The bus was old and very uncomfortable for such a long trip. I would not recommend using this tour company. You will want an actual coach bus with some room and comfortable seats.

We booked the Snorkeling + Dolphin Tour through an agent appointed by Key West Gray Line, expecting a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, we were misled by the booking agent, who never informed us that snorkeling required swimming. We only discovered this once we were already in the middle of the ocean, leaving us unable to participate. To make matters worse, the staff claimed we had signed a waiver form—something we never did. Shockingly, the agent had signed the papers on our behalf without our consent. This is highly unethical and deeply concerning. Despite reaching out, we have yet to receive any response from Gray Line. If you’re considering this tour, be sure to verify all details before booking. This experience was extremely disappointing.

Key West is a charming island with a laid-back vibe. The pastel-colored houses, lively Duval Street, and stunning sunsets at Mallory Square are unforgettable. History buffs will enjoy exploring Hemingway's House and the Key West Lighthouse. Water activities abound, from snorkeling to sailing. While it can get crowded, the island's unique character and natural beauty make it a must-visit destination.

Keywest was a beautiful place to visit. Lots of good food, lots of places to visit. One day trip was not enough to visit. Wish more time for us.

The trip by bus was okay, but the best was the 6 hours stay at Key West. We went snorkelling and saw a lot of 🦈🦈🦈🦈. It was a long but mémorable day

The bus trip was fine, but could not understand a lot of what the guide was saying. Perhaps someone who speaks clearer English would be better suited as a tour bus guide.

Beautiful home and gardens ! Great audio program detailing all he rooms and the history of the mansion and grounds . Definitely a worthwhile trip !

I tried parasailing for the first time and it was a wonderful trip! Pick-up and drop-off were flexible, and the tour guide was very nice!

Our flight was delayed by one day, which caused us to miss our itinerary. However, they were very kind to arrange the activities for the next day (We appreciate it so much)😊 The staff were very friendly and there were USB charging ports on the bus. The whole trip went very smoothly. We are very glad to have chosen this journey. (There are many lovely cats at Hemingway's former residence! 🥰

Wonderful trip! Tour guide was friendly and helpful and communicated well. No issues with pickup or dropoff. Key West was amazing - so glad we booked the hop on-hop off trolley ride too. We got to see most of the island and main sites, and learned a lot. Fun place!

Long day but a great trip! Great excursion for a day trip with the family when spending time in Miami. Lilly did a great job filling the group in on some facts about the Key area on the ride to the excursion.

The bus tour was excellent. Both pickup and drop off were smooth that ensured all passengers were safely returned. Tour guidelines were provided which is unexpected. People had 6 hours visiting Key West. Activities such as snorkeling, city tour, fishing, boating, etc. are available.

Meet expectation. But they should be clear about pick up time and don't rush me if I'm not late. We confirmed the day before that pick up time would be 0715, asking to be outside of hotel 5 min before to wait for the bus, which would make it 0710. Operator called me 0644 in the morning but I was not able to pick up the call. We texted on Whatsapp that they said they are on the way to my hotel. I confirmed the pick up time again to be 0715 over text message. Operator called me 0705 said they arrived and asked me to hurry up as people are waiting. I got on bus 0711. Tbh, with multiple phone calls it would only disturb what I was doing and prolonged the time. If you asked me to be out at 0705, say 0705 instead of 0710 or 0715. And upon return the operator kept calling my hotel name when the bus was not even at a full stop. Not sure if she is expecting me to get up and eat at the door while the bus is still moving.

Long trip in an old bus that stalled a few times. They kept the A/C on and off and the bus was freezing. But seeing Key West made up for the bus trip!

In one word, very scary driving. Almost rear ended four different vehicles due to speed by the bus driver. Marlene, who narrated what was the history and what was to be expected.
