Kim was a really great tour guide and we truly enjoyed hearing about the area we live in and its ‘hidden secrets’! We can’t wait to try a different tour as well.

Kim was a great tour guide. So sweet and made the tour more fun. I have a disability and walk with a cane and she was great at stopping for a moment to let me catch up and when we went down the the pier the held my arm to help me get down and up. I really appreciate her taking the time to do that.

Sierra was awesome! She was fun and made the tour fun and interesting. The tour was definitely worth the money. And the town has a rich history which was great to learn about.

The ghost tour was amazing. She was an incredible story teller. She made us forget how cold it was. I will definitely recommend this tour. My friend and I loved it. 5 outta 5 stars. Top notch. 👻👻

As always, every event that I have done with Seaside Shadows was spectacular. Spirits of Christmas was no different. They are very informative and make all their events fun and full of history and spirits! Highly recommend!!

I guess we expected more movement and time period dress by the hostess. While she was well versed about the stories she was telling it wasnt really all Christmas past but more stories of local mystic with a bit of Christmas thrown in. Also need to note, when buying tickets in advance (they sell out) you have no idea what the weather will be like. This night it was 25 degrees, bitter cold. The first 1/2 hour we barely moved. It was too cold and honestly we didnt do the whole walk.for health reasons. If you want to learn of "scary" history, this is the tour for you.

This was an excellent tour. We walked around the beautiful town of Mystic and learned about the history and the hidden secrets the town keeps. I learned about the history of the town, its curse and how the town came back alive...Our guide was friendly, had a good sense of humor, and answered all questions! Highly recommend!

We took the 7 pm tour so we could get the full spooky vibe. It was a very cold December night and got colder as time went on. Despite all that, our guide Kim was full of energy and tales of days gone by. She told stories of European and Irish folklore that has informed our Halloween and Christmas holidays to the present day. Kim also was very knowledgable of local history, some of it very unsavory. Mystic has some very old buildings and the land underneath, of course, is even more ancient. I definitely want to go back to some of the restaurants she brought us to as part of the tour to see their interiors and maybe catch a ghost!

My friends and I went on the ghosts of Christmas past tour led by AJ . He was witty , animated, and very knowledgeable. The mixture of interesting history facts , coupled with some “creepy “ stories of ghosts and death made it super cool and entertaining ! It was an enjoyable couple of hours and something I wouid recommend to others. Thank you AJ!

Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and made the history of Mystic fun and interesting! I had no idea that Mystic had such a dark history.

Jason the tour guide was fantastic!! A terrific storyteller and highly knowledgeable about the area’s history and great at “setting the stage” to get the tour going! What a delight to hear the scary tales but also get a nice tour of the area. Highly recommend that you add this to your Mystic visit. You will not be disappointed and it’s a bit spooky, too. It will get you thinking!

Such a fun night! The stories were captivating and it was a nice stroll through downtown mystic. Well organized, and the tour guide was extremely knowledgable. He was also very funny and great at story telling! One of the most enjoyable Christmas events I have been to. Well worth the price!

Loved the tour! Jason was a very engaging guide and gave us great ghost stories and also answered my questions about local events. Would definitely recommend the tour.

It was our first ghost tour. Not sure what to expect. I thought 3 stars, rest of family thought 4. Historical facts were great and wanted more history. We did like our tour guide but I admit it was sometimes hard to follow her train of thought and stories - I would suggest working on mechanics of storytelling, exposition, pacing etc.

Sierra was a great tour guide! She was very knowledge and made sure we all had fun. She plays to her audience well and can improvise with the crowd.
