This zip line course exceeded all of my expectations - and my expectations were very high to begin with since my son’s family had done this course in March and they said it was incredible.

The zip lines on each of the two courses progressively increase in length, speed and awesome scenery. The last few zip lines we did were spectacular. We zipped across lines 1,500 to 1,800 feet long above the trees (up in the mountains) and touched almost 50 miles per hour on a few of them. We crossed two suspension bridges that were high above the canyon which made the experience even more thrilling.

I remember waiting to start a run on one of the long zip lines and my heart was pounding. It wasn’t from fear. It was from the excitement I was feeling and I couldn’t wait to get going.

The staff who worked with us were all friendly and paid the closest attention to the safety details when they helped us get “geared up.”

We had the great fortune of having Carl and Ken as our guides on the course and they were absolutely terrific. This dynamic duo made my wife and I feel totally safe and comfortable during the three hours we spent with them. They advised us on what to expect on each zip line and how best to approach the run to get the most enjoyment out of it. Their stories and humor kept all of us at ease.

When we finished, my wife said, “Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could do it all over again this afternoon?”

That’s how fun it was.

This was an amazing adventure and would highly recommend others to challenge yourself and book this trip. Our guides, Devin and Birdie, made this a trip to remember. It was clear that our safety was their priority and their encouraging words allowed everyone in our group (a random group of 5 women) to complete this adventure. Don’t hesitate…book this adventure… you won’t regret it!!

Neal and Derek were experienced guides with top drawer safety practices. They kept the 4hr experience light hearted and enjoyable while never taking the eye off the ball - double checking the safety of their guests. The views while ziplining are truly unique - only guests of this tour group have access to these vistas. Not cheap but clearly worth half a day on your trip if staying at the Broadmoor.

This was EXTRAORDINARY! We were first time zipliners and chose to do the combo course. The guides are top notch, the equipment and facilities are immaculate, and the scenery is world class. Be sure and ask for Sky...and tell her you've heard she has a great cashew joke. Or ask for Kevin...he will sing to you as he is hooking you up to the line.

Ali and Christian were fantastic tour guides! Really great balance of fun, trivia, history, and tons of pun jokes suitable for all audiences. I threatened to tell all of their punch lines in this review to force new material, but I’m not actually that mean. If you can request Christian and Ali, I’d highly recommend them. If you can’t, I’d still highly recommend the tour. And definitely book the combo... they say four hours, but it doesn’t actually take that long unless there is a massive group and some are scared (scared folks take a long time to do the suspension bridges).

If you’re wondering why the combo tour is four hours and the single tour is three hours, it is because those times are meaningless. You’ll finish in under four hours subject to the above disclaimer. And if you only do the woods course, then I’m guessing you’d be done in around two hours, but the woods course is far weaker than the fins course. If you only do one course, then do the fins. But be prepared as the suspension bridges are legitimately a bit scary (but if you’re brave, then Christian will mess with you a bit - in a totally safe way - and show you the best view of the mountains from an upside down angle!).

Summary: great tour. Ali and Christian are great, request them.

The guides, Ken & Birdie were wonderful! very informative and took time to interact with each participant. We are experienced at zip lining and thought that these "lines" were really fun. However, it did take a very long time for the amount of lines. there were only 2 guides with us so we had to wait for everyone to reach the platform before going to the next. We almost believe that the safety measures are a little too much. Having to wait to be attached to a rope to climb down a ladder is not necessary in our opinion. The afternoon was fun, but for the cost not sure we would do again

My 17 year old daughter (who had never ziplined before) and I did the combo course. We were the only ones in the 9 am group and had an awesome experience with our guides Nick and Allie! They explained everything thoroughly and made us feel very comfortable and safe. I’d highly recommend doing both courses because the scenery is so gorgeous, and by doing more zip lines, you start to get the hang of it better, relax a little more, and enjoy the views. A few of the lines are the longest and most breathtaking I’ve ever done. The tour ended at 7 fountains which was perfect, because my daughter and I then took in the views and hiked the trails there. Thanks Nick and Allie for such a memorable experience!

We did the combo course with our family of four including our 9 & 11 year old boys. Our guides were Ali and Carl. The course was fantastic. My husband and I have zip lined before but it was the boys’ first real experience (aside from summer camp). The guides were funny, patient and supportive. The zip lines were amazing. They are among the highest in the US. I do recommend bringing long sleeves as it can get a little chilly/breezy up at those high altitudes. The course includes 8 zip lines, 2 suspension bridge and one 80 foot rappel. All of them were so thrilling!!

My husband and I recently did the Woods/Fins Combo Zipline Tour and haven't stopped talking about it. I believe our guides' names were Justin & Chris - they were excellent! They were lighthearted and fun, but also very serious when it came to doing their job well. They explained everything to us beforehand, answered questions, and double-checked our harnesses when we felt like we needed some brief reassurance. They also were full of a wealth of information regarding the experience and Colorado Springs in general. We really enjoyed our time in the trees, learning, pushing past our comfort zone, laughing, and zipping/walking around.
If you do this tour, your ticket also includes access to Seven Falls. While you will see a bit of this during the tour, it's worth planning a little bit of extra time to explore Seven Falls while you're on the grounds, though you can come back later in the day to do so if you prefer.

We did the combined woods and fins courses and had an amazing time. Liv and Justin made sure we all had a fun time (very punny jokes) while making sure we felt safe and secure. We have done 2 other zipline courses and nothing compared to this course. The rope bridges and last 2 Zips on the Fins course are nothing short of once in a life time Amazing. We all had a blast. - Matt, Shawn, Jordan and Nicky Miller
