    Perfect snowy day trip
Gator was an excellent tour guide - he was very knowledgeable, attentive and made the whole day unforgettable. He had a great sense of humor and his playlist in the van ride made it even more fun in between stops. The drive to Breckenridge was snowy and slowed us down a bit but he got us there and back safely. The Continental Divide ended up being closed but he took us to Sapphire Point instead for a magical snowy view. Loved the stop at Red Rocks too. Thanks for an amazing day trip! Highly recommended!

    Gator is the best!
This tour was exactly what I needed from my Denver trip. Gator was a door guide and his energy made the slight traffic and weather conditions worth it. I’d definitely book this again.

    Awesome trip!
Gator was an awesome tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He drove car very good and careful. I would not able to drive by myself to Pikes Peak cause of the Zig zag road. Definitely recommend this tour and will come to book from this company again.

Gator was a wonderful guide for Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. We had several hiccups, but he did his best given the circumstances. It was a snowy day and simply beautiful. Didn't see everything, but saw plenty. Would do it again, if I could.

Check the weather, but book this tour with Gator
Had a great time on this tour. The weather wasn't as cooperative as we would have liked, so we couldn't go to the summit of Pikes Peak. Then Garden of the God's closed early due to inclement weather. But our guide, Gator, took everything in stride and made the best of it. He's a pleasant young man, and he's really great at his job.

After riding front passenger, i can honestly say i am glad i did not drive on the mountainside. I was able to enjoy the scenery while we drove. Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the route we were on. We would give facts or tibbetts as placed landmarks. It felt less rehearsed doing their job and more like a native giving inside more information of the city and wanting people to appreciate the city he loved. Unfortunately we were not able to make it to the summit that day because of the weather but Jason took his precaution while we were on the mountain to maintain our safety. I would highly recommend this tour everyone.

Went on this tour and luckily it was such beautiful weather plus only 3 people were in the group because of the covid-19 domino effect. I am glad Ilimo didn't cancel our tour and went on to do it with 3 people.

Hudson (our guide) was so very knowledgeable and really had answers to almost every question we had for him. He knows history well and was very willing to share his knowledge. He was a great tour guide, safe driver, gave us some recommendations for lunch restaurants, and was overall a very professional guide.

Ask for Hudson if you go. You won't be disappointed.

We used this tour company last year for a trip to Rocky Mountain National Park and had a wonderful time. We picked Pikes Peak/Garden of the Gods since we had not visited before. Our driver, Ben, was on time, a safe, patient driver and a very nice person. Garden of the Gods was very crowded, with about 75% of the visitors NOT wearing masks. I am glad we experienced Pikes Peak, but my recommendation would be to wait until next summer when construction is completed at the summit. Definitely bring a jacket, as recommended, as we had snow (in August!) rain, wind and sun while at the summit. Everyone was required to wear a mask while in the van, and there are plastic barriers between the seats. I was glad our tour went with only 7 guests.

Definitely a long day, but so so so worth it! Garden of the Gods was so breathtaking, but I felt that we didn't have enough time to explore more of it and soak in all the beauty. Manitou Springs was a great little town where we stopped for lunch and we got to explore the local shops, however, I did feel as we had more time there than we needed. Our group was lucky enough to make it up to Pike's Peak as the road was closed the previous days. I will say, the road and elevation is not for the faint of heart. There were quite a lot of twists and turns and no guard rails on the road, but our driver made us feel very safe. The Peak itself has a great visitors center AND views you can't miss. You only get 25 minutes there but that is to minimize the effects of the altitude. Bear, our guide, was phenomenal the whole trip! He was a very safe and expert driver (especially navigating the road up to Pike's Peak), provided us with a lot of great and useful information, and bunch of funny dad jokes along the way :D He was very punctual as well. I would highly recommend this tour and company!

I had a really good time on this tour. Ben was a really great guide who answered all our questions and did his best to make sure we were all having a good time. The sites were interesting and it was nice to see them with a group. I was able to make friends with several other solo travelers on the tour and it was nice to experience the tour that way. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there wasn’t enough time for the lunch stop. There was barely enough time to get to the restaurant, order, eat, use the restroom, and get back to the bus. I would have liked to have had enough time to at least have dessert, if not look around the town a bit more. I think an extra half an hour could be easily added since the tour starts at 9:45am. Perhaps this is necessary to avoid traffic but I did take other tours in the area that started earlier and I would rather pay a bit more to have more time at lunch.

This experience exceeded all our (ages 61, 57, and 30) expectations and was worth every penny! Our driver/guide, Bernard, was the absolute BEST! He made every moment count by getting to know everyone in his van (11 total), sharing the histories of Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak, pointing out other noteworthy places along the way, taking pictures for us at every stop, giving helpful instructions and advice at every stop, and generally taking GREAT care of us. He made the day's adventures so easy and enjoyable. Advice - When you purchase this excursion be prepared for no guardrails on the winding road to the top of Pikes Peak! And wear layers - it's cold at the top! No regrets at all for purchasing this excursion - it was an unforgettable experience that will be remembered for a lifetime. Thank you, ilimo and Bernard!

First I would like to thank Hudson our guide, he was awesome! He knew all the great angles for photos and pretty much could answer any question we could possibly think of. He had great suggestions for things to do and places to eat and drink in Denver where we were staying and was very organized and his time management was on point. We were lucky to be able to make it all the way to the summit of Pike's Peak and it was absolutely beautiful! Garden of the Gods was pretty cloudy and but still beautiful and we still got a ton of breathtaking shots. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone that has the time.

I landed in Denver on Sunday 6/26 and went from sea level to 14,000 feet on Monday 6/27. Just a bit altitude sickness up on the summit, but the drive up the windy roads was full of great views and jaw-dropping fall-of-the edge feeling!
Bernard's commentary throughout the trip was so informative. He offered to be the best tour guide cameraman giving me lots of photo ops at vantage points of interest. Not to forget that Bernard also made a real effort to get to know each one of us, setting a friendly vibe amongst us all.
The Garden of the Gods was just gorgeous. We did a loop hike within the given hour. Then we climbed onto the Balanced Rock, millions of years old, weighing about 700 tons, & actually a remnant of the Rockies due to wind and water erosion, but still standing!
Next lunch stop was downtown Manitou Springs, a quaint resort town. I didn't get a chance to taste the spring water but someone shared that it tasted like club soda? A quick burrito bite at the Red Dog cafe, and we drove up 19 miles to Pikes Peak, America's Mountain.
First 14er! Felt great! Up at 14,115 feet, you'd think it'd be only the fit and fab who'd make it, but I actually saw a person with a walking cane and several elderly people! And what gorgeous mountain views!
A fabulous trip, worth $$$, if you want to have a cool memory of stuff accomplished in a lifetime!

It was a great day from start to finish. Justin, our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the city of Denver and the surrounding area where we went through. He made sure our safety was his main priority, especially when taking a group of 13 people of all ages up 14,000 ft. The summit was also open the day that we went which made the trip extra special.

Had a great tour! Professional company, nice sprinter van, and well planned day. Hudson was a pro. Great driver, excellent knowledge of Colorado, and a sweet beard! 5 stars Hudson.
1 minor suggestion for them would be charging capabilities for the passengers on the full day excursions, but not a big deal. Just bring a battery.
