hours we had caught 9 as well as a 15 pound Dorado! The Bonito were 5-8 pound range and everyone caught at least one. Alberto then asked if we were ready to catch a marlin. Eduardo changed tackle and we found a spot using live bait. Nothing. Boats around us were catching fish and it was a nice day so we were not upset at all. Alberto decided to change it up and we started trolling. With about a half hour left on the trip we got a strike. Four of us took turns reeling it in and the day ended with a 130 pound striped marlin. Eduardo got the fish on board without gaffing it so we were able to get a group photo with this magnificent fish. Then we threw it back. When we got back to the dock we had the fish filleted and ate at a restaurant on the Marina. The Bonita was as good of sashimi as we've ever eaten and the Dorado was equally amazing. Everyone agreed it was one of the best fishing experiences ever. Well worth it in every way. Thanks to the entire Vivianas team. An incredible family memory.
