Overview
Browns Canyon on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip. Exciting enough for seasoned paddlers, but not too scary for first-timers. You will want to bring your friends and family for epic rapids such as Pinball, Zoom Flume, and Big Drop!
What to Expect

This is a half-day adventure on the Arkansas River in Browns Canyon!

Browns Canyon National Monument on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip!

Choose between: Morning Trip: 8:00 am - 11:45 am or Afternoon Trip: 12:15 pm - 3:45 pm

Clean water, beautiful scenery and the perfect mild climate. With over 100 miles of whitewater, this river begins on the continental divide, as a patch of melting snow. It gains momentum as it flows past some of the biggest mountains in Colorado benefiting from their abundant snow melt. The Browns Canyon stretch of the Arkansas was recently given national monument status and the river is also known for its Gold Medal fishing.

We feel that the most important way to help ensure a safe and enjoyable Colorado whitewater raft trip is to have an experienced raft guide controlling your boat. All of our guides are at least in their fourth year of professional guiding. Not only do we have experienced raft guides, but our trips are packed with top quality features!

We always book with The Adventure Company!

This is our forth trip with The Adventure Company. The reason we always use them over all the other rafting outfits is they only hire more experienced guides vs the rookies. We have always had a great experience. We did the half day Brown's Canyon...More
