We are a party of 8 traveling and cruising together. We selected the full day Lima tour with pickup at Callao Port. Our Guide Pamela and driver met us at the port entrance (we had to take a shuttle from the ship to the entrance) right on time at 10:00am. From there we drive to the Pachacamac ruins for a very informative tour of the ancient site. Pamela was super knowledgeable about the history of the site. From there we drove back to Lima city for lunch at a Peruvian restaurant (included in the price). By this time Lima traffic was hitting its stride and was terrible. After lunch we did a walking tour of Lima square including the catacombs underneath the Catholic Church. We ended our evening at the Lima water park where we busted all the fountains and saw the famous water light show. This was a great way to see Lima in a day and to experience firsthand the Lima traffic! After the light show we were driven back to the port entrance. Since the port area is not considered a place to hang around on the street, we asked Pamela if we could wait in the van until the cruise shuttle arrived. She said yes, but when we got to the port there was a shuttle waiting so we didn’t need to sit in the tour van. She and our driver were very accommodating in this regard. Overall a very good tour with a professional and highly knowledgeable guide. We highly recommend this tour especially for cruise travelers.

We did two tours, top 5 things to see in Lima and Pachacamac and the Pyramids. The tours were organized by Jean Paul and our guide, Manuel. These two tours were some of the very best we have experienced in our travels around the world. Manuel is so knowledgeable and passionate about his country Peru and the evolution of is cultures and civilizations. We learned so much from him and the sites are so inspiring, interesting and scenic. These tours are awe-inspiring, well paced and so informative. Manuel was fantastic!!

This excursion was fabulous. Our guide Manuel was awesome - so knowledgeable and passionate about Peru and its heritage. He taught us so much about the human and cultural evolution of Peru and its civilizations. We highly recommend it. It was one our best ever excursions.

Thanks Djanira for making experience in Lima such a delight. I did the night tour and water show with Djanira in English and I had no problem understanding her. She went over and beyond and introduced me to some street food (on request) which I enjoyed. Overall, the tour was very professional and informative. Lima has a different feel at night and the water/light show is spectacular.

Amazing tour which covers the Cathedral of San Francisco (museum and catacombs) and water show. Throughout the tour, Alex also showed us miscellaneous things like where the nice food were and history of other buildings.

Manuel was an excellent tour guide. He was knowledgable, friendly and paced the tour at the right speed for us. We were picked up from our hotel on time and then found we were privileged to be the only tourists in the afternoon meaning it was a personal tour. San Francisco museum and catacombs are beautiful and fascinating, the walk through the old city took in all of the major sites and included a Pisco sour tasting. We finished up in the Water Park. The fountains are captivating and the light show is informative and lovely to see. All In all one of the best tours we have been on in South America.

This tour offers a fast-paced but well-organized glimpse of Lima during the evening. Pickup was convenient from my hotel, though there was some traffic getting to the city center. The first stop was the Larco Museum and the catacombs, both of which were interesting. While photos aren’t allowed in the catacombs, the guide provided interesting insights into the monastery’s history. Next, we visited Plaza Mayor for a brief look at Lima’s historic center, including the palace and surrounding landmarks. Again, the guide shared valuable information, though the stop was quite short. The final stop was the Magic Water Circuit, where we strolled through the fountains before watching the colorful water show. It was a fun and relaxing way to end the evening. Overall, this tour is a great way to get a quick introduction to Lima’s history and attractions. Expect some traffic, especially on the way back—I left the water show at 7:30 PM but didn’t reach my hotel until around 8:30 PM. Despite the fast pace, it was a well-organized and enjoyable experience. Would recommend for those short on time!

Great tour! Alexander was a very persoable and knowledgeable guide. The catacombs were fascinating and the water show enretaining . Highly recommend.

It was very informational. Very safe. We also had time to take pictures. We got to see many different buildings and places.

This was an excellent trip that was very informative, interesting and mentally stimulating. Made all the more enjoyable by the excellent guide Juan Paulo who was engaging, humourous and genuinely interesting demonstrating knowledge of and experience of life and history of his country. His command of English was exemplary and his humour endearing. I would highly recommend this trip. It was also excellent value for money.

Renzo wonderful and knowledgable. Great tour. Just be aware that our tour ended at 7:30 and they did not give me back to my hotel almost 9 PM. You may want to look at alternate arrangements to exit the tour and get back on your own.

A great experience at a very good price, the guide Renzo was excellent and certainly new his job, He had great knowledge of the exhibits he took us to and was sure to put us in the correct place for the water light show. Al in all a great experience
