Key West is great place to visit. We booked the trolley. It was a good tour but tbh if like us you simply want to get around to see the sights you can hire a little buggy while over there which is far more independent. We had to wait 30 mins for a trolly which if you have just missed one can lead to a long wait which is wasting precious time and they are often full so not guaranteed a spot when it does arrive. Still a good little tour. If you aren't sure what you want to do just book the basic to key West and you can book anything else with the guide on the coach for the same price.

Pick up was prompt, within ten minutes of the allocated time and right outside our hotel. The guide was very informative, telling us about the history of the Keys. The bus was comfy and had power outlets too, and there’s a stop for breakfast along the way in case you wish to buy some. We just had transport to Key West and had six whole hours to spend on arrival, which was more than enough time. Very central drop off location in Key West and easy to find to come back. We were dropped off at our South Beach hotel between 9-10 pm so it really is a full day out.

Pickup was on time. Breakfast was fine. Guide was good. Coach is only semi cooled, not real AC. Coach is pretty cramped and not modern. Personally i wish I'd have rented a car and driven. Snorkelling was good, didn't see many exciting things though.

Bus ride from Miami to Key West. The air vents over individual seats don’t work. Bus was hot. Some seats were broken. No TP in the boat bathrooms.

Long ride, but well worth it, sure beats driving myself! Guide was great. Pickups were we’re on time.

The trip was a nice way to experience Key West. With the trolley experience, the entire isle could be seen, with time for exploring more thoroughly by foot.

Loved the snorkeling experience!!! The team was great, explained all the do’s and Dont’s, and overall good ambiance. Also grateful for the transportation to and from Key West, Thamara & Ruben were excellent

Not a good trip. The bus was hot. The driver stops on the side of the road to try and fix it which made it dangerous. The bathroom on board doesn’t completely work so we get taken to some raunchy facilities to use the bathroom in out houses. I could go on but you get the point. The trip continued on with issues. Not booking again with this company.

Day tour Very nice. Aquarium was enjoyable. Went for glass bottom boat ride. Good journey. Little you see. Don't forget to see the small beach area Good for kids. Took pizza and ice cream in the best shop. Really tasty and very good

We had a fabulous time! Everyone was very helpful and looked after all our needs. The water was great! I saw lots of colorful fish! Want to go again.

The transfer to Key West was fine. Pick up was smooth and communication with the company prior to the trip was good. If you want to book onto a tour on the day , take cash, which we were not told. The tours are at least $45 per person. The bus journey is long but well worth it to visit Key West.

I was skeptical prior to booking this trip since I’m not from the Miami area and don’t know much about this. However after my trip I would do this every weekend if I could, the driver was on time, the bus was clean and my favorite part is Lili/Lele was so nice to me, my sisters and everyone else. She was informative and funny. DO IT!!!!

Our tours around the village was very informative. People are friendly and the food is delicious. The little shops had variety of items.

The pick up was on time and the drop off was pretty good. Key west was beautiful the tour was worth it. I would have loved more information on the land marks.
