- W4892LDheidic0 contributionsAmazing ExperienceWe did the cog up bike down Pikes Peak trip. It was an amazing experience! I did it on my 70th birthday and Broadmoor Outfitters took wonderful care of us. Our two guides Aubry and Rome were the very best and so encouraging! They took pictures for us, never rushed us, put safety first, knew every mile of the trip and guided us through effortlessly. I highly recommend this company and this trip. It was a blast!! Dress in layers. My husband brought a gel seat cover for his bike seat and was glad he did.Written September 7, 2024

- C7581ZMjoanner0 contributionsFun time! Beautiful sceneryThis tour was perfect! The fact the tour was approx. 3 hours was great so you can enjoy other areas in Colorado Springs. What I loved the most - you were able to see different terrain, walk on suspension bridges and throughout safety was 1st. Our guides Devin and Birdie were friendly, knowledgeable, and wanted us to all have fun!Written September 4, 2024

- LoveTravel6286520 contributionsPikes Peak Cog Up Bike Down experience - 5 stars!!What an amazing experience!!! Delaney, Michael, and Eric are THE BEST guides ever. We felt extremely safe (heaps of safety equipment) and they explained everything in great detail. I hadn't been on a bike in 20+ years except for an e-bike tour at Garden of the Gods the day before. There's a lead bike, trailing bike, and van behind the bikers to keep traffic away & everyone safe. There were plenty of stops at the beginning of the ride and they provided plenty of water and snacks for the ride down from the summit. I was actually bummed when we stopped at the end and they told us the ride was finished. The guides also provided great recommendations for local attractions/restaurants in the area (as a golfer, loved Patty Jewett for lunch after biking and the Skirted Heifer for burgers that night...thanks Eric!!) The Cog Up trip was exciting too with the narration from the "conductor".Written September 3, 2024

- 726sethf0 contributionsNot that neatThe Woods course is only five zips and drops you at the top of seven falls. What we thought might be a nice hike down turned into an absolute tourist trap. We’ve zipped other places and found this course disappointing and expensive.Written September 3, 2024

Still, always 'hooked up', no chance of failure, safety abounded. Really impressed with the staff and our whole crew really enjoyed the time zipping along.Written September 1, 2024

My 17 year old daughter (who had never ziplined before) and I did the combo course. We were the only ones in the 9 am group and had an awesome experience with our guides Nick and Allie! They explained everything thoroughly and made us feel very comfortable and safe. I’d highly recommend doing both courses because the scenery is so gorgeous, and by doing more zip lines, you start to get the hang of it better, relax a little more, and enjoy the views. A few of the lines are the longest and most breathtaking I’ve ever done. The tour ended at 7 fountains which was perfect, because my daughter and I then took in the views and hiked the trails there. Thanks Nick and Allie for such a memorable experience!

Neal and Derek were experienced guides with top drawer safety practices. They kept the 4hr experience light hearted and enjoyable while never taking the eye off the ball - double checking the safety of their guests. The views while ziplining are truly unique - only guests of this tour group have access to these vistas. Not cheap but clearly worth half a day on your trip if staying at the Broadmoor.

This entire experience was wonderful. Our guides were great with keeping our small group informed and and perfect with their instructions . The course was exciting at every stage and the layout was such that each stage was better than the prior one. To finish with the high cable bridges and then soar 510 feet about the canyon floor was enough to take your breath away.

We did the combo course with our family of four including our 9 & 11 year old boys. Our guides were Ali and Carl. The course was fantastic. My husband and I have zip lined before but it was the boys’ first real experience (aside from summer camp). The guides were funny, patient and supportive. The zip lines were amazing. They are among the highest in the US. I do recommend bringing long sleeves as it can get a little chilly/breezy up at those high altitudes. The course includes 8 zip lines, 2 suspension bridge and one 80 foot rappel. All of them were so thrilling!!

This was one of the best zipline tours that also included 1 person-width suspension bridges, and rappeling! And we had been to some of the best in Costa Rica! We did the combo tour where it started off easy and relaxed to get us acclimated and then escalated to exciting, exhilarating, and amazing!! We had amazing guides with Carl as our commentator for our videos and Allie as our joke-teller. Both were amazing but most of all both were very capable and safety-conscious. Hands down would recommend to all!

This was an amazing adventure and would highly recommend others to challenge yourself and book this trip. Our guides, Devin and Birdie, made this a trip to remember. It was clear that our safety was their priority and their encouraging words allowed everyone in our group (a random group of 5 women) to complete this adventure. Don’t hesitate…book this adventure… you won’t regret it!!

Derek and Carl set the tone from the beginning, providing safety instructions. Each zip is unique and has its own rewards when you take in the scenery. There is one zip that it’s recommended to “Mary Poppins”, please do it there is so much to see. Now we get to the Fins Course. All I can say is AWESOME! Now to the guides, they did a great job making everyone feel comfortable in some scary places. We will be back and hope we can request you two as our guides. Katfish and Jodi

First and foremost, Chris and Derek were amazing!
My wife is from Brazil and doesn't speak English. I was incredibly nervous to translate instructions to her because my Portuguese isn't the greatest. Chris and Derek were incredibly accommodating and made sure we both felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. Their relaxed and calm demeanor was exactly what we needed, especially in such a thrilling environment.
The Soaring Adventure at The Broadmoor is truly a heart-pounding experience, not for the faint of heart. As we navigated through the exhilarating courses, it became clear how essential it was to have guides who remained composed and supportive. Their professionalism and friendliness made a huge difference, ensuring we felt safe and enjoyed every moment.
These courses aren't for the faint of heart... For those seeking an adrenaline rush, I can't recommend this enough. The adventure is absolutely worth every penny. Whether you're flying through the treetops or taking in the breathtaking views, it's an experience you won't forget. Highly recommended!

Such an amazing and exhilarating experience. Our guides Christian and Sky were wonderful and were professional and fun! Equipment and safety procedures were excellent. Despite a storm that moved into the area and held us up for about 45 minutes we felt safe as there was constant communication between the base and guides. From start to finish an adventure you don’t want to miss!

We did the combined woods and fins courses and had an amazing time. Liv and Justin made sure we all had a fun time (very punny jokes) while making sure we felt safe and secure. We have done 2 other zipline courses and nothing compared to this course. The rope bridges and last 2 Zips on the Fins course are nothing short of once in a life time Amazing. We all had a blast. - Matt, Shawn, Jordan and Nicky Miller
