Our tour was awesome! We travelled around Turkey for 21 days and everything was well organised. We were always able to message Mevlut if we had any concerns and he addressed any issues promptly( there was only a couple). I really liked being able to break the tour after 14 days and spend a week with a hire car in southern Turkey before reconnecting with the tour. Nothing was too much trouble for Mevlut. Pomegranate management and travel cordinators were so helpful, attentive and very punctual. We spent 13 days, stayed in Istanbul, Antalya and Cappadocia. Airtickets, hotel booking, meals and transportation and tour guides were arranged on time. The package they offered was so economical and worth compared to other agents. We booked a 26 day tour around Turkey with Mevlut and it was a great experience. Everything was well organized and the way it was done was very cost effective. Stayed in good 4 star hotels and had a mix of private transport and coach. Nothing was too much trouble for Mevlut who also personally gave us a city tour of Istanbul.

Although we came after the designated buffet time.Istanbul truly lives up to its name; seeing everything in the city would take far longer than three or four days. Istanbul is a fascinating city and Mevlut was very informative. Everything was arranged on time and he was also very flexible.

The tour went exactly the way we wanted it to go. In the eight days we not only did see everything there was to see in Istanbul we also went to some cities near Istanbul for example the beautiful city of Bursa, Spanca Lake, Kartepe National park. Pomegranate Tours had arranged the tour very nicely and managed to visit all these places without feeling washed out or tired. Mr Mevlüt was an amazing tour guide not only was he very cooperative he made sure to keep us all interested in the places we visited, he would tell us all the important history behind each place we visited. I found Pomegranate tour via a Google search & booked with some trepidation, as I had not done any research or read any reviews. We did a 14 day 5 city tour of Turkey to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service provided by the travel company and specifically the GM Mr. Mevlut Uysal.all our bookings went smoothly as planned. We need to make a last minute change in Pamukkale and stay an extra night which included flight changes this was done speedily with no effort from my side. His assistance and concern goes beyond providing just a travel & tour service, when I informed Mevlüt that my wife was not feeling well and needed to see a doctor, without much hesitation he summoned his associate RIFAT to come to our assistance who drove from another town to offer us a ride to the doctor. This kind of service is rare to find these days with many service provider’s being solely profit driven at the sacrifice of quality. We also requested that our hotel in Istanbul be changed as we wanted a location change on our return closer to the shopping district, I BBC was provided a comprehensive list of 4 or 5 hotel location and pros & cons, this is great service when you don’t have time to “google” & find a hotel that suits your needs. Found this travel agency on instagram and Im happy that we did.Our group of four gave places we liked to visit in turkey and Mr.Mevlut made the tour accordingly including guided tours,airport drops and pickups,surface transport and domestic air travel which fitted our plan. Although we experienced a bit of unpleasantness one time with city to city transport which was provided for us as we endup getting uncomfortable seats (no recline) and the other passengers in the same transport getting reclinable seats for 3 n a 1/2hr drive. Our whole tour was organized properly. Will recommend Pomegranate tour company to all our friends,anyone and everyone who wants to visit Turkey. Best of luck !

Mevlut at Pomegranate Tours did an excellent job for our group of 6 people. The drivers were on time and our tour guide, Sadat, was a local and very knowledgeable. The 2-day tour was very comprehensive and included lunch at local restaurants which were on our routes which made for a very efficient itinerary. I went for a 9 days/ 8 nights Turkey trip with my family of wife and 4 kids. Started from Istanbul for 2 days and then to Cappadocia, Kusadasi and Pamukkale. It was a professionally arranged trip and kids thoroughly enjoyed it. A lot of historic places and highly knowledgeable and friendly guides provided supreme support. We had to wait for about 2 hours before the boat departed. We were picked up at our hotel at 08h00 as arranged , but the boat only left at about 11h00. No information about the delay was given. When we had lunch on the boat a certain number of people did not receive any food.
