- Kameleonkarma0 contributionsDid something touch me on my forehead? The temps were supposed to be mild, but it definitely got so cold that I had a hard time focusing on what the guy was saying!! Brr! Some spots in the park were definitely much colder, we could all feel it. Our guide had a lot of info to impart and spoke way too fast, stumbling over words, which I felt could be improved by just slowing down. Very interesting anecdotes though! I learned a lot. The next morning, I woke up with a "V' shaped little cut in the middle of my forehead on the hairline!!? So weird. I know for a fact I didn't bump my head and went straight to bed to warm up as soon as I got home... How strange.Written November 3, 2024

Rachel was our guide and she was awesome! The tour is a. approx. 2 mile loop starting and ending at Union Station. Rachel knew all the historical facts for buildings on the tours, bringing their owners to life as she told their stories. I loved everything about this tour! I would highly recommend! It’s an easy walk with lots of stops.

Rachel is born to be a tour guide it seems so it was so nice to be around someone with positive energy and so much knowledge about the city. She keeps it fun and funny and keeps it moving! We usually do the hop on hop off tours in the cities but this was also a great way to get our bearings. It's just the one neighborhood but it's beautiful and charming and helps you have a locus of direction for the rest of your trip.
Rachel plans out the trip very well and clearly has done it many times before but somehow it felt very personal and tailored to the people on our tour. She's as good as a tour guides gets!

Rachel is a fantastic guide. She knows so much history and stories about Denver and is extremely funny and energetic. This was the first tour I’ve ever booked, and it definitely changed the way I view traveling. It made me want to book a tour every time I go on vacation from now on.
This tour is for you if you want to learn a little about the history and architecture in the historic neighborhood of Denver.
Rachel pretty much covered all the landmarks in downtown Denver and shared information that you probably won’t find on the internet. It’s definitely better than going to the individual landmarks on your own and just taking pictures. With the tour, you can not only take pictures but also learn a little about the landmarks (like Union Station).
The tour is only 1.5hr long and you’ll have the rest of the day for other activities.
We had a couple minutes to chat with Rachel before everyone else arrived, and she has a lot of restaurant recommendations for you foodies out there.

This was the first walking tour I've ever done and I absolutely loved it! Rachel has set the bar high and was so knowledgeable about LoDo and made the tour very interesting and enjoyable. It was also my first time visiting Denver and the 1.5 hours flew by far too quickly for my liking. It's a fantastic way to learn about the city especially if you have a limited amount of time. I loved that Rachel had restaurant/bar recommendations too. Do yourself a favor and book this tour - it's a must!

Our guide Carla, a local chef, was an excellent guide to the history, architecture and culinary highlights of LoDo. She was also fun and not overly-scripted, giving us her personal perspective as well as the essentials. The neighborhood itself has an interesting history, beautiful architecture and an ample share of quirky stories for added color, all included. It took a bit longer than 90 minutes if you’re on a tight schedule, but we were happy to spend more time with our guide.

Awesome tour with knowledgeable guide. Carla was informative, personal (including remembering names), and humorous. Even those who new Denver learned new things. She also spoke clearly and loudly enough that all 8 of us could hear. The pace was also just right -- neither too fast, nor too slow.. We would recommend this tour without hesitation!

This tour was a fantastic overview of the main historical district's of downtown Denver. A very walkable city paired with a guide with enormous energy and enthusiasm for her city, Rachel made this a fantastic experience for each of us on the tour. Highly recommend giving this tour a chance if you have a few hours to spare in Denver.

Decided on this 2 hour walking tour as a way to see and hear about downtown Denver as a solo visitor. We had a small group of 5 which was nice. Will was our guide and he was very knowledgeble and gave a great tour. Had the perfect personality for this role. I also thought the personal earbuds were an added bonus so you didn't have to worry about missing anything due to background city noise. One dissappointment, however, was that the tour information mentioned "Entry/Admission - Coors Field" was included, but we didn't even go across the street to the front entrance. I expected we would go inside the front gate and at least get a view from the inside. Instead, we stood on the opposite corner and got the information about the team. I chose this tour specifically because it mentioned a 10 min visit, admission included and even included a picture of the inside of the stadium. If that is no longer available or only available during baseball season, it should be noted correctly on the itinerary. For all the other sights and information, I would recommend this tour.

We are Denverites - but after this tour I can honestly say I knew nothing about the city! What a fun, interesting tour with Rachel! She really loves this town which shows in her whole being, she is so passionate, engaging and funny. Kids and adults alike will enjoy this tour because Rachel engages everyone. The duration is perfect and the price for the value is more than right.
We loved the entire tour with all its history, art and fantastic old and new buildings. We returned to the Milk Market for the BEST lunch and to talk about our experience. We all agreed - what a great adventure for an ordinary spring break day. A big thank you to Rachel!
