The Yoga classes at Stay Golden were simply amazing. Angie is a wonderful teacher, who always comes up with individual classes, which consist of very playful, yet challenging movements. She also makes sure the practice fits every level of yoga experience. The classes take place in a beautiful Shala, from which you can see and hear the ocean and breath clean and fresh air. Afterwards you can have a delicious breakfast downstairs and enjoy a fresh coconut by the pool. If you are in Arugam Bay I would strongly recommend to attend the classes at Stay Golden. The place, the people, the practice - everything comes together perfectly and leaves you happy, calm and very pleased.

Yoga at Stay Golden is an exceptional experience for everyone who is looking for a grounding yet challenging yoga class. Since Angie (one of the owners) is a yoga teacher herself, all the teachers are carefully selected to offer a high standard hatha flow yoga in a very welcoming environment. The shala offers a stunning view of the ocean and you can listen to the calming sound of the waves during your shavasana. I went there everyday during my five week stay in Arugam Bay. Often, I jumped into their pool and had a breakfast bowl with a cup of coffee afterwards. Absolutely recommend! 🌞🧘🏻‍♂️♥️
